Trump-Turkey Ties Troubling

This is one of those instances when I must question a decision by a president I very much like and trust for his sane stances in these insane times.

And the disagreement stems from the fact that this president obviously has no spiritual understanding of the deleterious biblically prophetic actions involved within embracing the leader and the nation, as reported Tuesday, July 7.

President Trump appears to have just made a seriously flawed decision in cozying up to one of the central nation-entities whose evil will bring God’s wrath from Heaven in a burst of godly anger. I refer to the nation Turkey, the nation that will join in the Gog-Magog attack assault on God’s chosen nation Israel.

That attacking entity is, of course, referred to as Togarmah in Ezekiel’s prophecy found in chapters 38 and 39 of the book by the prophet’s name.

Togarmah is the ancient name of that region of the Middle East where modern-day Turkey is located. Turkey’s resentment against Israel is demonstrably growing in these days so near the end of this dispensation, the Age of Grace (Church Age).

Most prophecy watchers who observe these times from the pre-Trib, premillennial perspective believe the Gog-Magog attack that will involve Turkey as a central participant will begin just after the Rapture occurs, or a little later. All indicators that this is the wind-up of this age now seem in view. It is the time, we believe, very near the moment that will instantly begin moving the world into the Tribulation era (Daniel’s seventieth week).

This being the case, with Israel at the center of growing animosity by much of the international community, this action by Mr. Trump is one to watch carefully.

I believe this unusual man was placed in the world’s most powerful geopolitical position by our Lord. God has preserved Mr. Trump, as we have seen in the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, and by weathering every media assault that the prince of the power of the air could throw at him. So we can be assured that Trump reaching out to warmly embrace Turkey’s dictator, a man vociferously against Israel, hasn’t taken our God by surprise.

However, the fact that the president has done so is troubling. It is troubling because of our ignorance—we who watch—of how God will use the situation to bring about the plans for humanity He knew as far back into eternity past as is imaginable.

So the troubled cogitation is tempered by the knowledge that all will go very well for those who are in God’s family through the Lord Jesus Christ. However, for those outside God’s family, Bible prophecy paints a dire future indeed. God’s wrath will destroy all but one-sixth of those nations and peoples who come south toward Israel in the Gog-Magog attack.

A report of Trump’s strange action follows.

ANKARA, July 7 (Reuters) – President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday he would lift U.S. sanctions imposed on Turkey over its purchase of Russian defense missiles, and signaled a willingness to sell the NATO ally F-35 fighter jets, a move likely to face strong resistance in Congress.

In the first visit ‌to Turkey by a U.S. president in 11 years, Trump was welcomed by President Tayyip Erdogan at the airport with a lavish state ceremony during which Turkish soldiers riding horses ‌escorted Trump’s motorcade to the presidential palace.

Both leaders sang each other’s praises in their public remarks. Under Trump, Turkey’s deteriorating human rights track record has never been a topic of much concern for Washington.

Speaking to reporters at the Turkish presidential palace, Trump repeatedly praised Erdogan, saying he had “chemistry” with him and that the relationship with Ankara had never been better…

Trump also indicated his possible support for letting Turkey buy F-35 stealth fighter jets even as he did not say how exactly such a transaction would take place given objections from the U.S. Congress. “Trump says US will lift sanctions on Turkey, heaps praise on Erdogan,” By Humeyra Pamuk, Gram Slattery and Huseyin Hayatsever, Yahoo News, July 7, 2026)

The Ezekiel states (see Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39) that Togarmah (Turkey), along with Rosh (Russia) and Persia (Iran) and many other peoples with them, will be led by Gog (apparently the leader of Rosh-Russia) to come “like a cloud to cover the land”:

Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. (Ezekiel 38:9)

One can’t help but wonder if that “cloud” will be full of American F-35 Stealth fighter jets, loaded with destructive power intended for the inhabitants of Israel.

That assault, thankfully, will be preempted by God Himself, and the attackers will be met with supernatural obliteration.

Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. Thou shalt fall upon the open field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord GOD. (Ezekiel 39:1–5)

The three primary peoples mentioned in Ezekiel’s Gog-Magog prophecy have in very recent years become a coalition-like group of nations. These are just north of God’s chosen nation. Russia, Iran, and Turkey comprise that forming coalition.

Now our president is, as I termed it, cozying up to Turkey. It’s a puzzle, but not to our Lord, who knows all there is to know from eternity past to eternity future.

Make sure you are on God’s side, Mr. President. And that goes for me and the rest of us, too!

Here is how to assure that you’re on God’s side:

“Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.” (Acts 16:3)

America’s Dependance Day

America celebration of birth since 1776 was spectacular, our independence from mother England 250 years previous having been a painful and bloody one, to say the least. That separation, however, wasn’t one of merely exerting cleavage from an empire determined to rule over the colonies. That is, there has been a much more profound leverage than a revolutionary spirit at work in producing that schism than just the colonists’ desire to break free of overbearing bondage.

America’s founding fathers–that is, a majority of them—recognized the nature of the profound leverage they were allowed to apply in order to burst free from the most powerful military on the planet at the time. It was providential leverage that most of them acknowledged as the intervening force that birthed this nation.

George Washington said on a number of occasions following the War of Independence that he felt the hand of the Almighty on him. He said he was providentially prevented from being shot on several occasions. In one incident, there were four rifle ball holes in his general’s uniform, but none of the balls had entered his body.

John Adams repeatedly wrote that American was a nation under God’s hand, and that America was a moral nation and the Constitution would work for no other than a moral people. Even Jefferson acknowledged a greater power as having guided the founders and seen to it that the War of Independence was won because of a providential power.

So, the desire for independence from a tyrannical, overbearing English governance was important as those patriots waged Revolutionary War. But, in the words of almost every founding father, according to extensive documents we have seen presented by experts on America’s founding, such as David Barton, it was dependence on God in Heaven they acknowledged as the true reason for America’s winning independence.

This dependence was steeped in adherence to the Word of God. The Judeo-Christian reference to America’s founding is that its founding principles were based by and large within Old and New Testament principles.

Although there is debate on who made the statementFrench historian and political thinker Alexis de Tocqueville is attributed as saying: “America is great because she is good; if America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.”

During the early times of the nation’s founding, America was indeed good in comparison to today’s America. Jesus Christ, was the only good there was at the center of the founding principles. At this late date 250 years hence, however, we can but admit the truth that we have in many areas lost our way in comparison to those earlier times.

The entire world of earth’s inhabitants, for the most part, have strayed ever farther from Heaven’s governance. Independence is now a term that can be applied to the world pulling away from God’s desire that people come nearer to Him, not break away from Him. I believe that because of America’s founding fathers’ dependence on the principles found in God’s Holy Word, the nation could well call the date of July 4, 1776, Dependence Day. It was in large part a dependence upon Heaven above to secure the Revolutionary War victory and nationhood we enjoy today.

America, too, suffers from the independent spirit of anti-God behavior. It is actually the Antichrist Spirit that this country and all nations of the world suffer from as we dive more deeply into the end of the Age of Grace.

But vestiges of that early spirit of dependence upon the God of Heaven still linger in America during this evil day. Despite the world’s mainstream media’s constant railing against Americanism, and the leaderships of the world’s countries lying to their peoples about the ugly Americans, we see, through reports, that this nation that was once populated by a moral people can yet be sensed, even if during this time of liberty’s last gleaming.

American greatness left a World Cup traveler in tears as he admitted what initially caused him “fear to travel to the United States.”

In the weeks since the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been underway, communities across North America have embraced the prolific drinking of the Tartan Army, Norway’s Viking row, and the myriad guests soaking up cities and small towns alike. Despite seeing his home team eliminated by Paraguay, a German’s tears were for love of the U.S. after buying into propaganda about how “the country’s not safe.”

During an interview with NBC10 Boston’s Oscar Margáin, Sebastian Kraus could be seen repeatedly wiping away tears with his hands and his shirt as he got choked up about his experience as a visitor to America.

“I fall in love with this country, and this was so emotional, I even cried in the stadium,” he told the reporter after being seen taking a moment to collect himself, including a breathing exercise having been asked, “Why? Help us understand, why is this so impactful to you?”

Juxtaposed against video he shared with the outlet of a group of strangers driving him back to his hotel where he joyfully expressed, “Bob takes us home,” and “America is great,” Kraus told Margáin, “To be honest, I was a bit scared or had a fear to travel to the United States. News about shootings and criminals and that the country’s not safe.”…

“We owe America a huge apology, because America is nothing like what the media tells us,” he said in a social media video. “Everyone is so friendly, everyone is so accommodating, and I’ve honestly had the best time.”…

His whole life in Germany he’s been fed lies about America by their media. There’s a reason so many Europeans mock the US until they visit it for themselves, they’ve been brain washed by the politicians and media elites. (“German fan moved to tears after experiencing real America, Kevin Haggerty, July 6, 2026, Rapture Ready News July 7, 2026)

America’s relationship with God from its birth was independence from Great Britain through dependence on Heaven’s help. This is a truth that applies to believers in Jesus Christ. It also applies to those who are in Satan’ grip, needing to come into liberty offered only through God’s Son, who died and rose again to make the lost free from sin-bondage.

Our independence from the evil one, Satan, who seeks to destroy humankind, can be only achieved through dependence upon God’s plan of redemption.

Here yet again is that plan:

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9—10)

Falling Away in America

Those who watch for signals of Christ’s return are familiar with Paul the apostle’s warning about a massive “falling away” (apostasia) before Antichrist is revealed:

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition. (2 Thessalonians 2:3).

The Greek word apostasia is most often thought to be a falling-away or departure from the faith. However, some authorities in the study of Bible prophecy—for example, Dr. Thomas Ice, head of the PreTrib Study Group—believe the word also can mean a spatial or physical departure—as when the Church leaves earth in the Rapture.

I agree that the word not only can represent both a departure from faith, but also a departure of believers when Christ calls the Church into the clouds of Glory.

In this case, I would like to look at the 2 Thessalonians 2:3 “falling away” (apostasia) in the sense of a falling away from the Christian faith—particularly in America.

I believe a massive movement of non-Christian religious fervor is proof positive of just how late we are in this Age of Grace (Church Age) dispensation. There is little doubt that some denominations within Christendom have departed from the faith. All we have to do is to look at the area of the world from which America came (was birthed) to understand that apostasia or apostasy set in worldwide long ago.

England’s great church edifices in London and other cities are but tourist attractions. The church where John Wesley preached those great sermons and others stand only as tourist traps, their magnificent pulpits and stained-glass surroundings silent witness to the empty, richly polished mahogany pews where hundreds and thousands of believers once worshipped.

In America, some mainline denominations have experienced rifts that created schisms that have diluted or completely severed adherence to true doctrines found in God’s Word. Some have adopted social issues as part of this split from doctrinal truth. For example, some denominations now embrace homosexuality and even abortion as their invitation to all who seek validation in their sinful lifestyles.

While all this is true—Christendom’s defection from the faith in those instances—we must address another departure that is blatantly taking place in our nation. It is growing at an exponential rate and is part of a worldwide satanic assault.

I refer to the embrace of Islam that is literally taking over major cities and even beginning to grow, seemingly unstoppably, in former Christian faith-based places like those found in Texas. The Muslim culture is now in every direction one looks. The following links to these stories on Raptureready.com news tell the story of the growing turn from Christianity and toward Islam.

These stories were posted on one news day—Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Some will say this isn’t true apostasy in the vein described by the apostle Paul. But because some founding fathers, such as John Adams, once declared the new nation of America to be a Christian nation—that is, founded on Judeo-Christian principles (biblical principles)—it is clearly in the process of departing from God’s divine direction intended for our nation.

Upon our 250th birthday, America’s undeniable movement away from Heaven’s governance and toward that issued by Islam’s god is most telling as to where we stand on God’s prophetic timeline, I think.

The Antichrist must at this very moment be standing in the shadows of the immediate future, awaiting his time to take advantage of mankind’s defection from God’s governance.

This is sad, tragic, and all the expressions of catastrophe one can muster. The world is on the precipice of the Tribulation. But those who truly believe in the Lord Jesus Christ are destined for a glorious future beyond any superlative one could speak.

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. (1 Corinthians 2:9)

The True Church, all born-again believers, are about to experience a magnificent Departure! We can sense in the deepest part of our spirits that Jesus Christ is about to make the shout that snatches all believers to Himself in a millisecond—the twinkling of an eye!

Once again, here is how to go to the Lord when he says: “Come up here!” (as He called John the Revelator, Revelation 4:1).

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

Persia not Iran?

Listening to a Newsmax morning program on June 29, I heard an interesting proposition that struck deeply into my “watchman on the wall” perspective.

A US general was being interviewed by the program host. They were deeply discussing the president’s dealings with the Iranian regime’s negotiators—that is, with the few who are left to negotiate.

There are, the host and general agreed, two distinct negotiating elements within Iran. That is, apparently this is true.

The general and the host again agreed. One element seems to be the diplomatic side that has signed onto the so-called MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) regarding that the regime agrees to the following: 1) Iran will no longer pursue a nuclear weapons program; and 2) The Strait of Hormuz will now be completely open to ship movement without any interference by Iranian assaults. At the same time, there are the fanatic IRG militants who continue to try to interfere with shipping in the Strait, and who do not agree to allow American or international investigators into Iran to inspect and remove Iran’s nuclear materials and nuclear production materials.

The general laid out how President Trump had just ordered a very strong strike against launch sites and other military and radar facilities in response to the Iranian violation of the ceasefire agreement by firings at a ship entering the Strait. (There have since been other retaliatory strikes.)

The general said Trump’s patience was wearing thin. He said something to the effect that the Iranians had better recognize the benefits of the president’s patient dealing through the diplomatic process, because they would find Trump’s losing patience to be something they would very much not like—implying that America’s action in that case would be far worse than Midnight Hammerthe code name of the action that initiated the whole matter.

Then the general said something that really hit. He said if the regime didn’t completely comply with the MOA they had signed, we might in the future be calling the nation Persianot Iran. I took this to mean that because Iran would be militarily destroyed as the IRG, the nation’s name would be changed back to its ancient name.

I think that’s a distinct possibility. This war effort against Iran’s nuclear ambition and war-making in that region—things like shutting down international shipping—might end in a name change somehow in the diplomatic process of concluding the war. The name might indeed be changed from Iran back to Persia.

This possibility comes about, in my thinking, because of the talk of regime change, boots on the ground, and all the objection to such action, particularly by those who oppose Trump in all he does.

It would be just like the diplomats to come up with a change in name only, thereby telling us the threat is now gone.

Something like that would:1) allow the Islam-militant fanatics of the IRG to stay in power; and, more importantly, 2) have that Gog-Magog nation go again by the exact name given Ezekiel to prophesy.

Again, the talk within mainstream news sources, and even in the diplomatic community, is concerned with what might be coming if Trump loses his not-all-that-long-lasting patience.

And Mr. Trump has given cause with his recent comments for us to wonder what comes next, as the always deceptive, lying Iranian regime continues to play their obfuscating games.

President Donald Trump warned Saturday that the United States may be forced to take far more sweeping military action against Iran after U.S. aircraft struck Iranian missile and drone storage locations and coastal radar sites, which he said were used in renewed violations of a ceasefire agreement.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said American forces acted after Iran violated the agreement “AGAIN,” accusing Tehran of failing to learn from repeated warnings.

“There may come a point when we are no longer able to be reasonable, and will be forced to militarily complete the job that we very successfully started,” Trump wrote. “If that happens, the Islamic Republic of Iran will no longer exist!”

The president’s warning marked one of his strongest public statements yet as tensions continue to rise between Washington and Tehran following recent attacks on commercial shipping near the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most critical energy corridors.

U.S. Central Command said American forces targeted Iranian missile and drone storage sites, along with coastal radar positions, after Iran allegedly struck commercial vessels in violation of the ceasefire. The strikes appeared aimed at degrading Iran’s ability to launch further attacks against ships moving through the region. (“Trump Warns Iran It May ‘No Longer Exist’ After U.S. Strikes Missile, Drone Sites,” by Emmit Barry, Worthy Christian News, June 27, 2026)

Most who observe things involving the area Ezekiel called Persia believe this building conflict has considerable prophetic significance. I agree.

There must be a nation in the area to join in the coalition of the Gog-led assault against God’s chosen nation. There must be some process of quasi or pseudo-solution to the present building conflict that allows the existence of a nation-force to attack the hated Israel.

I propose that a name change might be a diplomatic tool to allow this strange turn of events. It could be Persia, not Iran, that is the name of that satanically inspired nation whose chief evil angel is the Prince of Persia, which is destroyed along with all the others on the mountains of Israel as outlined in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39.

While we watch all that transpires over the coming days in that region, let’s keep looking up, as our Lord commanded:

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. (Luke 21:28)

Demonic Divide

Author’s note: This article was originally posted May 20, 2013. I believe the admonition issued here—to “watch” and discern with the armor described in Ephesians 6:12—is all-important because we face today ever-increasing deception by our chief enemy.

Demonic Divide

Dark, spiritual forces in high places are at work. There is no groundbreaking revelation in that statement regarding life in this nation and the world today. However, the true nature of the demonic delusion being foisted upon us is something even the most biblically mature will continue to miss if spiritual antennae aren’t properly attuned.

Additionally, it’s time like no other before to put on the “whole armor,” as outlined by the apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:12–18. I perceive a troubling schism developing amongst the brethren. I refer to those who watch—like the Lord commanded (Mark 13: 37)—end-times developments in what many believe are the closing hours of the Church Age.

Reports increasingly come at us of behind-the-scenes activities that appear to be, to say the least, bizarre. I’m talking about things the equivalent of claims/reports of the US government actually planning and carrying out the assassination of John F. Kennedy—and of George W. Bush’s administration being behind the planning and attack on the World Trade Center towers on September 11, 2001.

I’m certain you’ve read some of the many mind-boggling reports—all written/presented as if they’re unassailable truth. These accounts spring from fly-on-the-wall sources that give the impression that they personally witness the making of plans to imprison believers or to implant us all with computer chips while we sleep, or…whatever the conspiratorial imagination can conjure.

I will already have angered those who send such email with that word-portrait, no doubt. But before my thoughts on your side of the issue raise your blood pressure with words of anger, “I’ll never send him another article,” please hear me out. There is the other side of the developing schism. It, too, is harmful to the task of being a watcher on the wall.

I’m talking about the mindset that writes off as complete lunacy every report issued by the likes of Alex Jones crossing their computer screens. To fold up the antennae of discernment and simply lump all things that don’t slip smoothly through one’s anti-conspiratorial filter, just might, in my view, constitute a deadly delusion in the making.

The rift I sense developing between those who “watch” during these fleeting days of the age is inflicted by the father of lies himself. It’s all part of the great spiritual wrestling match Paul warns about in Ephesians 6:12. The devil likes to pit one side against the other, and it’s easy for him to do if spiritual armor isn’t the battle gear of choice.

One side of the divide most often sees only collusion of governmental diabolists at every level, thus is, understandably, accused by the secular world and fellow Christian watchers alike of being “conspiracy kooks.” Those on the other side of the divide too often, because of fear of guilt by association, run away from any talk of collusion of the human conspiratorial kind, sometimes failing to recognize the ways Satan directs his human minions to plot his end-times mischief.

The apostle Paul must have, with his words of Ephesians 6:12–18, been given his inspired thought particularly to give to this generation so near the return of Jesus Christ. Each Christian should daily put on the “whole armor of God.” This, obviously, hasn’t happened, and it likely won’t.

The vast numbers within the Body of Christ are turned inward, or in directions other than watching and yearning for the Lord’s return to put an end to this evil world-system. If we’re honest, we must say that the Body of Christ as a whole today isn’t even pursuing the Great Commission Jesus left to us: to carry the gospel to the whole world and to do what He taught and instructed.

We must not seek out only the strange, secretive, evil doings in the dark underworld of governmental collusion so as to make the findings shocking or exciting. Neither should we think that such collusion doesn’t exist at all and point to all reports as lunacy. Let’s not wrestle violently, angrily against each other, but combine, with reasoned purpose, against our true foe. Here is how to dress for the battle that will surely grow more intensive by the hour as the Rapture of the church approaches:

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. (Ephesians 6:10–18).

Man’s Star Trek and God’s Sovereignty

Jesus warned that things on earth will be “as it was in the days of Noah” when He next reveals Himself to humanity (Luke 17:26–27).

We’ve looked numerous times at this prophecy by the Lord. He followed that up by saying it will also be like the “days of Lot” (Luke 17:28–30), which we’ve looked at even more frequently.

In both cases, times had become so debauched, so evil, so anti-God, that God looked down and determined that those doers of wickedness had to be destroyed.

He, of course, destroyed the world by the great Flood in the days of Noah, and He decimated the civilization that existed at the south end of the Dead Sea when Lot was taken out of Sodom.

In both cases, humankind had moved farther and farther from Heaven’s governance. All the people had corrupted themselves—with the assistance of the angels who fell in the rebellion with Lucifer and came to earth to cohabit with human women.

The whole ugly process began again sometime following the days when Noah and his family escaped the destruction through the Lord’s provision of the ark.

A mighty leader—I believe possibly having Nephilim DNA at some level of his genealogy, with Nephilim being the offspring of the sexual union between a fallen angel and a human female—led another rebellion against God’s governance.

This mighty hunter, of course, was Nimrod. He was instrumental in the project that became the nucleus of this post-Flood rebellion. This was when the progeny who came from Noah and his family settled all together on the plain of Shinar. There they determined to build what we know as the Tower of Babel.

Here is the biblical account and what God thought of that effort:

And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. (Genesis 11:3–9)

This was a merciful act by the Lord, not a punitive action. He could have destroyed them all, but He considered their lost, sinful condition and restored His governance in order to continue toward the redemption He would one day offer through His Son as the Lamb that would take away the sin of those who would believe and accept that great sacrifice.

People haven’t changed in their sin and lostness. The world’s population is once again moving toward this independence from God.

Humanity—through the diplomatic efforts of those who, in Nimrod-like fashion, have determined to seek and build a new world order—is in the process of constructing a neo Tower of Babel.

Symbolically, we might look at reaching out into space as trying in some ways to achieve the failed Tower project that was halted as the people were scattered by the God who created them.

We know all about Elon Musk’s efforts to saturate the heavens with his Starlink satellites. It is an effort that has come to fruition since the time Sputnik circled the globe—the achievement by the Soviet Union that launched the Space Race.

That race to mount up into the heavens is rocketing upward exponentially. The following is a brief excerpt of the latest Babel-like efforts:

As humanity prepares to bring back material from the Moon, Mars, and potentially other worlds, a new question is moving from science fiction into serious policy discussions: what if something comes back with it? The possibility remains entirely hypothetical, yet some researchers argue that the consequences of introducing an unknown extraterrestrial organism to Earth’s biosphere could be too significant to ignore. In a paper published in the journal Ambio, scientists are urging NASA to consider an unprecedented solution, a dedicated biocontainment facility on the Moon where samples from space could be quarantined and studied before ever reaching Earth.

For decades, planetary protection policies have focused on preventing contamination between worlds. Yet the prospect of returning samples from Mars and other celestial bodies is pushing those policies into unfamiliar territory. Scientists increasingly recognize that while the discovery of extraterrestrial life would rank among humanity’s greatest scientific achievements, it could also introduce unprecedented biological risks.

The new proposal envisions a secure lunar research and quarantine facility where all extraterrestrial materials would be analyzed before receiving clearance to travel to Earth. Such a system would effectively place a checkpoint nearly 240,000 miles away from our planet, allowing researchers to study potentially hazardous samples in an isolated environment. (“Researchers are urging NASA to establish a lunar biocontainment facility to prevent any potentially hazardous extraterrestrial organisms from reaching Earth,” by Lydia Amazouz, Dailygalaxy, June 20, 2026)

Obviously, God’s Word outlines the operative problem with fallen humankind. He said that whatever humans—who are, of course, created in His imagedetermine to do, they can eventually do. We see this in our constant thinking about reaching far into space and colonizing worlds other than the one God assigned us.

It is the effort to become Godlike—whether trying to build a new world order or reach physically into the heavens—that God won’t tolerate. Here is what He says about people trying to break the bonds He has placed on His creation:

Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down: And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them: And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good. (Amos 9:2–4)

Bottom line: God is sovereign. Human ambitions apart from the Creator are fruitless and dangerous. But His corrective action is tempered by His mercy on this fallen race—thankfully.

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. (Psalms 103:8–11)

Is Left Behind Theology Being Left Behind? :: By Jan Markell

Since I was old enough to understand it, I’ve believed, taught, and written about Dispensational Theology. I just call it “Left Behind Theology.” Critics say it is a modern invention that came along in the 1800s. Please, read the Bible. The prophetic angle of Dispensationalism represents one-third of the Bible.

Simple Definitions

Dispensationalism teaches a literal Antichrist, a literal “Time of Jacob’s Trouble” or Tribulation, a literal Rapture, a literal Second Coming, a literal thousand-year Millennium, and distinct roles for Israel and the church. Israel has a glorious future. God has made promises to her and will fulfill them, and the church has not replaced her.

A dispensation is the divine administration of a period of time–seven dispensations in God’s plan for humanity. God works in different ways with different people during different periods of time. Things were different pre-flood and post-flood. One could say there were different rules for different periods of time.

Since the 1970s, Hal Lindsey’s Late Great Planet Earth and the Left Behind book and film series by Tim LaHaye have been the face of Dispensationalism. Millions of people read and viewed these products and finally put a name to what they already believed just by reading the Bible.

The other option — Covenant Theology — does not see the promises to Israel as literal, but fulfilled in the church. It teaches Amillenialism, or we are in the Millennium now and have been since the cross.

Leave It To Tucker Carlson

But now this theology — since it represents the truth — is under brutal attack. And wouldn’t you know, Tucker Carlson has provided the platform to trash it. His guest, J.D. Hall, should be careful throwing stones.

According to “Ministry Watch”, Hall embezzled thousands of dollars from his church in Montana, was convicted of DUI, domestic abuse, and more. But he is Carlson’s spokesman to trash the truth for nearly two hours.

You can watch the painful ordeal here but buckle up. Sadly, it has almost one million views on YouTube. Only conspiracies and lies can attain those numbers.

Christian Zionism Has Corrupted Christianity??

Hall denigrates Christian Zionism, as does Tucker Carlson, who insists “a lot of people have died because of Christian Zionism.” The program is titled, “Origins of Christian Zionism, How it Corrupted American Christianity and Why It Is Finally Collapsing.”

But think about the accusation: Christian Zionism has corrupted Christianity. That suggests standing by Israel has a cancerous effect.

Ray Fava, an under 30 online host and writer who loves to attack Dispensationalism, states, “J.D. Hall’s appearance on Tucker Carlson has shifted the conversation on Christian Zionism and Dispensationalism, as Hall has emerged as one of the best at articulating how Scripture disproves the premise of God’s chosen people not being the universal church.” He represents Covenant Theology as does J.D. Hall. The church is the new Israel.

Fava suggests that J.D. Hall and Carlson, “destroyed Dispensationalism.” It would take much more than these fools to accomplish that. It is wounded as I acknowledge below.

Blame it All on Darby and the Scofield Bible!

It is no surprise that The Gospel Coalition writes an article titled “The Rise & Fall of Dispensationalism: How the Evangelical Battle Over the End Times Shaped a Nation.”

John Nelson Darby gets all the blame by them, as well as the Scofield Bible. Darby would be shocked to hear what he is being credited for today! But even Al Mohler takes a swing at Darby as he further describes Dispensationalism’s rise and fall.

The early church was Dispensational and premillennial. Sadly, the Reformers held on to the eschatology of Rome and few got these issues right, thus millions of church attendees are being misled in thousands of churches.

The Firewall

But it is true that Dispensationalism is bruised. That should be expected since it provides a theological firewall against the raging antisemitism exploding around the world.

Thankfully, God has raised up some modern spokesmen, theologians, authors, and more, who are pushing back. Some include the above-mentioned Hal Lindsey and Tim LaHaye, along with Dr. Mark Hitchcock, Dr. Ron Rhodes, Dr. Jeff Kinley, Gary Hamrick, Jack Hibbs, Amir Tsarfati, Terry James, Barry Stagner, Dr. Ed Hindson, Dr. Dave Reagan, Dr. Erwin Lutzer, Todd Hampson, Brandon Holthaus, Tom Hughes, and many more. The list is long and I am leaving out many who should be included.

God knew we needed good theologians to share the truth today as we hurdle pell-mell into the very last days.

Replacing the Truth with Unsound Doctrine

Sadly, the 45 and under evangelical has pretty much abandoned Israel and Dispensationalism. They more readily embrace Covenant Theology and even Anglicanism. Many embrace the Palestinian cause and have no clue Yasser Arafat invented the people and Palestinianism.

They suggest writers like me represent “doom and gloom” and have misplaced loyalties that actually put Israel before Jesus! They say I am putting a damper on their future by suggesting the Rapture is imminent.

Leading to the Ultimate Abandonment

All of this is leading to the ultimate Israel abandonment spoken of in Zechariah 12:3, when Israel simply becomes the world’s “burdensome stone” and not the end-time marker and signal that time is running out and Jesus is coming soon.

Israel is the clock; Jerusalem is the minute hand; the Temple Mount is the second hand.

Learn the truth in my short interview with David Tal below. We offer far more hope, truth, and real facts than Tucker Carlson/JD Hall baloney.

Pitchers of Pride in this Pre-Trib Rapture Time

“America’s pastime,” as baseball is termed, seems to also properly define this nation’s obsession as we approach July 4, 2026. By that, I mean the obsession with pride.

And I’m specifically referring to gay pride, which is made by the mainstream media today to look like America’s pastime so far as keeping this social perversion constantly in their stories.

Despite baseball’s popularity as a sport in the US, it is but a small part of American life, with most people having little to no interest in the sport. The same is even truer of the gay pride activities in our nation. In fact, a significant majority of the US population would even look at things involved with gay pride as being an abnormality—an obsession that for most of American history been relegated to salacious comportment to be shunned. Yet the mainstream media continues to make this wickedness akin to a religious worship requirement for all of us.

And now the great sport of baseball, which has given us beloved American stories such as that wrapped in the movie The Pride of the Yankees, has become interlocked with the once-shunned aberration of homosexuality now known by the perversion of a word once having an entirely different meaning—the word “gay.”

Baseball itself has, with the infusion of so-called analytics nonsense, become a perversion of what it once was. And I am one who, as a boy, and later while I could still see Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Yogi Berra, Ted Williams, Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, and all the greats, before being blinded by a hereditary retinal disease, loved every second of every inning.

My uncle and aunt used to take me to Sportsman’s Park in St. Louis to see owl’ Stan the Man Musial and the Cardinals—on Sundays. This was a thing my mom opposed because Sundays were to be for Sunday school and church, not sports activities that took me away from Seventh Street Bible Tabernacle in Pekin, Illinois. But she sometimes relented because I was “the only child” those almost eighty years ago, and her brother insisted I see his favorite team. (Thanks, posthumously, Uncle Jesse and Aunt Deloris!)

Baseball now has, in my blind guy way of “seeing,” become unrecognizable. The analytics, to me, are nothing but wokeness foisted upon the sports world. It is political correctness, a thing that has been used to help change America into being also unrecognizable in comparison to the 1940s and 1950s when I went with my uncle and aunt to see the Cardinals.

But it is much more than that. It is prophetic stage-setting for the biblical description of the time of Tribulation Jesus Christ described through the prophet John in the book of Revelation. And the evil intrinsic to this change from America’s Judeo-Christian conception is ensconced within one of two pillars of Satan’s attack to make the change happen.

The two pillars are found in the Apostle Paul’s “perilous times” warning of 2 Timothy 3.

Paul prophesied that in the last days perilous times will come. The one term he gives in that prophecy regarding the evil today is wrapped in the statement: “For men shall be…without natural affection.”

The first of these two pillars of evil we see full-blown today is abortion, when mothers let their children be murdered in their wombs, and the second is homosexuality, which God’s Word calls “unnatural” and “an abomination.”

This wickedness represents “without natural affection.” And the current powers that be in Major League Baseball are in the middle of the attempt to change the national pastime into perilous times like Paul described.

Their going along with the gay pride evil, by strong-arm urging all the MLB teams to wear the rainbow caps to show support for that perversion, tells where this generation places us within these perilous times:

California State Senator and rabid gay activist Scott Wiener is the epitome of a typical woke cry-bully. He is perhaps best known as an advocate for the “kink community” and his defense of gender treatments (hormones and sex change surgeries) for children. He is also a militant supporter of sexualized LGBT propaganda in public schools…

[Senator Wiener’s words:]

“On San Francisco Giants Pride Night — also the tenth anniversary of the Pulse nightclub massacre — several players defaced their Pride caps with a biblical passage that has been hijacked by homophobes to ‘take back’ the rainbow from LGBTQ people. The players could have displayed this passage any night of the year but chose to do it only on Pride Night.

The Giants, sadly, took no action in response, which is inconsistent with the Giants’ longstanding support for our LGBTQ community. Major League Baseball then warned the players that MLB rules bar defacement of uniforms. The Giants should publicly commit to enforcing rules around uniform defacement and should not effectively create a homophobia exemption to those rules…”

The state senator acts as if the players broke some kind of law. Baseball club rules are private business arrangements, not statutes that require the frantic complaints of a homosexual Karen. That said, Wiener’s response to this event is quite revealing.

Biblical scripture references are not “defacement”, at least not of anything sacred. But to Wiener, the act is the same as if someone burned a Bible or a Koran. The woke seething over such a minor thing makes it clear that the LGBT movement is not a civil rights movement; that ended decades ago. Today, the LGBT movement is a political supremacy movement, and prominent athletes have every right to openly oppose it.

The pride event featured a number of LGBT promotions, including 10 same-sex married couples renewing their vows before the first pitch (what this has to do with baseball is unclear). Interestingly, the crowd turnout for Pride Night games has been crashing in the past couple years. (“Democrat Politicians Seethe after Baseball Players ‘Deface’ Pride Night with Bible Verses,” Tyler Durden, ZeroHedge, RR News June 18, 2026)

The three pitchers on the San Francisco Giants team who had placed Bible Scripture on the Gay Pride caps undoubtedly are in for persecution in these perilous times. But bless them for standing against the perversion of God’s lawful righteousness. The Lord’s pride is no doubt upon these athletes, one of whom had the Genesis 19 verses reference on his cap. (Genesis 19:1–25).

Here is the bottom line of that story of God’s judgment and wrath:

Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. (Genesis 19:24–25)

Pray that America awakens from continuing down the same path as Sodom and Gomorrah.

Trump vs. the Prince of Persia?

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was on the Newsmax This Week on Capitol Hill program with host Tony Perkins. They were discussing the agreement with the Iranian regime President Trump announced late in the week previously—the agreement the president declared to be a “great deal.”

The senator is one of this president’s most ardent supporters, particularly in foreign policy, and even more specifically in terms of Trump’s declaration that Iran will never get a nuclear weapon. Trump has said emphatically that Iran—neither through developing one through nuclear material enrichment nor through receiving such a weapon by being given it by or purchased from a source such as Russia, North Korea, or some other such entity—will never have a nuclear weapon in its military arsenal.

I, myself, have held out hope that there are numerous unknown elements in this “deal” that will indeed accomplish great things for America, Israel, and the world. So, I was surprised that Lindsey Graham, who is supposedly deeply in the president’s inner circle of knowledge about the “deal,” was so on the cusp of being highly critical of this arrangement the president has apparently made with the terrorist regime.

Graham and Mr. Trump are close personal friends; they often play golf together and are supposedly on the same page in most all things regarding America’s military involvements around the globe.

Senator Graham said something to the effect that he loved President Trump as a close friend, but that America’s security and that of Israel takes priority over all else. And there are things in this agreement, he intimated, that he isn’t certain about. He will have to learn the final agreement’s details.

I’ve always somewhat respected Senator Graham because of his pro-American, conservative stance. But I’m also a bit wary because he is a close associate of those in government who are involved in the military-industrial complexThese are too quick, I believe, to get the US involved in foreign conflicts. Many accuse this agglomerate of being in it largely for the US tax dollars that fund their ambitions.

All of that said, I believe it’s time to assess, in terms that matter, what these intrigues might mean in thinking on Bible prophecy.

A long-time Christian friend from India recently expressed in an email to me his, and I presume many of his fellow countrymen’s, fears about what this agreement with the Iranian regime might entail.

Whether it is my friend’s words or some he gathered in his news sources, here is what he sent.

We all know what Trump did namely deserting Israel. People are talking of reasons unknown to us. Some say it is fulfillment of prophecy in the last days.

U.S.-Iran agreement to extend the ceasefire and reopen the Strait of Hormuz. That is not victory. Not if winning is still the main metric of victory. That is a wounded serpent being allowed to crawl back into the rocks to reload, rebuild, rearm, and reactivate. That is why this proposed deal is so dangerous. A ceasefire with a defeated enemy is one thing. A ceasefire with an undefeated terror regime is something else entirely. It is not peace, it is a pause button, just as Obama’s 2015 Nuclear Deal with Iran only allowed them to get closer to a nuclear weapon. Trump’s Iran peace deal is not resolution, it is reload time. It is not the end of the war; it is the intermission before the next act. There’s a reason why Iran is mentioned in the Bible and the United States is not. Trump is preparing to send billions of dollars to Iran if this ‘peace deal’ goes through, and that is bad, bad news on any level, and on every level. Today we bring you everything you need to know about what will possibly the worst deal America has ever struck with a foreign adversary…

My concerned friend from India expresses fears from his part of the world. It is a sort of fear that one can sense growing.

Senator Graham suggested there must be clarification to assuage such fear—or, I sense he was saying, the deal must be scrapped and other avenues pursued. (Graham reportedly has since softened his opinion of this fourteen-point plan in making a deal with the Iranian regime. He now, the report says, has endorsed fully that document.) Talk-show host Mark Levin (“on the other hand”), who is Jewish and a Trump supporter for the most part, also sees the current situation with negotiations with Iran’s untrustworthy regime as problematic.

As for this writer, I know that our God has placed Donald J. Trump in this, the most powerful geopolitical position on earth. And I do believe this president is a negotiator who’s unparalleled in the history of presidential diplomatic undertakings. However, it comes to the forefront of thinking in the spiritual and prophetic sense—this is, if looking at it as a human president dealing from his own thinking and stratagem, a very dangerous negotiation. In other words, if God in Heaven isn’t at the center of the negotiations in this case, Mr. Trump and the “great deal” he has, he believes, made is destined to fail.

This, in that case, is President Donald John Trump vs. the prince of Persia (Daniel 12). It is “the art of the deal” vs. “the black art of deception.”

The supernatural dealer in deception has been at it a long, long time, Mr. President. Be sure you are on God’s side, not merely negotiating from your own experience as a dealmaker.

One other element that has prophetic import is that this is being praised as the greatest “peace deal” of all time. If Middle East peace can be achieved, it will be like no other negotiation in history, it is being touted.

To me and to other prophecy watchers from the pre-Trib perspective, this boast harkens to the apostle Paul’s warning in God’s Word: “When they cry peace and safety, sudden destruction comes” (1 Thessalonians 5:3).

Regardless, God is always in complete control, and this “deal” hasn’t and won’t take Him by surprise. We as believers can take great comfort from that reality because it all means Christ’s call to us might be the next voice we hear.

Paul tells us of this comfort in his revealing of the mystery of the Rapture of the Church:

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:13–18)

Pre-Trib Rapture, or Not: Economic Evidence

Yes. I hear from our family treasurer—wife Margaret—about the price of groceries. Same about gas at the pump. It’s almost the same economic bad news I was bombarded with by Margaret way back around 1976 as the two hundredth birthday of the nation was in full celebration.

It was thought then that America and the world were on the cusp of going into a 1929-type depression. Some in the Bible prophecy community were warning it looked like the Tribulation could begin within short order.

Those of the pre-Trib Rapture view were assuring others that this could not, would not happen as long as the Church—all born-again believers—were here on earth.

Hal Lindsey’s Late, Great Planet Earth book had been out about five or six years, and some came against his pre-Trib Rapture presentation, saying he was about to be proven wrong. The economy was trending not toward the Rapture, but toward the time when life would become hell on earth.

Jimmy Carter’s economic handling-caused malaise made many feel like they were indeed entering the Revelation Tribulation. But along came the Reagan Revolution, and the economic evidence soon proved it wasn’t the end of the Age of Grace—the Church Age—to those who thought gloom and doom were immediately in the offing.

Many of those who watch issues and events unfold that might have prophetic significance consider evidence whether the same degree of economic malaise today as existed during the days of the Carter administration might mean America and the world are about to slip, alas, into the Tribulation. Doesn’t this mean the pre-Trib Rapture “theory,” as it’s called by detractors, is a false teaching that has duped so many, particularly since the release of Lindsey’s book all those years ago?

One writer believes this to be the case. His writing has demonstrated that he believes the pre-Trib Rapture teaching is not biblical. His book from years ago, The Rapture Verdict, would testify to this belief.

Since that time, he has presented many articles and other writings that propose evidence that things, economically, are getting ever more Tribulation-like. At least that’s how I view his writing regarding how Bible prophecy is unfolding. Christians of this Church Age will, that writer believes, go through, not be kept out of, the time of Daniel’ seventieth week –the Tribulation. Most who believe like this discount there being such a thing as dispensations, as a matter of fact.

His book came out about the same time those years ago as my book, Rapture Ready…Or Not, so I remember well his Verdict—that there will be no pre-Trib Rapture.

His most current appraisal of economic evidence that we’re entering a time of national and global catastrophic downturn confirms that his thought that there will be no pre-Trib Rapture holds firm. We will soon be in the time of Tribulation—that is, all who have trusted Jesus Christ during this Age of Grace have only that seven years of Antichrist rule to which to look forward.

Here is a brief excerpt of his presumed economic evidence of looming catastrophe.

Just over half of Americans say the American Dream is out of reach for most people right now, according to a new CNBC and SurveyMonkey American Dream Pulse Survey…

According to Brownstone Institute President Jeffrey A. Tucker, the purchasing power of the U.S. dollar has fallen by close to 50 percent since the beginning of the COVID lockdowns…

Think about the implications. Isolating from the beginning of the Covid period to the present, Elliott’s data estimates as much as a 40% loss in purchasing power over six years. Or perhaps closer to 50%…

Many U.S. households are now permanently in a state of financial crisis.

When your bank account is constantly near zero, it can be absolutely soul crushing.

But that is where most of the U.S. population exists today.

As a result, Americans are using buy now, pay later platforms to purchase gas and groceries more than ever before

Americans have run their credit cards to the limit. Now they’ve turned to buy-now-pay-later plans to buy gas and groceries.

This is yet more evidence that American consumers are broke, stressed, and buried in debt as inflation steals their purchasing power…

Roughly 48% of Americans said their financial situation was worse in May than a year ago, the highest share since January 2023, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Survey of Consumer Expectations.

Consumers are also less optimistic about the future. The share of households expecting their finances to improve over the next year, relative to those expecting them to worsen, fell to its lowest level since October 2022, the New York Fed said.

If you are really struggling because of the rapidly rising cost of living, I want you to know that you are not alone.

There are millions upon millions of others that are in the exact same boat.

Decades of very foolish decisions have brought us to this point, and there is no easy fix.

So hold on tight, because all of us are just going to have to do the best that we can to survive in this very difficult economic environment. (“The Purchasing Power of the Dollar Has Collapsed and the Majority of the Population No Longer Believes in the American Dream,” by Michael Snyder, End of the American Dream, Rapture Ready News, June 10, 2026)

Again, the above writer’s purpose, from the standpoint of his belief in there being no pre-Trib Rapture, is to, in my view, give evidence that Christians are about to enter the Tribulation along with all others of America and the world. (And here I want to say Michael is an excellent writer, and one who obviously loves the Lord and the Bible. I respect him as a brother in Christ.)

However, my own view, as written many times, is that Jesus said when He next catastrophically intervenes into the wicked affairs of humanity, the economic environment will be just like it was in Lot’s day in Sodom. There will be buying, selling, building, marrying, and planting—all the things that are “business as usual.” There will be no worldwide depression…no Tribulation as described in the book of Revelation.

I continue to contend that, even though my Margaret and many of you are griping about the prices in the grocery stores and at the gas stations, it is still business as usual—just as it was in Sodom those thousands of years ago.

Here is an excerpt of that fact:

Last week’s blockbuster jobs report, with more than 265,000 jobs added when including upward employment revisions, was very welcome news to almost all Americans. The exception would be the economists of the left who, throughout Donald Trump’s now-five-and-a-half years in the White House, keep getting the economy dead wrong…

Meanwhile, there is a construction boom going on in America driven by new spending on plants, factory equipment, road building and data center construction.

Manufacturing is roaring back. The Institute for Supply Management’s manufacturing index, which tracks factory activity across America, has registered the sector’s fourth straight month of expansion — the best numbers in four years. In sum: America is MAKING things again…

Yes, prices remain stubbornly high, and we are all feeling the pain at the pump and the grocery checkout counter. Consumers and voters are still in a cranky mood.

But the rapid rise in investment spending by businesses and the America-led AI and tech boom are likely to drive productivity up and prices down.

If history is any judge, it’s wise to bet on the Trump economy and against his critics — who have a perfect record of being wrong.

So on the eve of our 250th birthday, America is once again the world’s alpha male economy. The rest of the world looks at the U.S. economy with envy. (“Trump’s Critics Dead Wrong [Again] on the Economy,” posted on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, by Stephen Moore, AMAC)

And a later advisory of economic uptick reports the following:

According to Department of Labor data highlighted by Breitbart News, the average weekly paycheck for a nonsupervisory durable goods manufacturing worker is up 7.4 percent from a year ago. Hourly pay has increased 5.3 percent, and workers are putting in more hours as demand for labor grows. Even after accounting for inflation, real weekly pay is up approximately 3.5 percent while real hourly pay has risen about 1.5 percent. Those gains are significant because they represent something factory workers have rarely seen over the past several decades: meaningful increases in purchasing power. (“Blue-Collar Boom: Factory Workers See Their Best Gains in Generations,” https://trump2028.news/blue-collar-boom-factory-workers-see-their-best-gains-in-generations/?lctg=%%$lisubscriberid%% )

So, because it is “business as usual,” like in the days of Lot in Sodom, I see this time as more dangerous than does the writer of The Rapture Verdict. It is a more dangerous time for those who will be left behind to face the most terrible time in all of human history, according to the Lord Jesus (Matthew 24: 21). The pre-Trib Rapture will remove the righteous, and Antichrist will soon become history’s most evil and deadly tyrant during those seven years of Tribulation.

The evidence points to this being a time like the days when Lot in Sodom faced a wicked and evil generation of anti-God, reprobate thinkers. Like in Sodom, the economy was at the same time on a very high economic scale.

We are told by Paul the apostle, as given in 1 Thessalonians 4:18, that we are to “comfort one another” with the truth of the pre-Trib Rapture he had just prophesied.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
