Lucifer, now Satan, the chief prevaricator (liar), while looking into that mirror of iniquity, as reported in Isaiah 14:14, was struck by the sin of pride. There was none other as wonderful as himself, he concluded in that moment of total rebellion against Almighty God. It’s therefore somewhat amazing that he now does all he can to obscure his existence from humankind, whom he deceived into joining his rebellion at the Fall in Eden.
Much of humanity denies there is a God—at least that there is a deity with the right to govern them. People, likewise, for the most part, relegate the devil/Satan to esoteric lore and mythology. They don’t believe in a creature that roams about, perpetrating evil.
Satan relishes this view he’s managed to instill in people’s minds. If there’s no devil to fear, then the whole concept of biblical governance is out the window. Folks therefore don’t need a Savior from any original sin. It’s all myth, and people will face no other authority in some nonexistent, eternal judgment.
Satan’s entire plan of attack against God’s dealings with humans, then, is to get their thoughts off the fact of his influence in their affairs. The only right and wrong there is, the devil incessantly whispers, is whatever someone thinks is right and wrong. All is relative to the individual’s desires and aspirations.
The total non-involvement of any deity in decision-making isn’t even in the realm of day-to-day behavior. However, there are physical consequences that come with this individualism. Therefore, in the cause of the need to not suffer harmful chaos, there must be a collective will. Individuals must submit their wills to the collective to achieve and maintain the best possible quality of life—at least as determined by the majority.
And this brings us to where we are now in the process of life on this planet in 2024. Particularly, it brings us to where we are in the United States of America in the political world as we move toward the November 5 presidential election.
There are basically two sets of collectives as described above—both with fallen mindsets the devil has managed to influence from the time of the Fall in Eden. I’m talking about political collectives—the Democrat and Republican parties.
Both parties have at their base the mindset infused by the original prevaricator—the “father of lies”—the “old serpent,” the devil and Satan. All who are honest will attest that we’ve witnessed lie after lie over the years of observing the political process in America. So both political parties are guilty of the lies at every point along the many political campaigns, and even when there were no campaigns in progress.
But one of these American political entities by far leads in lying. This is my humble opinion, but that view has congealed throughout a long personal history of observation.
The number of lies being told now and over the last two decades or so has grown exponentially. And the latest process of political prevarication reminds me so much of Lucifer’s original lie to himself that I can’t do anything else but pass my observation along to you.
The Republican side of this political divide continues to hold to conservative values of the nation’s founders. The US Constitution continues to be at the center of the platform they adhere to. The Republican Party, for the most part, rejects proposed and forced change in the traditional national way of life Americans have lived throughout its history.
Democrat Party “progressives”—those who comprise the driving force of Democrat ideological change in the “transformation of America” Barack Obama boasted about—champion causes far from the traditional Judeo-Christian principles upon which America was founded. And this is where the luciferian lying becomes manifest, in my opinion.
Like that old serpent, the Democrat Party campaign to win the 2024 presidential election completely lies about themselves, and more so every day that passes.
Their candidate for president, Kamala Harris, whom President Joe Biden appointed “Border Czar” as vice president, and who was lauded by mainstream media at the time, now says she was never “Border Czar” or in charge of the border matters. This, the Democrat Party officials and even mainstream media blatantly lie, because the millions of illegals who have crossed the nation’s borders are now a tremendous political liability. They want no part in being seen as responsible for this dangerous and destructive invasion that has angered so many Americans.
The outright lies are in every direction this political entity speaks while trying to deceive the American voters. And, to get to the point I’ll try to make, their lies are Lucifer-like in this way.
Satan wants to divert people from thinking there is a devil. He doesn’t want to be recognized as that old serpent the Bible says brought humankind to this state from the time in Eden. He uses sleight-of-hand to get people to look in directions other than at the wickedness he is perpetrating. He wants us to think it’s not really happening.
In the same way, the Democrat Party and this presidential team are trying to get us to look in directions other than their record over the past four years.
The Democrat Party’s elite speakers, during their nominating convention, hardly talked at all about anything they’ve done to make us better off than we were when they took over. (And they took over under very suspicious electoral circumstances, might I add.)
Rather than talk about dangerous border security issues, a horrendous economy, the violence and chaos particularly within the “blue” cities and states, or the war-making that has exploded across the world due to weak American leadership, they spoke of love, unity, and good feelings in general terms. In other words, they’re doing everything they can to divert attention from their destructive policies and actions that have brought this nation to one of its lowest points in history.
The Democrat Party candidate, the most radically progressive among them, is now attempting to deceive American voters into believing she is for many traditional American values that her opponent has proven to champion and make secure during his presidency. She and her comrades in the party tried to make their convention entertaining and all smiles, with no talk of things plaguing America and the world. They declared the theme of their meetings to be full of joy. The sycophantic mainstream media ran with that declaration of “joy” for weeks following the Chicago meetings. It was a Lucifer-like ploy, to be sure. It was a deception like that old serpent’s that is meant to have voters think what they’ve endured over the past four years never existed. There is no devil…
But championing the murder of more than sixty million babies in their mother’s wombs is evil. It is real. And this party is champion of that evil. Homosexuality and Sodom-like wickedness are evil. And this political party and its adherents are champions of that wickedness.
There is a drive to bring America into the globalists’ New World Order. I believe this nation is the holdup to their determination to establish a world government Satan intends to use as his son of perdition’s Tribulation regime. I am of the studied opinion that the party of luciferian prevarication—those at the top of its leadership—is working hand in hand with the Ephesians 6:12 minions, both demonic and human, to accomplish this satanic purpose.
All of that said, I equally believe Jesus will, any moment, begin the heavenly process of bringing this wickedness to an end. It will start with the Lord calling all believers to Himself in the clouds of Glory. The Rapture is imminent!
You don’t want to be here when the devil and his Antichrist have their seven years of rule over the earth. Here’s how to instead go to the Lord Jesus, where He has prepared heavenly dwelling places for God’s children:

I suppose there are two enemies that run neck and neck as to being the most dangerous. In no particular order, the first is one that hides out of sight so no one knows he’s there. The second is the one who comes across as a friend but is just the opposite. In a way the second is seen in plain sight but it is his motive to destroy you that is hidden.
Satan is a master at both which makes him twice as dangerous.
Some of those working for him are probably unaware that they are dancing to the devil’s tune while the worst of them are gleefully doing so in full awareness. I think the second group is getting bigger exponentially, based on what we see going on in this world today. The first are the merely what has been called the “useful idiots.” These last ones have become so mind-numbed that they have become incapable of making rational decisions – the “reprobate mind” collection to which Terry has often referred.
The spiritual warfare Paul mentioned in Ephesians 6:12 is becoming more and more apparent as each day passes. It is as if the barrier between our reality and that of the spiritual realm is becoming thinner all the time.
Genesis tells us that before the Flood, monsters had taken up residence on Earth. After the Rapture, they’ll be back in full force. I can almost hear their approaching footsteps already as these modern “days of Noah” come back in force.

The truth that sin makes you stupid is on full display. Everything the Satanic Communists are doing to destroy us (that’s what they are, whether right or left) is obvious to anyone who is not utterly blind to Truth. Sadly, I know and am related to some of these people.
On Sunday, my pastor gave a wonderful sermon on Matthew 5: 43-48
43-You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor’ and ‘Hate your enemy.’ 44-But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45-that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46-If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Do not even tax collectors do the same? 47-And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even Gentiles do the same? 48-Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
My pastor broke this down, explaining how divinely radical it is to love those who hate us and persecute us. As we know, Stephen, the first Christian martyr, while he was being stoned to death, saw the vision of Jesus at the right hand of God the Father and his prayer was similar to Christ’s at the cross. Acts 7:59-60
59-And as they were stoning Stephen, he called out, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” 60-And falling to his knees he cried out with a loud voice, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.” And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
As many of us know, Saul (who was renamed Paul) was standing by, encouraging the stoning of Stephen and minding the coats of the those who killed him. But later, that prayer of Stephen’s likely helped in bringing about the Lord’s will of sparing Paul and making him, aside from Jesus Himself, arguably, the most powerful voice of Christian evangelism and an astounding example of faith!
The point is clear: we are to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Yes, this goes against our flesh and we rail at the injustice; we want to become God’s tool for vengeance (exactly as Saul did before his salvation.) Nevertheless, we can not possibly know all that God has planned. His ways are not our ways and His thoughts are not our thoughts. But we do know we win souls when we demonstrate divine love and compassion towards the unredeemed, no matter how wicked they are, especially when they expect us to respond with hatred and retribution.
This is not a call to passivity. Of course we are to spiritually fight against evil, to speak out against it, and each of us has a restraining role to play in these final days. Like Stephen, prayer is always our best weapon.
God is sovereign. He sees everything we are seeing, at all times, the world over. There are no nooks or crannies hidden from Him and He is at work. His Plan A is unfolding exactly as intended.
Vengeance is the Lord’s, He will repay. That is a promise! We must leave room for Him to exact justice and continue to do what Christ has commanded us to do.
It is amazing to see the delay of the wars in Israel, Taiwan, North and South Korea, and other hotspots fomenting around the world…they are coinciding with our own national and globalist confrontation coming to the USA.
There is not much time remaining for us to be salt and light before we are called to Heaven. The crackdowns against free speech and against our faith are growing. What a blessing to still have this forum to share and encourage one another!

Among my many faults is the inability to pray for people who have knowingly and purposefully stiffed me. Any prayer I would make would be totally hypocritical on my part. Now, I have no desire to do them harm and if they were broken down at the side of the road, I’d probably stop and help.
I actually am actually more harsh toward someone who does evil against people unable to fight back and I am not beyond stepping in.
I take seriously God’s authority as far as “payback” goes, so I don’t seek to take that into my own hands. They are just no longer part of my universe because there are plenty of people around worthy of my time.
HOWEVER, this all being said, if they make a move to make things right, then the “Restart” button is hit and whatever they had done becomes ancient history.
Just figured I should “own up” to this character flaw.
Admitting it is the right direction Ed. Again, this isn’t something we can do on or own, it is a work of the Holy Spirit.

I’ve always been somewhat of an “Iceman,” the gentler emotions having always been problematic for me. The commentary certainly shows the major extent of “rewiring” I’d need to be able to meet this kind of standard. Reading the sermon on the mount (Matthew chapters 5-7 ) and the sermon on the plain (Luke 6:20-49) clearly shows how far above our ways that God’s ways are.
On a lighter note, as I said before, if I found someone whose car had broken down whom I didn’t like, I expect I would stop to lend a hand, especially since I don’t know anyone around here still using a 1-horsepower cart provided by an actual horse! This is something I probably would never have considered when I was younger, so I guess that’s progress. One small step on a thousand-mile journey.

I can relate, Ed. I come from a long line of drunken, unrepentant stoics, if there is such a thing, LOL. Feelings are difficult for me.
When I struggle with anything the Lord commands (and believe me I still do, plenty) I’m reminded to ask Him to please change me. Whatever he wants of me, He promises He will help me with…all the more quickly when I willingly cooperate.
Sanctification, it’s a thing. All in His timing.

To be sure, I am in work in progress which won’t be finished down here. Nevertheless, I am all for getting fixed what can be fixed based on the materials at hand – such as they are.
One of the things that always impressed me about the Bible is that except for Jesus, all the “giants of the faith” are flawed individuals, from the O.T. right through the New. That the Bible also is quite candid about them is another bit of evidence that it is indeed trustworthy.
That it survived essentially intact for thousands of years is yet another.
I am very thankful that God left this amazing record for us to see.
Our God is truly full of compassion, mercy and grace. When I consider all He has done for us, it staggers my mind And His word is priceless!
Are there really any politicians that are not liars? I personally do not put my faith in any politician including former President Donald Trump. Our representatives come in and serve a short while and suddenly become multimillionaires. Insider trade knowledge is a huge component of their rise in prosperity regardless of party affiliation.
The desire for power over the kingdoms of this world comes with a price. Satan offered the same to our Lord if He would but bow down and worship him. The Luciferean agenda is not confined to one party or political affiliation, it is found in all. While some believe our vote will suddenly alter the landscape and bring revival this can be nothing more than delusion.
It is clear that America is no longer a nation ruled independently, we are clearly governed by global institutions for which we have willingly seceeded power too! This nation is no longer the center piece of the world attention, Israel has now taken this spot on the global stage. What happens in America is by the prophetic design of the Lord God.
Satan is our primary adversary and loves nothing more than to have Christians put their faith in political leaders or systems. Will our vote persuade men and women to open their hearts to the Gospel? Will our vote stop this Satanic murderous campaign against children? Is it not the mother’s of these infants that choose this path? Where does the real problem lie, the individual or our government?
Evil or Sin is a product of the heart, therefore the belief that we can change this by our vote or policy is again delusional. Since the taking down of Roe vs Wade, there has been a dramatic rise in abortions. In a world of darkness that embraces sin, attempts to legislate morality only increases lawlessness. The human heart is the issue not our vote. The Gospel of which we are ambassadors is the only remedy for this nation and the world.
We are not called to elect a Christian as president….I care who Lords over me; so not voting is the worst thing that one can do….I look at the issues at hand….Our founding fathers gave us a document like no other country on earth has ever had…We must look at which candidate most closely represents our U.S. constitution….It is clear to me who that is….One party has clearly stated, that they are for murder, up and until the time of birth…I know what God says about harming these little ones….Voting is a privilege that we have in our country, we must all exercise that right….There is no perfect candidate, nor will there ever be in this fallen world.
