Terry..your blog today brought me tears as you described how you saw the great cloud of witnesses. I, too, am watching and waiting for Jesus, anticipating with electrifying excitement the sound of the “trumpet,” seeing His beautiful face, hearing His sweet voice. Satan tries to make me feel I’m not doing enough. My gift is sharing music that glorifies the Lord. It is not evangelism, even though, when given the “green light,” I WILL share Jesus verbally. I often spend hours at a keyboard making recorded accompaniments for the choirs I direct. My connection to God is through music. I am often spiritually transported to the heavens as I listen to the music He has inspired through me. At the Bema judgment, I may be given only one or two crowns, but I long for the day when I can present them to my Lord, who gave His all for me! I am 68 years old and have often thought of quitting all of this when I am 70, but to know that there is a cloud of witnesses who, along with the Lord, appreciate what little I do for Him, is so encouraging. I may run this race a little longer!
