Luciferian Political Prevarication

Lucifer, now Satan, the chief prevaricator (liar), while looking into that mirror of iniquity, as reported in Isaiah 14:14, was struck by the sin of pride. There was none other as wonderful as himself, he concluded in that moment of total rebellion against Almighty God. It’s therefore somewhat amazing that he now does all he can to obscure his existence from humankind, whom he deceived into joining his rebellion at the Fall in Eden.

Much of humanity denies there is a God—at least that there is a deity with the right to govern them. People, likewise, for the most part, relegate the devil/Satan to esoteric lore and mythology. They don’t believe in a creature that roams about, perpetrating evil.

Satan relishes this view he’s managed to instill in people’s minds. If there’s no devil to fear, then the whole concept of biblical governance is out the window. Folks therefore don’t need a Savior from any original sin. It’s all myth, and people will face no other authority in some nonexistent, eternal judgment.

Satan’s entire plan of attack against God’s dealings with humans, then, is to get their thoughts off the fact of his influence in their affairs. The only right and wrong there is, the devil incessantly whispers, is whatever someone thinks is right and wrong. All is relative to the individual’s desires and aspirations.

The total non-involvement of any deity in decision-making isn’t even in the realm of day-to-day behavior. However, there are physical consequences that come with this individualism. Therefore, in the cause of the need to not suffer harmful chaos, there must be a collective will. Individuals must submit their wills to the collective to achieve and maintain the best possible quality of life—at least as determined by the majority.

And this brings us to where we are now in the process of life on this planet in 2024. Particularly, it brings us to where we are in the United States of America in the political world as we move toward the November 5 presidential election.

There are basically two sets of collectives as described above—both with fallen mindsets the devil has managed to influence from the time of the Fall in Eden. I’m talking about political collectives—the Democrat and Republican parties.

Both parties have at their base the mindset infused by the original prevaricator—the “father of lies”—the “old serpent,” the devil and Satan. All who are honest will attest that we’ve witnessed lie after lie over the years of observing the political process in America. So both political parties are guilty of the lies at every point along the many political campaigns, and even when there were no campaigns in progress.

But one of these American political entities by far leads in lying. This is my humble opinion, but that view has congealed throughout a long personal history of observation.

The number of lies being told now and over the last two decades or so has grown exponentially. And the latest process of political prevarication reminds me so much of Lucifer’s original lie to himself that I can’t do anything else but pass my observation along to you.

The Republican side of this political divide continues to hold to conservative values of the nation’s founders. The US Constitution continues to be at the center of the platform they adhere to. The Republican Party, for the most part, rejects proposed and forced change in the traditional national way of life Americans have lived throughout its history.

Democrat Party “progressives”—those who comprise the driving force of Democrat ideological change in the “transformation of America” Barack Obama boasted about—champion causes far from the traditional Judeo-Christian principles upon which America was founded. And this is where the luciferian lying becomes manifest, in my opinion.

Like that old serpent, the Democrat Party campaign to win the 2024 presidential election completely lies about themselves, and more so every day that passes.

Their candidate for president, Kamala Harris, whom President Joe Biden appointed “Border Czar” as vice president, and who was lauded by mainstream media at the time, now says she was never “Border Czar” or in charge of the border matters. This, the Democrat Party officials and even mainstream media blatantly lie, because the millions of illegals who have crossed the nation’s borders are now a tremendous political liability. They want no part in being seen as responsible for this dangerous and destructive invasion that has angered so many Americans.

The outright lies are in every direction this political entity speaks while trying to deceive the American voters. And, to get to the point I’ll try to make, their lies are Lucifer-like in this way.

Satan wants to divert people from thinking there is a devil. He doesn’t want to be recognized as that old serpent the Bible says brought humankind to this state from the time in Eden. He uses sleight-of-hand to get people to look in directions other than at the wickedness he is perpetrating. He wants us to think it’s not really happening.

In the same way, the Democrat Party and this presidential team are trying to get us to look in directions other than their record over the past four years.

The Democrat Party’s elite speakers, during their nominating convention, hardly talked at all about anything they’ve done to make us better off than we were when they took over. (And they took over under very suspicious electoral circumstances, might I add.)

Rather than talk about dangerous border security issues, a horrendous economy, the violence and chaos particularly within the “blue” cities and states, or the war-making that has exploded across the world due to weak American leadership, they spoke of love, unity, and good feelings in general terms. In other words, they’re doing everything they can to divert attention from their destructive policies and actions that have brought this nation to one of its lowest points in history.

The Democrat Party candidate, the most radically progressive among them, is now attempting to deceive American voters into believing she is for many traditional American values that her opponent has proven to champion and make secure during his presidency. She and her comrades in the party tried to make their convention entertaining and all smiles, with no talk of things plaguing America and the world. They declared the theme of their meetings to be full of joy. The sycophantic mainstream media ran with that declaration of “joy” for weeks following the Chicago meetings. It was a Lucifer-like ploy, to be sure. It was a deception like that old serpent’s that is meant to have voters think what they’ve endured over the past four years never existed. There is no devil

But championing the murder of more than sixty million babies in their mother’s wombs is evil. It is real. And this party is champion of that evil. Homosexuality and Sodom-like wickedness are evil. And this political party and its adherents are champions of that wickedness.

There is a drive to bring America into the globalists’ New World Order. I believe this nation is the holdup to their determination to establish a world government Satan intends to use as his son of perdition’s Tribulation regime. I am of the studied opinion that the party of luciferian prevarication—those at the top of its leadership—is working hand in hand with the Ephesians 6:12 minions, both demonic and human, to accomplish this satanic purpose.

All of that said, I equally believe Jesus will, any moment, begin the heavenly process of bringing this wickedness to an end. It will start with the Lord calling all believers to Himself in the clouds of Glory. The Rapture is imminent!

You don’t want to be here when the devil and his Antichrist have their seven years of rule over the earth. Here’s how to instead go to the Lord Jesus, where He has prepared heavenly dwelling places for God’s children:

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

Psyching Out Israel’s Enemies

To “psych out” means to insinuate a sense of intimidation into the psyche or cognitive process. At least that term encompasses the achieved ramification, to my way of intended meaning.

Perhaps you might think of better examples, but here are a couple.

Bobby Fisher, an undefeated chess champion in the early 1970s, was a reclusive, thus unknown, player who many say “psyched out” his Russian-Soviet opponent, Boris Spassky, in their July 1972 world championship match. Fisher was a strange, eccentric man holding anti-Semitic views. His brooding reclusiveness and odd ways apparently had a tendency to intimidate opponents who had to face him in their matches.

Another, more familiar, case of “psyching out” opponents might be when Goliath, the giant warrior, intimidated the Israelites—that is, until he came up against young David, Israel’s future king.

And this brings us to thinking about recent cases of Israel’s enemies who seek to destroy the Jewish nation and eradicate the chosen people of God.

We’ve witnessed God dealing with Israel’s enemies within the past few weeks in ways almost as dramatic as when He dealt with them in Israel’s ancient past.

And I’ve mentioned recently Israel’s defense force bringing Iran’s nuclear-weapons program to a standstill by introducing a computer worm called Stuxnet into the technology used to run Iran’s centrifuges.

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has consistently said Iran never will be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. Implied within that statement is the threat of using whatever military or other means necessary to keep the Israel-hating Iranian regime from developing nuclear bombs.

This threat, and Iran’s insistence on using proxies to harass and attack the Jewish state and its people through actions such as on October 7, 2023, has the diplomats of the world in a near panic.

To this point, the all-out war that might be necessary to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons hasn’t happened. Israel has, it seems, been able to thwart Iran’s destructive intentions.

As stated above, we saw this with Stuxnet some years ago, and we continue to see Israel’s almost-magical thwarting of the genocidal aspirations of Iran and its proxies. The remarkable feat of causing the Hezbollah pagers and other communications devices to explode almost simultaneously, killing many terrorists and wounding many others, has put, it seems, an even more virulent “worm” than Stuxnet into the nefarious minds of the devilish Israel haters.

The following excerpt demonstrates the effects of this mind virus. If not such a serious matter of keeping Israel from the dastardly plans of the likes of Iran’s regime leaders, it would be hilarious to consider the paranoid reaction Israel’s “magical” doings have inflicted on those devoted to the destruction of the Jewish state and people.

As Israel continues to demonstrate impressive intelligence capabilities by eliminating much of the leadership of the Hezbollah terrorist organization, some of its enemies are reportedly attributing supernatural powers to the Jewish State.

Iranian opposition news site Iran International published a recording from a televised interview given by an Iranian cleric close to the Ayatollah’s regime accusing the Jewish people of trapping and employing jinn, or genies, for three thousand years, as well as using science fiction technology.

Iranian Shia seminary teacher Mostafa Karami claimed, “Considering the Zionists’ history of subjugating genies, they carry out many of their missions through this means, and demons are their secret army.”

“They [the Jews] have had access to genies and cosmic science since the time of David and Solomon,” he added. “Historically, they have always used genies, their documents and traditions proved that. They have used genies and demons for warfare and intelligence operations throughout history.”

Karami detailed his magical conspiracy theory in response to the elimination of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah last week. (Arutz Sheva, “Iranian Cleric: ‘Jews have had access to genies since Davidic time’,” Israel National News)

It’s amusing that this Islamic cleric fanatic believes in Israeli magic. He isn’t far from wrong, in that it is supernatural in its reality, rather than the nonexistent “magic” to which he attributes Israel’s ability to perform things that seem miraculous.

In fact, the feats are miraculous. The God who calls this strange miracle nation His “chosen people” has imbued Abraham’s seed with His own power at points in history of His own choosing.

So the Islamic Jew-haters have had their evil minds invaded by the “magic” worm, as the cleric has complained. They’ve been “psyched out” by the God of Israel, about whom the Holy Scripture says: “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep” (Psalm 121:4).

All of this involving hatred of Israel and the Jewish people at this moment means Jesus is about to intervene against the evil ramping up in the Middle East as well as in the rest of the world.

That intervention will be the Rapture of all believers into Christ’s presence in the clouds of Glory.

You don’t want to be left behind when that any-moment call to believers is made. Here, once again, is how to go to the Lord and to Heaven when that call issues forth, as Jesus told about in John 14:1–3.

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

Paving Antichrist’s Pathway to False Peace

Jesus said in His Olivet Discourse, as recorded in the Gospel according to Luke: “And there shall be…upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity” (Luke 21:25b). Now, deep into 2024, it becomes increasingly obvious that peace in the Middle East is foremost on the minds of the leaders of the major world powers. Distress over the possibility, even the probability, that nuclear conflict might eventuate in the region causes perplexity of the most crucial sort.

Absence of peace in the world, and particularly in the region surrounding modern Israel, creates at this late moment in the fleeting age a vacuum into which the prophesied end-of-days leader will one day vault to power. Antichrist will climb onto a platform of peace from which to launch his most terrible campaign of conquest. We get some idea of this supernaturally imbued man’s spectacular rise and reign through the Old Testament prophet Daniel:

And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many. (Daniel 8:23–25b)

A strange, deadly peace is prophesied to serve as launching pad for the Beast, as he is termed in Revelation chapter 13.

Paul, the apostle and prophet, gave dire warning about that esoteric peace that will pervade in the days approaching the time of the end:

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. (1 Thessalonians 5:3)

Paul said this murderous peace will come immediately following the “thief in the night” break-in upon an unsuspecting world of earth’s inhabitants. (Read 1 Thessalonians 5:1–7.) This refers to the resurrection and translation of the saints of the Age of Grace—the Rapture. The apostle, as he did in speaking of the Rapture in 1 Corinthians 15:51–55 and 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18, used personal pronouns to indicate exactly whom he was prophesying about. Concerning those alive at that future time, Paul used “we,” “us,” and “our” to indicate Church Age saints and “they,” “them,” and “those” to indicate the lost—the unbelievers—who will be left behind when the Rapture takes place.

There will be a cry for peace and safety leading up to this time of world-rending intervention by Christ, and an even more urgent demand for peace and safety following that calamitous event. I infer from my study that the left-behind people who “say peace and safety” seem to be saying also that “now we have peace and safety.” I’m convinced this is the peace of Daniel 8:25 perpetrated upon the earth by the “king of fierce countenance,” who will “by peace destroy many.”

Today, leaders of the planet’s most powerful governments consistently fret over the boiling pot the so-called Holy Land presents in threatening to again bring the nations into world war. Other potential conflicts—like the increasing military actions between Russia and Ukraine and the nuclear threats coming from Vladimir Putin—add to the fears.

But it is the building potential for all-out war between Israel and its Islamic antagonists that has the premiere diplomatic powers that be in “distress” and “perplexity.”

Particularly, it is the building potential violence between the Jewish state and a soon-to-be nuclear Iran that brings forth the cry for peace and safety. Globalist leaders meeting a week ago at the UN voted on a “Pact for the Future” that lays the foundation of a “new global order” at the center of which is the declared intention to establish world peace. It was adopted by consensus, but reluctantly so.

Like in so much going on these days, God’s hand of derision and restraint was manifest within that anti-God geopolitical body.

“No one is happy with this pact,” said Russia’s deputy foreign minister, Sergey Vershinin.

Seven countries voted against adopting the Pact: Russia, Nicaragua, Iran, Sudan, Belarus, North Korea and Syria.  Additionally, 15 countries abstained from voting, including China, Cuba, Iraq, Laos, Malaysia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. (“UN’s Pact for the Future is adopted; it will serve the same authoritarian and profitable aims as COVID,” Rhoda Wilson, Expose, September 23, 2024)

Heaven’s hand of restraint seemed to take from the attendees’ thoughts of working together to throttle Israel’s ongoing military action in defending itself. The leaders of that globalist get-together are frustrated over the peace that eludes all efforts, finding, in particular, Israel’s leadership exasperating—even though it is Israel’s enemies such as Iran that incessantly seek to destroy the Jewish state.

But instead of pursuing their collective hate-filled goals against God’s chosen nation, their thoughts turned to self-centered individual interests for the most part.

Nonetheless, the globalist would-be masters of the world have solid ground for concern that the volatility could boil over at any time and ignite conflagration in the region surrounding Israel. During the UN summit, Iran’s president raved in a speech against Israel and lauded Israel’s enemies, but without overwhelming agreement from those listening.

But Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, continues to declare that Islamic nations will one day watch the destruction of its most-hated enemy, Israel. He is quoted on his website numerous times as saying: “Surely, the day will come when the nations of the region will witness the destruction of the Zionist regime…when the destruction happens will depend on how the Islamic nations approach the issue.”

Concerns about Israel’s objection to Iran’s nuclear development and those diplomatic elites’ frustration over not knowing what to do about the threat to regional and world peace might remind the student of Bible prophecy of another predicted situation. The current angst over Iran’s threat evokes thoughts of an apparent note of diplomatic protest that will be issued during a future Iranian (Persian) military action against Israel.

Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? (Ezekiel 38:13)

The powers of the West, and even Saudi and others in the Middle East, will send a weak note of diplomatic protest. There will still, apparently, be an inability to deal with the Iranian (and the accompanying coalition of nations’) threat to world peace. The indecisiveness and the cry for peace and safety will ultimately bring the Beast to power. He will have the answers to foment the deadly peace people want. It will be such peace that will serve as Antichrist’s launching pad to absolute power.

God’s Word Trumps Trump

It appears we are, in a sense, at the end of the cosmic end game. If compared to cards, the winning hand is about to be revealed. And the outcome is not a gamble in any sense.

The One who holds that winning hand cannot lose. He knows every card held by every opponent, and they are all losers. This is because they choose to not accept the hand originally given them, but rather continue determined to play by rules contrary to the One who deals only in truth.

Truth is all that matters in this game, and when deliberately denying the truth, either on purpose or in ignorance, the player suffers loss to one degree or another.

And now I get to the point of this metaphor. I will aim it at the presidential candidate I support in the upcoming presidential election. It is not a gentle comparison I make, because I want Mr. Trump to realize that when it comes to God’s Word, we are not in the hallway of our junior high years. It is a deadly serious matter to deny the truth—and God’s Word is the only truth there is.

In this eternal high-stakes end game, your word, Mr. President, is trumped by the inerrant Word of the one who holds the hand that cannot be overridden.

Your declaration recently is a most egregious misunderstanding of earthly geopolitics from God’s inerrant view.

In his characteristically outspoken manner, Trump has been critical of Jews who support his opponent. At a speech addressing antisemitism Thursday night in Washington D.C., he warned that if Harris enters the White House as president, Israel would be “eradicated.”

“If I don’t win this election, Israel in my opinion will cease to exist within two years, and I believe I’m 100% right,” Trump said. “If I do win, Israel will be safe and secured.”…

Dr. Miriam Adelson, the widow of late casino magnate Sheldon Adelson, [Who leads the way in a large Jews-for-Trump group] spoke in favor of the candidate, saying that Jews have a “sacred duty” to vote for Trump, “in gratitude for everything he has done and trust in everything he will yet do.”…

She has written that Trump “should enjoy sweeping support” among U.S. Jews and Israelis and that Trump deserves a “Book of Trump” in the Bible due to his support for Israel…

She did, however, chide Trump after the event. While noting that his claims had some merit, she added, “Our people have one more secret.”

Adelson quoted from the Passover Haggadah to explain what that secret is, “And this [promise] is what has stood by our ancestors and us; for it was not only one man who rose up to destroy us: in every single generation people rise up to destroy us—but the Holy One, Blessed Be He, saves us from their hands.” (“Trump warns President Harris would “eradicate” Israel but Megadonor corrects him: ‘Jews have a secret’”—Israel365 News)

Donald Trump as president did much to support Israel. He has taken strong and definitive stands against anti-Semitism. For this he no doubt was at least in part brought to that high office by the Lord. But it is obvious from his rhetoric that he is woefully ignorant of the truth in this cosmic end game we’re in the midst of.

This Jewish influencer/supporter has corrected him, although I’ve not seen or heard any evidence of Mr. Trump acknowledging that he was wrong by saying that if he doesn’t win this November, Israel will cease to exist within two years.

Mr. President, I hope someone will pass this along to you. You can’t play junior-high word games when it comes to God’s chosen nation. And I say that as one who is praying that if we reach Election Day, you will be the victor. I pray for your safety, and for ours as a nation.

That God will assure our continued traversing upon this planet is something we can’t know for certain. But the continued existence of the nation Israel is a God-guaranteed matter.

God’s Holy Word trumps your words, Mr. President. Here is that Word, issued from the Holy Spirit-inspired prophet Jeremiah thousands of years ago:

This is what the Lord says, “He who appoints the sun to shine by day, Who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar—the Lord Almighty is His Name; Only if these ordinances vanish from My sight,” declares the Lord, “will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before Me.” (Jeremiah 31:35–36)

The date of posting this article is most poignant as we remember October 7, 2023. Israel’s blood-vowed enemies inflicted the most heinous atrocities against the Jewish people since the time of Hitler’s Holocaust.

This is but one more reminder of just how near the world is to entering the time known as Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30: 7). But even during the time Jesus, Himself, said would be the worst in all of human history, Israel and the Jewish people will, as a chosen remnant, be preserved to go into the millennial reign of the Messiah they rejected two millennia ago.

It will not be Donald J. Trump, or anyone or anything other that will bring them to that glorious head of all nations of history. It will be done by the very Word of the Living God!

If his sons forsake My law, and do not walk in My judgments, if they violate My statues, and do not keep My commandments, then I will visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. But I will not break off My loving kindness from him, nor deal falsely in My faithfulness. My covenant I will not violate, nor will I alter the utterance of My lips. Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David. His descendants shall endure forever like the moon, and the witness in the sky is faithful. (Psalm 89:30–37)

Please help in our Pakistan Missionary effort!

I’m again thankful to be able to offer Rapture Ready Family members another opportunity to participate in a missionary effort.

As many of you know, a long-time pastor friend in Pakistan,  Pastor Anil Jasper, is using my Sunday School quarterly-size book “Prophecy Power: Strength From God To Face Your Future” to reach pastors and teachers in his region of the world with prophetic Truth  –the preTrib view.

Some time ago we appealed for funds to publish and disseminate that little book, which Brother Anil personally translated into the language of his area. Many of you generously did so, and Anil faithfully distributed the books. He reports good results, as many people are now learning Truth about how near we are to Christ’s call in the Rapture.

The book, of course, contains at its heart the soul-Saving Message of the Gospel. I am Thankful to tell you that it is reported that many have come to Christ as a result of these efforts with “Prophecy Power”. Brother Anil has sent reports along with photographs of those who have accepted Christ.

We again need funds to send to the Pakistani printer in order to print  copies so Pastor Anil can move forward in an even more vigorous effort.

Please consider again joining in helping fund the reprinting of “Prophecy Power”.

My heart, as always, is to get God’s Word on the lateness of this fleeting age to those in Pakistan who otherwise won’t hear in their own language about Jesus Promise to come for them –perhaps very soon.

Thanks, in the Holy Name of Jesus,  for considering the request. I pray that great will be your Heavenly Reward one Eternal Day!

               –Terry

Miracle Nation

  • The plagues of Egypt—Genesis 7:14–12:29–30
  • The parting of the Red Sea—Exodus 14:21–31
  • The parting of the Jordan River—Joshua 3:14–17
  • The falling of the walls of Jericho—Joshua 6:6–20
  • The sun and moon standing still—Joshua 10:12–14
  • The angel slaying thousands—Judges 13:19–20

The miracles performed on behalf of God’s chosen nation are prolific.

These astonishing movements of God to bring forth, establish, and perpetuate His chosen people as promised are the miracles we know the most about because they’re so profound in their impact. Whereas secular writers and pundits have most often relegated these miracles of God to legend and lore, evidence steadily emerges to validate the historical facts the Bible has chronicled. Archeological evidence of the total destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah is recent proof of the truth of God’s Holy Word.

Certainly the monumental ways God has dealt with Israel and its enemies are important to consider when thinking on prophecy yet to unfold. The Lord has mightily intervened with Israel’s path forward in the past, and He is prophetically scheduled to deal just as mightily in the Tribulation era. As a matter of fact, the primary goal of the Tribulation era–Daniel’s seventieth week—is to purge Israel and bring forth a remnant of God’s people who will be part of the Millennial Kingdom of Christ.

But, to the believing observer of these days and all that is transpiring on an hourly basis, it is undeniable that God is dealing at this very moment with His chosen people and their enemies as surely as He has dealt with them in the past and is scheduled to do in the future.

I refer specifically to the if not supernatural way, almost certainly the heavenly influential way Israel has again pulled off an intervention against their enemies’ plans to inflict their satanic evil.

We saw this heavenly influence years ago when the Jewish state, with the malicious computer virus Stuxnet, reportedly ruined almost one-fifth of Iran’s nuclear centrifuges. Targeting industrial control systems, the worm infected over two hundred thousand computers. Iran’s fast-track program to produce a nuclear weapon came to an abrupt end–for the moment, at least.

Now we witness, I absolutely believe, God’s intervention–His influence—that was used to protect against something big in the way of Israel’s enemies’ plans to again attack Israel. The following reports the matter, with which by now most are familiar.

[Around 2,800 Hezbollah operatives were wounded across Lebanon as communication devices exploded.]

[Most of them were] Hezbollah operatives [who] were wounded across Lebanon on Tuesday afternoon when their communication devices mysteriously exploded at around the same time, according to Reuters and local reports.

Several hours after the incident, Hezbollah said in an official statement: “At 15:30, a large number of pagers exploded, many people were injured. A Lebanese girl and two Hezbollah members were killed in the incident, along with a large number of injured.”

“An extensive security investigation is being conducted to find out the reasons for the explosions. We pray for the speedy recovery of the wounded and call to be careful of spreading rumors that help the enemy. The resistance is in the highest readiness to defend Lebanon and its people,” the statement read.

A Hezbollah source told the Qatari Al Araby Al-Jadeed: “Israel remotely hacked into Hezbollah’s unique communication devices and blew them up.”

In the evening, Lebanon’s Health Minister said there were at least eight dead and over 2750 wounded, including around 200 in serious condition.

The son of Ali Ammar, a Lebanese parliament member for Hezbollah, died as a result of a pager explosion, two security sources tell Reuters.

Among those wounded in the explosions is the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, according to Iranian state-owned Mehr News. In addition, the Saudi outlet al-Hadath said senior commanders of Hezbollah were wounded. (“Mysterious Explosions Come as Israeli Leaders Hold ‘Dramatic’ Discussion about Northern Front,” All Israel News Staff, September 17, 2024, Updated: September 18, 2024)

Since the explosions of the pagers, hundreds of other devices used to communicate between terrorists have exploded, killing or wounding many who held them.

Lest one is tempted to think these were innocents, with the exception, sadly, of the young girl being killed by the exploding devices, these terrorists had been told to use the pagers in order to not be tracked through their cell phones by the Israeli IDF. Thus, their nefarious plans to attack the hated Israel were foiled. This warning to the terrorists to use the pagers were given through recorded orders by a high-ranking terrorist leader, so the proof of the pagers’ use to do Israel harm exists in a digital paper trail; Israel’s actions were both brilliant and warranted.

I recently heard one American senator or US representative state he wasn’t the least bit worried about Israel’s destruction by its millions of enemies that surround the Jewish state. He stated that God’s Word assures their perpetual existence.

I say “Amen” to that sentiment. Israel is the miracle nation among all the nations of earth. That truth continues to be played out through hourly news cycles. Undoubtedly we will see much more of that truth on display until the Rapture of the Church–at which time we will “watch from the balconies of Heaven,” as my great late friend Chuck Missler was fond of saying.

Strange Winds Blowing

Climate change fear-mongering continues to grow as the nucleus around which the coming false religious system will likely be established. That harlot system of Revelation 17 will ride astride the beast described by Daniel the prophet and John, who was given Revelation to write by the Holy Spirit.

Most of us who closely observe these times from the pre-Trib view of Bible prophecy understand that the climate-change mantra is a Mother Earth worship ruse used by Satan to inject fear into the world’s populations. –Thus to bring into existence a new world order that will eventuate in the Antichrist regime of absolute evil.

Jesus Himself forecast the weather in His Olivet Discourse. He said the winds and waves will be roaring. This can include, I’m convinced, both the literal seas and waves as well as the seas of people. And certainly both the literal and the figurative are in tumultuous upheaval as these end times unfold.

With regard to the literal, any review of weather news on any given day is full of great storms that are becoming more violent and wreaking havoc on a global basis. The figurative seas and waves—the wars and rumors of war, the ethnic conflicts—are just as violent and growing more so by the hour. This ramping up of violence includes the ethnic strife within supposedly the most civilized nations such as our own. There are warnings from many quarters that such turmoil is destined to flair in dramatic fashion no matter which party’s presidential candidate is victorious in November.

All of the above is part of the Bible prophecy picture coming into focus as we watch for and anticipate the wrap-up of this Age of Grace (Church Age).

So the winds Jesus gave us a heads-up about, as far as what to look for as His Second Advent nears, are beginning to blow in hurricane fashion on the end-times horizon. And it is yet another sort of prophetic allusion to tumultuous winds that will blow in the last days that I hope to look at for now. This is a climate-change matter we can point to that is truly upon us as the time of Tribulation nears.

The Apostle Paul prophesied this particular type of climate change for the end of the age: spiritual climate change. It involves a prophecy I believe is taking place at this moment.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. (2 Timothy 4:3)

Paul further related this end-of-the-age doctrinal tumult to a dangerous windstorm:

So that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. (Ephesians 4:14)

It’s easy to see that we’re now in such an anti-biblical storm of anti-God assaults by strange winds that are blowing against the truth. The following gives credence to the tempest Paul warned of:

Brad Ruggles had already begun wrestling with his evangelical faith when he was called to launch a small church in a north Indianapolis suburb. As he pastored over his 200-member congregation, he found himself struggling with members’ resistance to issues of LGBTQ inclusion or questions raised by the murder of George Floyd.

Eventually, in 2021, he stepped down and away from his faith – but ultimately craved the brotherhood he’d enjoyed as part of a congregation. Then he found C3, an inclusive Sunday collective in west Michigan that had undergone its own transformation and now describes itself not as a church but a home for the spiritually homeless, dedicated to pondering existential questions and living out shared values…

“The post-religious organizational field is highly diverse and fluid,” said Christian Smith, a professor of sociology at the University of Notre Dame who is writing a book about younger generations’ diminishing devotion to traditional religion.

The patchwork existence of such churches means these communities provide their own oversight; their adherence to no doctrine leaves teachings open to constant shift. For now, that’s how they like it. (“As Millions Leave Organized Religion, Spiritual and Secular Communities Offer Refuge,” Mark Ramirez, USA Today)

All of Christendom is under this heavy spiritual weather. Strange winds are blowing, particularly within the organization many prophecy watchers believe will be at the dark center of the Revelation chapter 17 whore of Babylon false religious system headed by the False Prophet of Revelation 13. That prophetic wind might be said to be coming from the voice of the man currently heading up that organization. The following is interesting in that regard:

Pope Francis told young people in Singapore that being “Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, Christian” are just “different paths,” as “every religion is a way” to God…

Continuing, the Pope declared that each religion is a means to attain God, stating:

“Every religion is a way to arrive at God. There are different languages to arrive at God, but God is God for all. And how is God God for all? We are all sons and daughters of God. But my god is more important than your god, is that true?

“There is only one God and each of us has a language to arrive at God. Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, Christian, they are different paths.”

The Pope’s words were warmly welcomed by those present in the hall, which included leaders and representatives of Singapore’s many religious bodies and the large papal retinue. (“Pope Francis: ‘Every religion is a way to arrive at God’,” Michael Haynes, Snr Vatican correspondent – LifeSite)

To my way of discerning these times and considering the strange winds of doctrine blowing across the spiritual landscape at this late prophetic hour, what might happen next is always at the tip of my mind. Everything points to the beast state–Satan’s Antichrist system—rapidly advancing toward Daniel’s seventieth week–the Tribulation era. That goal of the Ephesians 6:12 cabal cannot take place until the church–all born again believers—is removed from the planet and taken into the clouds of Glory.

This is why we urge believers to be Rapture Ready.

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, you must be watching for Him, as described in Mark 13:3, 7; Luke 21:28; and Titus 2:13. Be aware of and beware of strange winds of doctrine–like that which denies the scriptural truth that Jesus will come for His Church before the Tribulation begins (Revelation 3:10).

If you are not a believer in Christ for salvation, your time to get ready for when He calls looks to be very short. Here is what the Bible says you must do in order to be saved from the wrath to come and go to the Lord when He calls believers:

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

End-times Ethnic Eruption

The satanically spawned Hamas attack of October 7, 2023, seems to have opened in a major way an end-of-the-age Tribulation stage-setting prophecy.

Jesus Himself gave the prophecy as part of the Olivet Discourse while sitting with His disciples overlooking the Temple Mount:

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation… (Matthew 24:6–7).

The prophecy we need to look at in this fascinating time in history is Jesus’ statement that “nation will rise against nation” in an unprecedented way just before He returns to set up His Millennial Kingdom on earth. When giving only a cursory glance at these words, we think that, yes, that’s certainly true. Many a nation has risen against another nation just during the past several decades. There have been many wars, and other wars are looming. But, is this the kind of “nation against nation” reference Jesus specifically gave?

To answer this, we must look at the Greek language–the language from which the New Testament was translated into English. Jesus was in actuality saying these uprisings would be unusual in that they would be based in ethnos–the Greek word for “nation.” They would be ethnic in origin. They would pit ethnic, or racial, group against ethnic group.

It is equally true that ethnic factors have been the cause of many wars throughout the centuries. The Arabs and Jews–as a matter of fact, many ethnic peoples against the Jews—marked the conflicts of Old Testament times. Almost without exception, those early wars were “ethnic” in origin.

Things haven’t changed. Arabs and Jews still have the ethnos factor at the heart of their differences. And, never in history has the conflict been more virulent. Israel is hated like no other people—and by almost all of the nations of the world. The Islamic nations—mostly Arab—are blood-vowed to push the Jews into the Mediterranean Sea and wipe the Jewish race from the planet. Some Arab leaders of the past and other leaders–e.g., Iranian leaders—continue to want all Jews expunged from the region, and even off the planet, as we hear incessantly through their protesting US college-campus minions. They have made it their national policy through their oratorical invectives. There have been conflicts in the century just passed involving peoples of the Caucuses, the Balkans, etc., and horrific slaughters in Africa and other places–all based upon ethnic differences.

Now, this hemisphere is experiencing the burgeoning effects of ethnic conflict. The invasion of illegal aliens from points at US borders north as well as south, welcomed by a presidential administration that seems conjoined to the globalist intention to bring America into compliance with their New World Order aspirations, is threatening to erupt into violence within even smaller cities.

This invasion affecting even the smaller towns is easily discernable through reports like the following:

At this moment, there is a tremendous amount of discussion on social media about what is happening in the city of Springfield, Ohio.

The Haitian population of Springfield has become very large, and Newsweek is reporting that it is being alleged that “some of these people have been killing and eating folks’ pets”…

Springfield, which had a population of around 60,000, has recently been at the center of the immigration debate, with its Haitian community growing to between 15,000 and 20,000 over the last four years, according to city officials.

The past few days have seen locals report that some of these people have been killing and eating folks’ pets…

At a recent city commission meeting, one local resident was literally begging for officials to do something.

He claimed that migrants are “grabbing up ducks by their neck” and “eating them”…

“I really challenge you guys to get out here and do something,” he told the meeting.

“These Haitians are running into trash cans, running into buildings…they’re flipping cars in the middle of the streets…”

The man added: “They’re in the park, grabbing up ducks by their neck, and cutting their head off and walking off with them. They’re eating them.” (“Are they really eating our pets?”, Rapture Ready News, September 10, 2024)

Point is, Jesus said that a great, swelling uprising involving ethnic strife would grow to be a major crisis during the Tribulation era–that last seven years just before He returns to put an end to all of the conflicts at Armageddon (Revelation 19:11).

This ethnic eruption we’re witnessing each day in our headlines is something to watch closely, so far as being observant for prophetic end-times signals is concerned. The unrest constitutes yet another indicator of where this generation might stand on God’s prophetic timeline. We can say with a degree of certainty based upon study of God’s Word, and belief in the pre-Trib Rapture of Christ’s Church, that because of the burgeoning ethnic unrest, in conjunction with all of the other indicators we see interjecting themselves with growing intensity and frequency, Jesus’ shout, “Come up here!” can’t be far distant.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
