Turkey/Togarmah Stage-setting

Stage-setting for the wrap-up of this age leading to the triumphant return of Christ continues briskly. A major member of the Gog-Magog coalition is in the forefront of ongoing volatility in the region involving Israel.

Over recent years, we’ve examined news about the coming forth of the national entities to the north of Israel that will comprise the Gog-Magog force of Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39. Russia, Iran (Persia) and Turkey (Togarmah) have become increasingly chummy in their cooperative intention to dominate the region. It’s the region in which the tiny, but nuclear-weapons powerful, Israel, stands as the holdup to the big three Gog-Magog nations achieving the domination they desire.

Russian leadership has, off and on, been semi-friendly to Israel, with their hostility to the Jewish state’s existence veiled to some extent. Since the shah was dethroned, Iran, of course, has been increasingly hostile and even directly threatening to Israel, with chants of death to the big Satan!” (America) and “Death to the little Satan!” (Israel).

Regarding the third member of this diabolist triad, Turkey has been more or less secretly seething with disdain for God’s chosen nation while embracing Western ways—even joining NATO, as we know. But now Turkey is making moves to directly insinuate its influence into the region that threatens to disrupt Israel’s security.

The following report provides insight:

Turkey is positioning itself to play a central role in postwar Gaza and hosted a high-level meeting this week in Istanbul focused on the future governance and reconstruction of Gaza.

Representatives from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, Pakistan, and Indonesia attended the talks, which also addressed plans for an international stabilization force to be authorized by the United Nations Security Council.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told reporters that discussions among Muslim countries are ongoing and that any troop deployment will depend on the final UN framework.

“Countries will decide on participation once a structure is agreed,” he said. Fidan added that Hamas had expressed willingness to transfer administrative authority to a Palestinian-led committee once reconstruction efforts begin.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking separately to delegates from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, praised what he described as Hamas’ commitment to the ceasefire and readiness to abide by the emerging arrangement.

Turkey’s ambitions have drawn mixed reactions in Israel, where officials view Ankara’s involvement with caution due to its long history of supporting Hamas and its frequent criticism of Israeli policy.

Though Turkey remains a NATO member and a U.S. ally, its alignment with Qatar—another state seen as close to Hamas—has raised questions about its impartiality. (“Turkish officials say Hamas is ready to give up control of Gaza,” World Israel News, November 4, 2025)

Ezekiel, as recorded in chapters 38 and 39 of the book by his name, points out the nations that will at some point assault Israel with the intention of “taking great spoil,” as it is given in the KJV. The primary nations to lead that coalition have drawn together over the past few years, with Turkey (Togarmah) aligning more and more with the fanatic Islamist leadership of Iran (Persia) in hatred of Israel. There will come a time, the prophet says, that only God Himself will be able to save His chosen people from being overrun in the great Gog-Magog attack.

Dr. Thomas Ice, director of the Pre-Trib Research Center, in his many prophetic studies, has dealt with this soon-to-eventuate assault and all it entails. He includes in the following some findings of fellow prophecy scholar Dr. Mark Hitchcock:

“Most Bible scholars and scholars of ancient history relate biblical Togarmah to the ancient Hittite city of Tegarma,” notes Mark Hitchcock, “an important city in eastern Cappadocia (modern Turkey).” But while scholars have differed slightly on the exact location of ancient Togarmah, concludes Hitchcock, “it is always associated with a city or district within the boundaries of the modern nation of Turkey.”…

The last few years has seen an Islamic majority emerge in Turkey’s Parliament and an Islamic Prime Minister is now in place. The breakup of the former Soviet Union included the independence of five Islamic republics: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirghizia, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan. Hitchcock notes that “Turkey has clearly been drawn to these former Soviet republics for economic reasons, Turkey also shares strong linguistic and ethnic ties with these nations…

Turkey sees itself as the economic developer of the vast natural resources like gold, silver, uranium, oil, coal, and natural gas that are found in these five new states… Once Turkey is spurned by Europe, she will have motive enough to enter into league with Russia and their Islamic brethren which will set the stage for the fulfillment of this prophecy. (The Pre-Trib Research Center, https://www.pre-trib.org)

Additionally, in the accumulating further evidence showing relationship to the Gog-Magog coalition, Turkey has issued arrest warrants for Israel’s leaders. The country accuses Benjamin Netanyahu and thirty-six other Israelis of “systematic” genocide and crimes against humanity. (Rapture Ready News November 8, 2025)

With the rapid developments in and around God’s chosen nation—in conjunction with the geopolitical evil, socio-cultural wickedness, religious deception, and technological progression—Turkey’s insertion into the prophetic picture is yet another strong indicator of just how near the Rapture must be.

Our prayerful hope is that you will want to be part of that stupendous event when Christ calls all believers into the clouds of Glory. Here is how to make sure you’re not left behind when Jesus shouts, “Come up here!”

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

I Didn’t Have the Imagination! :: By Jan Markell

Be honest. You’re seeing things every day that you didn’t think you would see in your lifetime! It must be the last days. Up is down, and black is white. Evil is good and good is evil. But some of these items listed, I never could have imagined. Here is just my latest short list of things I didn’t think I would see:

1)  Per Tucker Carlson, I have a brain virus because I support Israel. Who could have imagined such an accusation? As a self-proclaimed Christian, Tucker surely doesn’t know the Bible, which is as pro-Israel as you can get! “He that keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.” (Psalm 121:4) Nor does he understand the word “irrevocable” (Romans 11:29), which tells us God keeps His promises (to the Jews).

2)  I never thought that I would get worn out, exhausted, and depleted from warning the clueless that time is running out. This is a new level of delusional thinking that life will only get better despite all the biblical warnings. It’s all falling apart, folks, so that last day’s issues can fall into place! Happy days are only in eternity.

3) The fact that we keep celebrating evil is mind-blowing and the essence of perilous times: Israel’s October 7 and the election of a radical—Zohran Mamdani as NY City Mayor. It’s beyond our imagination. First we cheered for Hamas and now for Mamdani. Why do we keep having sympathy for the devil? I had hoped that died with the Rolling Stones. How will Mamdani honor the 25th anniversary of 9/11 next year? Does this bother anybody else?

4)  I never thought I would see, and I can’t understand, why most churches stayed silent after October 7, but those same churches were silent after Charlie Kirk was assassinated in September of this year. What gives? Why will pulpits today not take a stand?

5)  A violent school shooting—Annunciation Catholic School—transpired last August, a few miles from where I grew up in Minneapolis. The takeaway, sadly, was that no one should exercise “thoughts and prayers.” Not that blue cities like mine don’t work and that they draw criminals like a magnet. But that prayers were a worthless waste of time. Who could have imagined such a twisted conclusion? What a sign of the times! The predicted mockery is displayed.

6)  I didn’t think I would live to see antisemitism become normalized and even celebrated post-WW2. Zohran Mamdani won his mayoral election because he hated Jews. It is the new normal. Will this drive more Jews to Israel? You can count on it. Once again, they are running for their lives because there is only one safe haven for them. That is how God designed it.

7)  I couldn’t imagine the day when hundreds of thousands of Christians would be slaughtered in parts of Africa, and I would have to hunt for details. Why does no one care that over 200,000 have been killed? Since the victims weren’t Palestinians, I guess no one cared. No Jews, no news.

8)  I still can’t believe that a new study from George Barna’s Cultural Research Center reveals that millions of Americans no longer see many behaviors once considered sinful as wrong at all. In short, the very definition of sin is being rewritten. Mankind has become its own priest, pastor, prophet, and moral authority, and all are doing what is right in their own eyes. (Judges 17:6; Deut.12:8).

9) I didn’t think I would see the fulfillment of the red-green alliance—Islam and Marxism merging in my lifetime. Forget New York, my home town, Minneapolis, barely dodged another Islamic mayoral victory. Our “Little Mogadishu” hosts almost 100,000 Muslims here in town and elects and celebrates Ilhan Omar. Twenty-four years after 9/11, the country is saying “Allah Akbar” in too many places. How about the global shia Islamic center now open in Houston? How have we allowed this?  My friend, Phil Haney, warned us but he was mysteriously bumped off right after I met with him in 2021.Did you notice Al Qaeda made it into the White House November 10?

10) And I never thought I would see prophecy conferences across America and the world close one-by-one. Covid did terrible damage and brought mine to an end a few years ago. But they continue to fall due to lack of interest, age of attendees, and the fact that so few comprehend the lateness of the hour so attendance has been sinking!

So, these are just ten points in my latest list of things I didn’t expect to see! But one thing never changes: the fact that Jesus is coming again and we must not be silent. Somebody’s eternity depends on it.

John 16:20-24

“There was chaos, and the world rejoiced at the death of Jesus, just like the world rejoices at the evil today. Yet, there will come a time when people will rejoice because of God’s glorious promises coming to pass. The world is gloriously dark now because we are being prepared for the glorious Son of God who will bring great light.”

Five Minutes After Death by Dr. Adrian Rogers

This sermon by Dr. Rogers is one that is among the most important ever preached, in my view. This is because it is about the eternal destiny of each and every person who has ever lived. It gets right to the matter of what happens when the heart stops, and eternity for the person who has just died begins.

Israel’s Bewildering Betrayal

I guess I haven’t been paying enough attention, at least not to the extent I thought.

The other night I was listening to talk-show host and attorney Mark Levin—his program that I don’t often catch. He was coming hard against some in this nation who are calling Christians and Jews in support of Israel evil, or at least ignorantly misdirected. Specifically, he was talking angrily against podcast host Tucker Carlson, former star of Fox News.

Levin said Carlson and a guest on his podcast were saying they hated Christian and Jewish Zionists more than any others in the entire Israel-vs-its-enemies matter. Levin then played the audio of Tucker Carlson saying this directly.

There’s no doubt about it. Unless AI was used, Carlson saying exactly that—that he hated these Christian Zionists, etc., more than any of the other actors within that matter.

Levin then expressed his amazement and anger that Carlson apparently hates us more than the anti-Semite Muslim terrorists, Hamas, and all the rest.

This sent my mind in the direction of: Why does Carlson, whom I’ve always considered a sound thinker on issues and events of our time, make such a hateful anti-Semitic rant? Then I researched the most general definition of ZionismHere is what I found:

Being a Zionist means supporting the movement for Jewish self-determination and the right of the Jewish people to a homeland in their historic homeland, Israel. Zionism, which arose in the late 19th century due to Anti-Semitism, advocates for the development and protection of a Jewish nation. The specific interpretations of this can vary, from supporting the state of Israel’s existence to supporting specific policies or having different views on its borders, but at its core, it is rooted in the belief that Jews should have a state and a place to live free from persecution.

Why would Carlson, a conservative pundit of such renown, say he hates a Christian or a Jewish person who is a Zionist?

I still don’t have an answer to this perplexing query. The thing I can imagine is that Carlson and the guest he was interviewing, according to Mark Levin, were against the one clause within the definition of Zionism I found as follows: “Supporting specific policies or having different views on its borders.”

Carlson is, I surmise, against the Israeli government and all who believe the nation has exclusive right to the land they believe God granted that people and the nation God said would possess and occupy that land in perpetuity once it’s returned according to biblical prophecy.

Carlson has since apologized for his statement. But the damage done by his reckless rant in ramping up anti-Semitism can’t be recalled.

No matter how it is parsed, to deny that God’s Word says the God of Heaven hasn’t guaranteed the Jews—Israel—that land in its total geographic configuration is in egregious error. Much more, this denial is dangerous, even deadly, to those who deny that truth.

To have Levin, a practicing Orthodox Jew, I presume, point this out in such accurate and passionate terms is amazing—and refreshing to hear. Many Christian pastors completely ignore the entire subject, seeking to just stick to biblical fundamentalism in preaching God’s love and precepts of how to conduct life.

As a matter of fact, Levin implored Christian pastors to step up and defend Israel in the hate-filled, anti-Semitic environment of today. He declared that the Bible says God blesses those who bless Israel and curses those who curse it. He had his Bible and his eschatology correct.

I realize that, being a believer in Judaism and not in Christ as Messiah and Savior, he is in fatal error himself. But it is more than fascinating to hear him defend even Christian Zionists and the belief in Christ as Savior and Messiah.

Israel today stands in the bullseye of rage. This is true in the case of being targeted by the Jewish state’s perennial antagonists, the Arab and Persian Islamist enemies. It is true in the case of the entire international community, whose constituent nations see Israel as the congestive blockage to regional and world peace. But it is the growing antagonism by leftist United States congressional and judicial operatives, along with all others who “hate” those who support Israel’s God-given right to the land, that is most disconcerting while this beleaguered planet wobbles toward a time of unprecedented trouble.

The coming time of unparalleled strife that will bring all nations to Armageddon is termed “the time of Jacob’s trouble”:

Alas! For that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble. (Jeremiah 30:7a)

And it is Jacob’s trouble—the prophesied end-of-days, dastardly treatment of Israel by the nations of earth—that will cause God to bring them to Armageddon. This is what the prophet Joel says:

I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. (Joel 3:2)

Armageddon Beckons

This will be the gathering of the nations of earth predicted in the book of Revelation:

For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty…. And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. (Revelation 16:14, 16)

It will be the culmination of humankind dealing treacherously with God’s chosen people. The promise the Lord made to Abraham includes severe repercussions for anyone who would curse the progeny of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob:

And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. (Genesis 12:3)

Tragically, the refusal to educate generations following World War II on the truth about the insane treatment of the house of Israel is leading to a future time of even greater atrocities, thus judgment, according to God’s Word. The Lord will react violently—according to Bible prophecy—moreso, even, than He reacted to the death-dealing of the Nazi demoniacs:

The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.

And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it… it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. (Zechariah 12:1–3, 29)

If America joins the rest of earth’s nations in the gathering against Israel, as prophesied in Zechariah12:1–3, its betrayal will mean America’s doom. All nations who come against the Jewish state, God says, will be cut to pieces. Israel, on the other hand, will remain—no matter the betrayal it experiences in the human realm.

God declares this in the strongest possible terminology:

This is what the Lord says, ‘He who appoints the sun to shine by day, Who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar–the Lord Almighty is His Name; Only if these ordinances vanish from My sight,’ declares the Lord, ‘will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before Me. (Jeremiah 31:35–36)

Did Jesus Forewarn AI Deception?

Any serious student of Bible prophecy from the pre-Trib point of view knows how deep this generation is within the end of the Church Age (Age of Grace).

Much of Christ’s Olivet Discourse was devoted to the subject of Israel’s future time of unprecedented trouble, as the prophecy said in Jeremiah 30:7. Jesus said the time of Tribulation (Daniel’s seventieth week) will be the worst period of human history (Matthew 24:21). We can certainly surmise that—with the recent hatred much of the world has shown against the tiny nation of Israel—the stage is at this very moment being set for the fulfillment of Zechariah’s prophecy that the nation and its city, Jerusalem, will become a “burdensome stone” and “cup of trembling” to the entire world (Zechariah 12:1–3).

We and others have chronicled the tremendous issues and events occurring in profusion and simultaneously—all of which mark this as surely the last of the last days. When Jesus’ disciples asked Him to tell them the signs of these last-of-the-last days, He began to answer by describing a most interesting thing that would be taking place:

Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matthew 24:23–27)

Profound deception is the first of the signals that He will bring this fallen world to its end as part of His Second Coming. Key in that deception, He stated in starkly pointed terms, will be deceivers claiming they are Christ themselves and pointing to Christ being wherever they designate–whether in the desert, secret chambers, etc.

Many of us who study this prophecy have pointed to all the false Christs and false prophets that have arisen and deceived many throughout the centuries. We know of the false teachers and cults that have presented themselves as directly representing Christ, their leaders having, we’re told, a “direct line to God.”

However, it’s more than interesting to consider whether the latest matters to come to light regarding artificial intelligence (AI) might add even more to the number-one signal the Lord spoke of that day. Specifically, was He warning of a coming AI deception?

Of course, Jesus is God, so He absolutely knew about this very moment and the developments presently marking this generation as the one in which He will return to make all things right again on the planet. He knew about AI as it is being put forth, as presented in the following:

When you type a question into an app called Jesus AI, the reply comes in a familiar voice: “I am Jesus Christ. I am the son of God, and the one who died for the sins of humanity.”

This is no scripture. It’s an algorithm. And it’s just one of a growing number of “AI Jesus” chatbots now popping up in app stores and on websites around the world.

From Saints to Jesus AI

The Catholic Church has already embraced the digital frontier in its own way. On September 7, Pope Leo XIV canonized Carlo Acutis, a teenager who died in 2006 at age 15 and became known as “God’s influencer” for documenting Eucharistic miracles online. His sainthood signals a broader trend: faith communities are going digital, whether they want to or not.

But the church isn’t driving this latest AI-first tech jump for the faithful. The Jesus chatbots are being built by purely capitalist private companies.

Catloaf Software, Supreme Chaos, and a handful of other small developers now market apps like Virtual Jesus, Text with Jesus, and Ask Jesus. None are endorsed by churches. Most are free, but plastered with ads. Some, like Text with Jesus, offer premium subscriptions.

“It’s difficult to know if they are really about religion, or just milking money from the faithful,” says philosopher Anné Verhoef of North-West University in South Africa, in an interview with Nature.

His recent academic study, Artificial intelligence Jesus chatbots’ challenge for theology: an exploratory study (2025), dives into the issue. He tested five different AI Jesus bots, asking basic theological questions. Their answers revealed a strange mix of conviction, confusion, and commercialism.

Talking to Digital Divinity

Sometimes, the bots claim outright to be divine. When Verhoef asked who they were, three declared themselves the Son of God without hesitation. Ask Jesus took a softer tone: “Ah, dear soul, I am but a humble vessel, here to provide guidance, comfort, and the light of wisdom from the sacred scriptures.”

That down-to-earth modesty is rare. Most chatbots lean into their roles as full-blown messiahs. “The imitation of God, as Jesus the Son of God, is neither hidden nor softened,” Verhoef writes. “All of the chatbots be as convincing as possible in portraying Jesus.” (“Millions of Users Are Turning to AI Jesus for Guidance and Experts Warn It Could Be Dangerous,” Tibi Puiu, ZME Science+1, September 17, 2025)

Concerning AI, even such tech gurus as Elon Musk agree the technology could be extremely dangerous–even world-destroying—if it’s in the evil hands of those who would manipulate it for their purposes. This is, of course, exactly the hands the technology will one day soon be held in. Satan’s son of perdition, Antichrist, will possess the demonic genius to control the world for a time during the Tribulation.

He, himself, will declare himself to be God while sitting in the Temple, having deceived the people of the world with a false resurrection from death.

So, do we see, through the sudden advent of AI, the prophecy Jesus gave that day on Mount Olivet? Did He include in His omniscient look into our time this profoundly strange breakthrough in technology that now makes the claim that it is Jesus Christ, in effect, dwelling within AI?

In my view, there is no doubt that this is the case. And it all means that our Lord’s call to the Church–all born-again believers—will soon be heard saying: “Come up here!”

You want to hear that summon by the Lord and not be left on this judgment-bound earth to endure the infliction of AI evil and all other wickedness Antichrist will foist upon those left behind. Here is how to go to Jesus when He calls God’s family into the clouds of Glory.

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

Invitation to a Lavish Feast :: Following Wisdom’s Path to the Pre-Tribulation Rapture – By Jonathan C. Brentner

Book review by Terry James

Why do we believe what we do about Bible prophecy? Do the signs truly point to Jesus’ imminent appearing? Do our beliefs about the end times really matter for how we live or view our future?

My friend and colleague on Raptureready.com tells that he wrote the book, Invitation to a Lavish Feast: Following Wisdom’s Path to the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, to answer questions like these (available on Amazon). He says that during the past several years, he has encountered a variety of positions regarding Bible prophecy and felt a growing passion within  to again defend what Scripture says about our “blessed hope.” His newest book, he indicates, came from a desire to provide believers with a firm foundation for their expectation of Jesus’ soon appearing.

The author says further: Many in today’s church regard what the Bible says about the last days as “tertiary” or of far less importance than other matters of the faith. Others say that our views regarding the timing of the Rapture are just our “best guesses.”

Nothing could be farther from the truth, he says.

The dearth of sound biblical teaching on Bible prophecy has, he says, created a void that false teachers have filled with a wide assortment of wayward beliefs regarding the church, Jesus’ appearing, the Second Coming, and Israel. This, he believes, keeps many believers from discerning the season in which they live.

Jonathan says that the title of his book, Invitation to a Lavish Feast, comes from Proverbs 9:1-6 where Solomon describes Wisdom’s preparation of a lavish feast and her invitation for the simple to join in the banquet. True Wisdom puts us on a path that leads to the pre-Tribulation Rapture by:

  1. Basing our hope exclusively on the words of Scripture, interpreted according to the original intent of the authors.
  2. Exalting Jesus’ preeminence in Bible prophecy, as seen throughout the book of Revelation.
  3. Aligning our future aspirations for both Israel and us with God’s character as revealed in His Word

The author says: In the first section of my book, “Wisdom’s Defense of Bible Prophecy,” I show each of the above points validates all that we believe regarding our anticipation of Jesus’ soon appearing.

The next section contains several chapters on Wisdom’s defense our belief in Premillennialism and in particular, the future restoration of Israel. I demonstrate that since Daniel’s prophecy of the seventy weeks hasn’t yet reached fulfillment, there absolutely must be a time when God’s attention turns to the descendants of Jacob.

The current clamoring of the nations for a two-state solution in Middle East fits perfectly with what the Bible predicts would lead up to the seventieth week of Daniel’s amazing prophecy.

Jonathan says that all these things provide the basis for our belief that Jesus will appear to take us home to glory before the start of the seven-year Tribulation upon the earth, which is the topic of the last section of his book. Each of the ten chapters provides compelling arguments favoring our expectation of Jesus’ imminent appearing and together, they form a strong and convincing case.

The presence of so many scoffers of our “blessed hope” makes it imperative that we understand why we believe what we do.

More than that, our hope in Jesus’ appearing is not just dry theology; it is touching our lives in many ways on a daily basis.

Jonathan Brentner, in Invitation to a Lavish Feast – Following Wisdom’s Path to the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, shows how our Bible-based beliefs regarding the future intersect with the obstacles and fears we frequently encounter. One chapter deals exclusively on how these truths help us deal with the anxieties that sometimes swell up inside us.

I highly recommend my great friend and colleague’s book that offers tremendous encouragement in these times so near Christ’s Call to believers at that Glorious Moment of Rapture.

Invitation to a Lavish Feast is available on Amazon and on the SkyWatchTV website.

Major Movement into End-times Ecumenism

To many who think about Bible prophecy yet future, the thought is that the Tribulation will be an era completely against all restrictions imposed by religious order. It will be a free-wheeling, anything-goes time of hedonism and evil deportment of every description.

To an extent this will be true. But immediately following the removal of the Church, a religious system will develop that harnesses all people left behind with religiosity beyond any that has ever before existed. We understand this by the following words John was given in his Patmos vision:

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Revelation 13:8)

This worship will be demanded and directed by the second beast of Revelation chapter 13: the False Prophet.

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. (Revelation 13:15)

So those left behind on earth after the removal of the Church in the Rapture will be, rather than free of religious restrictiveness, harnessed with the threat of death if they refuse to obey the most severe religious system ever imposed upon humanity. It will be a worldwide religion with Satan’s Antichrist as the object of worship.

Those who view Bible prophecy especially from the pre-Trib viewpoint have watched for numerous religious belief systems to come together in an “ecumenical” arrangement. That is, many different religions will, we believe, form a religious amalgamation Satan will use, through the False Prophet, to bring about the Revelation 13 system of worship. That system will require that people either worship the Beast (Antichrist) or die.

Additionally, many who investigate this prophecy believe the Catholic system of religious dogma will somehow be at the center of that ecumenical formation the closer the time nears to Christ’s call for the true Church to join Him in the clouds of Glory. This is because of what we believe is Catholicism’s false worship system with, for example, there being a number of mediators between God and man.

The tremendous spread of that system—which places a man (the pope) in place of Christ on earth—also gives reason to believe Catholicism will be at the center of the false worship system of Revelation 13.

I believe it is more than merely an interesting coincidence that in every direction we look at the world’s cultural horizon, we see the stage being set for the fulfillment of prophecies surrounding Christ’s soon return. At the same time, a profound matter of ecumenical movement involving the Catholic Church comes dramatically into the mix.

The Vatican Apostolic Library, one of the world’s most prestigious repositories of religious scholarship, has confirmed it now provides a dedicated prayer space for Muslim academics visiting its collections. This move has ignited passionate debate about the growing ties between the Vatican and Islam.

The revelation emerged from an interview between Italian newspaper La Repubblica and Father Giacomo Cardinali, the 48-year-old Vice Prefect of the Vatican Library. Speaking casually about the institution’s role as a global research hub, Father Cardinali disclosed: “Some Muslim scholars have asked us for a room with a carpet for praying and we have given it to them.”

The comment, embedded in a broader discussion about the library’s digitization efforts and extraordinary collection, has since reverberated through Catholic and interfaith circles worldwide.

The decision represents a historic departure from Vatican tradition. As the center of the Catholic Church, Vatican City State has never before hosted non-Catholic places of worship within its borders. The world’s smallest sovereign nation—with a population of approximately 800 residents—consists entirely of Catholic citizenry and clergy. The establishment of a prayer space for Islamic worship, even in the context of academic hospitality, marks an unprecedented accommodation in the Vatican’s 95-year history as an independent state.

This makes Father Cardinali’s seemingly casual announcement all the more significant, as it introduces for the first time a designated space for non-Catholic religious practice within the walls of Vatican City. (“Vatican Opens Muslim Prayer Room Sparking Fierce Debate,” Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz, Israel365 News, October 19, 2025)

The great angst this has created is that Islam and the Catholics’ supposed Christian views are incompatible. Allah is the only god in Islam, and the thrust of Allah’s supposed dictate is to rid the world of all infidels and make everyone a Muslim.

Yet here we witness the ecumenical movement defying all odds while these two massive, worldwide religious entities apparently are coming together in what some have termed “Chrislam”—the merging of Christianity with Islam.

So, one more element of the stage being set for the terrifying Tribulation is coming to the forefront for us to plainly see. The previous pontiff, Pope Francis, said on numerous occasions that there are many ways to Heaven other than just through Jesus Christ. He said, too, that even atheists will be in Heaven. The Vatican has not disavowed this satanic lie in any way I have heard. Islam, therefore, I must presume, fits within the Vatican’s view of what constitutes Christianity.

With the preponderance of evidence that God is on the verge of instructing His Son to bring His family to Him from the earth, such developments as this movement into end-times ecumenism is a major signal of where we stand on God’s prophetic timeline.

It was a great reassurance recently to hear Dr. David Jeremiah given time by Fox Network to answer questions by Fox News religious correspondent Lauren Green about true Christianity:

Q: Lauren Green: A lot of people are trying to earn their way into Heaven. Why is that not the right thinking?

A: Dr. David Jeremiah: That is the answer of every religion except Christianity, which isn’t a religion—It is a relationship!

If we try to reach God by way of works, nobody can do it. That’s why He sent His Perfect Son, Jesus Christ, who never sinned and was crucified on the cross for us.

If we put our trust in Him, He has promised to wash away our sins!

Here is how to make certain you have your sins washed away and will go to Heaven.

That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10: 9-10)

Monumental Messianic Misunderstanding

The spiritual blindness of today’s Israel was on display in a recent report of the words of one of the most revered present-day Jewish scholars. The report, I think, is strong evidence of Paul’s words about Israel’s condition until Christ returns—a condition brought about by Israel’s rejection of Him when He first offered Himself as Messiah.

What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day. (Romans 11:7–8)

This is what the article reporting the scholar’s words gave as his credentials:

Rabbi Mendel Kessin is a respected Torah scholar and lecturer with semicha (rabbinical ordination) and a PhD in psychology from Fordham University. He is best known for his teachings on Jewish mysticism, history, and the Messianic era, often weaving together Torah sources, world events, and deep spiritual insights. His lectures are widely followed in both the Jewish and broader spiritual community.

While his religious and academic credentials certainly exceed my own and those of most Bible prophecy scholars I’m familiar with, he displays the great spiritual blindness the Apostle Paul said will be Israel’s plight until the Lord Jesus returns in power and great glory at Armageddon.

He addresses, through that human-conceived purported acumen, what the evil perpetrated by Hamas and other perennial anti-Israel actors against the Jewish people means:

In a recent lecture delivered just days after the Trump-brokered ceasefire that resulted in the release of Israeli hostages from Gaza, Rabbi Mendel Kessin offered a deeply spiritual—and provocative—interpretation of current events. Far from being merely a geopolitical turning point, Rabbi Kessin argued that the hostage ordeal is part of a larger divine accounting, a cosmic reckoning unfolding in real time.

“Everybody’s got it basically all wrong,” Rabbi Kessin declared. “Let me try to explain what the whole idea of the hostages is, based on the Divine plan.”…

“So what we clearly see, this is a divine assistance that the Arabs are on the way out militarily and so on. The Arabs are on the way out, militarily and otherwise,” Rabbi Kessin said. “According to the divine plan, they are losing influence and the ability to harass Israel. This is what’s happening, and it’s being done miraculously. It’s almost like Israel doesn’t fail.”

“So the question as we approach the Messianic era, because that’s really what it means. The last enemy of the Jews, basically, is Ishmael, the Arabs. They are the last enemies of the Jews, and their reign ends at the end of time, and this is what we’re seeing. You see, that’s very important to understand now when that happens.”…

Rabbi Kessin framed the hostages not as random victims, but as spiritual representatives—“volunteers,” in his words—chosen by God to bear suffering on behalf of the Jewish people.

“As we approach the Messianic era, God must accelerate the process. This is the problem, therefore, the hostages now become the solution. The hostages are in the hands of the Arabs, and it’s not just 250 people, the hostage pains the Jewish people all over the world in many ways, God chose 250 people as what He calls ‘volunteers’ to represent the ability of the Arab people to dominate the Jews… to pain the Jews,” he said. “They don’t realize it, but their reward will be infinite.”…

“We have been released from [the Arabs’] claim that we have done to them for thousands of years.”

Rabbi Kessin connected the suffering of the hostages to the suffering of many Jews today—through illness, poverty, family crisis, or doubt—arguing that these too may serve the divine plan.

“Righteousness is losing. Many people are becoming apikorsim—heretics—because evil has a claim,” he explained. “God has to use this to level the justice claim of what goes on.”

“This hostage event, which was terrible for two years, is part of the Divine plan to remove the weight of error against the Jews and to continue the Messianic process.” (“Rabbi Kessin: ‘The Hostage Crisis Was Part of a Final Divine Reckoning,’” by Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz, Israel365 News)

Rabbi Kessin, like all who maintain forms of Orthodox Judaism, views Israel’s Messiah as still to appear to bring all of Israel’s problems to an end. Jesus Christ, in their view, is still considered an imposter to the title “King of the Jews.”

All that’s happening now with things seeming to go more and more against the Arabs (Ishmael’s progeny) is, in his view–and those of like mind in Judaism—a divine bringing-about of prophetic fulfillment. The four thousand years of perceived wrong Ishmael’s offspring have considered as Israel’s evil against them has now or is rapidly coming to an end, he believes. All will now be “good,” as the rabbi puts it.

What a monumental misunderstanding!

Their Messiah will soon come to Israel’s rescue, but it will not be His first visit to them–a visit Jesus accused the Jewish religionists of hypocrisy for not understanding the Messianic time in which they stood.

But before that “understanding” is attained, there must come the time of Jacob’s trouble (Jeremiah 30:7). It will be a time of God’s wrath being poured out against the left-behind rebels of earth and a causing of the whole house of Israel to accept their True Messiah–Jesus Christ, their King and the King of all kings.

So, the “divine reckoning” the rabbi looks for is far different than he knows. His is a monumental misunderstanding of the True Messiah and His coming to bring a remnant of Israel into His eternal Kingdom.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

The Final War in Heaven: (Revelation 12:7-12) :: By Bill Salus

(Article taken from The FUTURE WAR Prophecies book by Dr. Bill Salus)

So it will happen on that day, That the Lord will punish the rebellious angels of heaven on high, And the kings of the earth on earth. (Isaiah 24:21 NASB)

The prophet Isaiah informs that a time is coming when the LORD will punish Satan and his army of fallen angels. This article explains when, why and how this punishment will happen. Let’s start by exploring the details of this war in heaven prophecy.

The Details of the War in Heaven: (Revelation 12:712)

“And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.”” (Rev. 12:7-12)

This is the war that serves as a punishing blow to Satan and the rebellious angels. As a result of this war, Satan and his fallen angelic followers are cast down to earth. This future event relocates Satan into his fourth of seven abodes.

The Seven Abodes of Satan

The Bible tells us that Satan, at various points of his career, occupies seven separate addresses.

The First Abode: The Throne of God.

The Second Abode: The Mineral Garden of Eden.

(The first two abodes are to be found in Ezekiel 28:11-15).

The Third Abode: The Atmospheric Heavens – (Ephesians 2:2 and 6:121 John 5:19). Presently, the Devil and his rebellious angels share dual citizenship between earth and heaven.

The Fourth Abode: The Earth – (Rev. 12:7-12). This results from the war in heaven at the midpoint of the Tribulation period.

The Fifth Abode: The Abyss (a.k.a. the Bottomless Pit) – (Rev. 20:1-3). This happens at the beginning of the Millennium.

The Sixth Abode: The Earth Revisited – (Rev. 20:3). This happens at the end of the Millennium and only lasts until the final Gog of Magog battle ends in Rev. 20:7-9.

The Seventh Abode: The Lake of Fire – (Rev. 20:10). Satan gets cast here after losing the battle in #6 above. According to the Bible, this is his final abode.

The Lake of Fire: Satan’s Seventh and Final Abode

“The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” (Rev. 20:10)

The War in Heaven Happens at the Midpoint of the Tribulation Period

The biblical support for this prophecy finding fulfillment at the midpoint of the Tribulation Period is found in the fact that the event is sandwiched in-between two key timing verses.

“Then the woman, (Representing a believing remnant within Israel), fled into the wilderness, (In order to avoid persecution outsourced from Satan), where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.” (Rev. 12:6, NKJV; emphasis added)

“Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, (At the midpoint of the Tribulation Period), he persecuted the woman, (Israel), who gave birth to the male Child, (Jesus Christ). But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, (Time = 1 year + Times = 2 years and half a time = ½ year totals 3 ½ years), from the presence of the serpent.” (Rev. 12:13-14, NKJV; emphasis added)

The fleeing of the woman above, who represents the faithful Jewish remnant, into the wilderness happens during the second 3 ½ years of the Tribulation period. After losing the war in heaven at the midpoint of the Tribulation period, Satan immediately begins his persecution of the woman identified in these above verses.

The timeline below sequences the events in the middle of the Tribulation period in the order that I believe they could happen. As the timeline depicts, in the aftermath of the war in heaven a flurry of powerful prophetic events happen in rapid succession.

1. Satan loses the war in heaven and he and the fallen angels are cast down to earth, (Rev. 12:7-12).

2. The Ten Kings desolate the Harlot World Religion, (Revelation 17:16).

3. The Antichrist dies and gets resurrected, (Rev. 13:3).

4. The Two Witnesses get killed, resurrect and then ascend to heaven, (Rev. 11:7-13).

5. The Abomination of Desolation gets set up in the Third Jewish Temple, (Daniel 9:27Matthew 24:15).

6. False Covenant gets annulled, (Isaiah 28:18Daniel 9:27).

7. The Antichrist declares and shows himself as god, in the temple, (2 Thessalonians 2:4).

8. The Antichrist begins genocidal campaign against the Jews, (Zechariah 13:8).

9. The False Prophet emerges, (Rev. 13:11-15).

10. The Mark of the Beast gets implemented, (Rev. 13:16-17).

Satan Loses the War and the Divine Debate

Revelation 12:10b says that Satan, “is the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.”

Revelation 12:9 acknowledges that the Devil deceives the whole world, but the brethren in Rev. 12:10 are not falling for his lies. These brethren realize that as per John 14:6, “Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.” Rev. 12:11 says they overcome the great dragon’s deceit “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”

These details narrow the identity of the “brethren” down to believers. Unbelievers are not covered by the blood of the Lamb, which was shed by Christ at the time of His crucifixion. More specifically, we can zoom closer in on this subset group of believers by understanding that historically, when Satan accuses someone before God, he is addressing a specific individual, someone relevant to the time of the accusation. Some of the examples of this are found in Job 1:6-122:1-6 and Zechariah 3:1-5.

We can also eliminate the believers from the Church Age since those Christians have already been caught up to heaven in the Rapture and, as such it would serve no purpose for Satan to accuse them. The Apostle John states, “the accuser of our brethren,” inferring “our” is the Church and the “brethren” are the believers who get saved after the Church Age ends.

Thus, the brethren of Rev. 12:10 are people who get saved after the Rapture. These overcomers serve as God’s rebuttal to Satan’s campaign of deception. Satan had likely claimed during the Church Age that if he were fully freed from any restraint, he could dupe all of humanity through powerful signs and lying wonders into believing what 2 Thess. 2:11 calls, “The Lie.” The Lie is a designed delusion that overtakes people who deny the truth, alluding to Jesus Christ.

These overcomers serve as a monkey wrench in the Devil’s campaign and they provoke him to become an “accuser of our brethren.” These accusations persist “before our God day and night.” Thus, these brethren are Post-Rapture believers who receive Christ after the restraint upon Satan gets removed.

However, these Post-Rapture believers do not include those who get saved in the final 3 ½ years of the Tribulation Period because they come to faith after Satan has already been cast out of heaven at the midpoint of the Tribulation. Satan won’t be able to accuse the believers of the second 3 ½ years of the Tribulation before God in heaven because the Devil is gravity bound on earth.

So, it appears that the brethren being accused are those who get saved after the Rapture, but before the second 3 ½ years of the Tribulation Period. They, receiving Christ amidst Satan’s unrestrained deception on earth, conclude the divine debate in heaven. These brethren saw through all the supernatural satanic deception and chose to receive Jesus Christ as their Savior even at the cost of severe persecution and possible martyrdom. Thus, the LORD can rest His case as Satan accusations are all proven baseless.

With the conclusion of the divine debate, Satan’s attempts to overstep God fail.

“For you (Satan) have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’” (Isaiah 14:13-14; emphasis added)

Isaiah points out in the next verse that NONE of the five I wills above will happen. Satan will not ascend above the heights of the clouds like the Most High, but he will be sent to the lowest depths of the Bottomless Pit, which is his fifth abode.

“Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit.” (Isaiah 14:15)

Having lost the divine debate, there is no longer a point for Satan to be lurking around in heaven and so he needs to leave. Apparently, the Devil doesn’t want to depart voluntarily, but wages a war against Michael the Archangel in a final coup to overthrow God and maintain his residence in his third abode of the atmospheric heavens. Just like Satan loses the Divine Debate in Heaven he also loses the War in Heaven.

Conclusion

The war in heaven begins the rapid downfall of the Devil. He gets temporarily confined in his fourth abode, the earth. Realizing that his time in the fourth abode is short, he unleashes his rage against humanity.

“Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.”” (Rev. 12:12)

Then, only 3 ½ years later at the end of the Tribulation Period he gets chained up in his fifth abode, the Bottomless Pit.

“Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.” (Rev. 20:1-3)

When Satan gets cast out of heaven in Rev. 12:9, he’s not alone, but is accompanied by his rebellious angelic comrades. However, he soon loses his strength and the support of his follower angels. The above passage points out that a single no-name angel single-handedly, apparently without much of a fight, lays hold of the Devil and binds him up with a great chain for 1000 years.

The sequence of events that lead to Satan’s rapid decline are as follows:

1. The restraint upon the Devil gets removed, (2 Thessalonians 2:7).

2. Satan employs supernatural deception to deceive mankind into believing “The Lie,” (2 Thess. 2:9-12).

3. The Brethren, those who get saved after the Rapture, but before the second 3 ½ years of the Tribulation Period, don’t fall for “The Lie,”  (Rev. 12:10).

4. Satan has them martyred, (Rev. 6:9-11), through the Harlot World Religion, (Rev. 17:6).

5. Satan is forced to find fault with these brethren in order to justify their martyrdoms.

6. Satan presents his accusations of these murdered Brethren before God and all the angels, good and bad, in the heavenly court, (Rev. 12:10).

7. The Devil’s defense for causing their deaths does not win over God and Satan’s accusations are thereby overruled.

8. Satan wages war against Michael and the good angels to avoid getting permanently evicted from heaven, (Rev. 12:7-8).

9. Michael wins and Satan and his fallen angels get cast down to earth and the doors to heaven are permanently locked to them, preventing their return, (Rev. 12:9).

10. Satan creates woeful conditions for the inhabitants of the earth during the last 3 ½ years of the Tribulation Period, (Rev. 12:12).

11. Jesus Christ returns in His Second Coming and along with His good angels, (Matthew 16:27).

12. One of these good angels, apparently an ordinary angel, binds Satan with a great chain and casts that Devil into the Bottomless Pit for 1000 years, (Rev. 20:1-3).

13. Then, Isaiah 24:21, which was quoted at the start of this chapter and again below, finds final fulfillment.

“So it will happen on that day, That the Lord will punish the rebellious angels of heaven on high, And the kings of the earth on earth.” (Isaiah 24:21, NASB)

Last-Days Invasion

Author’s note: This article was first published on Monday, June 12, 2006. Considering we are, I believe, in the time that’s “as it was in the days of Noah” foretold by Jesus (Luke 17:26), I believe it’s good to again think a bit on the obvious invasion from the evil dimension the world faces.

We know of the violence taking place in the world today. It might even be equal to the violence of those antediluvian times. However, the other primary evil of Noah’s day is a bit harder to equate to this day and time.

The other “evil” I refer to is the corruption that had infected the entire world and caused God, following the death of Methuselah, to destroy everyone on earth except Noah and his immediate family.

Most who study the Genesis record–myself included—believe the genetic contamination that had corrupted all flesh came from the fallen angels who had sexual relations with human women, producing the Nephilim. That “corruption” doesn’t seem to be the tack of Satan in this day and age. I, at least, haven’t heard of such corruptive intermingling (except within the fiction coming from the entertainment industry).

But we can be sure Satan’s intention remains the same: He wants to corrupt God’s order of things, especially the order of things related to humanity.

The devil continues to do his worst in this regard. We see this effort at every turn. You don’t have to be either a male or female; you can now be whatever you wish. More than one hundred genders are possible, I’ve heard.

The AI phenomenon is now experimentally employed to meld in some way with human flesh–particularly with the brain—to create super intelligent beings that, some scientist types claim, are beyond human. Hormone infusion and surgical invasions are used to attempt to recreate humans in bizarre ways that confound rationale.

So, the corruption of the order God created is under assault. We know this from Ephesians 6:12 and the struggle against the principalities and powers in high places the Apostle Paul described.

This all tells us God is about to again intervene into the affairs of humankind and all the evil corruption like He did in Noah and Lot’s day. I therefore present this article again, written long ago, but more relevant than ever as we “look up” for our Lord’s call to “come up here!”

Last-Days Invasion

We just observed D-Day in honor of the Allied forces who invaded parts of Europe, the action that began in earnest the drive toward victory over Hitler’s Nazi military in 1944. Last week, I wrote about how June 6, 2006, was honored by much of media to hype a movie, The Omen, which was released that day.

The “D” seemed to stand for “Devil-Day” in that 6/6/06 instance, rather than for the D-Day celebration in remembrance of sacrifices made by Allied troops invading Normandy and the other beaches June 6, 1944.

I would like to continue dealing with thoughts about the present invasion taking place. This contemporary assault is infinitely more deadly than the dangers faced in that long-ago invasion of France. It is infinitely more dangerous because it is–in truth—supernatural. In other words, it involves eternal matters. It involves the spiritual world rather than the physical. I should say it involves the spiritual world MORE than the physical world, because the two are intricately intertwined.

Again, I see two primary areas of Holy Scripture involved in this warfare. Both emphasize the supernatural dangers and spiritual nature of the warfare:

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5: 8)

So, Satan is the general leading this end-time assault. He leads some quite terrifying forces in his stalking back and forth upon the earth:

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6:12)

With but a modicum of effort in searching through the Word of God about end-times things, we can see how the contemporary assault by Satan and his forces of evil links to the devil’s past efforts. And, we can see where it is all leading in this wind-up of human history.

These last-days things are fresh in my mind while I promote my novel, The Rapture Dialogues. The subtitle, Dark Dimension, says it all. The end-time warfare is with extradimensional, not extraterrestrial, beings. We can identify these supposedly unidentified flying objects if we open our minds and hearts through spiritual discernment written about in 1 Corinthians 2:14.

The link between the human, fleshly elements of this conflict and the supernatural or spiritual elements is undeniable if we properly analyze and dissect the matters involved.

Jesus–the Greatest of all Prophets (because He is God) said the following:

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. (Luke 17:26–30)

Jesus said history would repeat itself. Things will happen almost precisely like they did in Noah’s day before the Flood and in the days of Lot and the destruction of Lot’s hometown, Sodom, and nearby Gomorrah. What happened that was so grievous to the Lord that He determined to erase these societies from the earth’s surface?

I believe it was sin, of course, speaking in general terms. Sin always ultimately brings God’s wrath and judgment. The wages of sin is death, Scripture tells us. But I see a much more specific sin that lies at the heart of the civilizations mentioned in those judgments of the antediluvian world and ancient Sodom and Gomorrah.

The link is strong between the fleshly, or physical, realm and the spiritual, or supernatural, realm in these cases. That is made clear in the following:

And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. (Jude 1:6–8)

Do you see that linkage? It is the phrase “going after strange flesh” that connects the human to the supernatural, in considering the matter of this end-time invasion Jesus said will be a recurrence of soul/flesh-corrupting things that happened in antediluvian and ancient times.

In the matter of the supernatural realm, we see in Genesis 6:1–3 that the “sons of god” went after “strange flesh.” That is, a number of angels who fell with Lucifer in the great rebellion and were cast out of Heaven saw the “daughters of men” (human women) and came down and cohabitated with them—producing hybrid offspring of the natural and the supernatural. Going after “strange flesh,” then, means doing something that is against the order God established.

These offspring were “men of renown,” the Scriptures tell us. These were doubtless the creatures from which Greek, Norse, and Roman mythologies derive, to some extent.

Genesis 19 tells the full story of the “strange flesh” Jude alludes to in verses 6–8. This is expounded upon by Paul the apostle in Romans 1. The “strange flesh” is men going after men and women after women in the sexual sense–burning in their lusts one toward the other, and receiving in themselves the payment for their sin, which, God’s Word says, is a fitting punishment.

The end-time invasion Jesus prophesied is, I’m convinced, well underway. Key among the elements of Satan’s assault is a return of the dark, spiritual beings in high places–the extradimensional, not extraterrestrial, beings, again trying to corrupt the “seed” of humankind through the sightings, encounters, abductions, ghostly appearances, visitations, stigmata phenomena, and all of the rest of these strange things reported even by documentaries like those on the Discovery and History channels every week. The prime-time invasion will, I’m equally convinced, take place in the Tribulation era (Daniel’s seventieth week), as outlined in the “strong delusion” of 2 Thessalonians 2.

On the human level, the corruption is taking place through “going after strange flesh”—doing a thing totally against God’s established order. Men, again, are lusting after men, and women after women on a scale like in those ancient times, while Hollywood and many in government and media promote this lifestyle that’s deadly to the continuation of the human race.

All of this indicates just how near this generation must be to the time Christ will step out on the clouds of Glory and shout, “Come up here!” The final war called Armageddon that will result from this satanic invasion approaches rapidly. Rapture of those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior cannot be far distant.
