Pious Prevarication
“It’s about health care for our children, clean air, clean water, it’s about jobs, jobs, jobs; good paying union jobs, to keep us preeminent in green technologies throughout the world.”
With that statement, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi summed up her assessment of what the globalist religion will do to make American’s life Heaven on earth.
She declared, in lauding the Biden Build Back Better Act bill passed by the house:
“For me, it’s a religious thing. I believe this is God’s creation and we have moral obligation to be good stewards. But if you don’t share that view, you must share the view that we have an obligation to future generations.”
Pelosi, who was raised a Catholic and claims the moral high ground in the American political sphere, as do most of her Democrat colleagues, says she believes that God created this earth. Thus, she and all of us must sacrifice what is necessary and spend what is necessary to be good stewards.
The following somewhat encompasses the matters involved.

“So we’re very excited about what is in there and it is paid for.”
Biden’s nearly $2 trillion bill also continues the Democrats’ expansion of the Child Tax Credit that passed in the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act, a coronavirus stimulus bill. For the first time, parents not earning income can claim the Child Tax Credit on their tax returns up to $3,600 per child, depending on their age.

The California Democrat also touted the universal pre-K provisions of the bill.
“This legislation is so historic. It is so transformative,” she said. “Free, universal pre-K. Childcare, we’re lowering the costs.”…

So we are expected to believe that Speaker Pelosi hereby expresses her religious principles, and they speak for many of her political party’s thinking, whether with religious imperative or just as a matter of ideology. As we’ve heard since the years of the Clintons’ time in presidential power, “It’s for the children.” Everything must be done on the children’s behalf to assure that future generations can enjoy the American experience in the best way possible.
We should understand, I suppose, that this all means Ms. Pelosi and her party of generous spenders—who tax us to achieve their noblesse oblige for the children’s sake—hold to biblical principles. Well…not in every case, perhaps.
There is the matter of what they wholeheartedly support with regard to human sexuality. There seems to be a disconnect between the Democrat Party and the Bible in this regard.
The party champions every form of alternate sexuality, from homosexuality to transsexuality and beyond. The Bible says these things are abomination, and that anyone who is involved in such will not enter Heaven.
The party line is that abortion is the woman’s “right to choose.” They refuse to see the fetus as a viable human being in most instances. God’s Word, the Bible, says that children are precious to God and a horrific punishment is made on anyone or any system that sheds the blood of the innocent.
It seems that Ms. Pelosi’s great concern for the children goes only so far into the political ether. It dissipates somewhere shortly after such declarations are made that everything they do must protect the children now and for the future.
More than seventy million children have been murdered—most for the sake of sexual convenience. OOPS!—A major disconnect of what Ms. Pelosi and her party’s rulership claim from what God’s Word demands.
But we remember that her party is the party that, verbally and in action, has determined to keep the God of Heaven out of their platform.
They, then, must embrace another god and that god’s imprimatur in the matter of the children. Their god must whisper to them that it’s a good thing to use the children to promote his religion of Mother Earth worship, but to view children as unnecessary and unwanted if they might interfere with doing what is right in their own eyes—and their sexual proclivities.
Here’s what God’s Word has to say about those who embrace such prevarication and their god.
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. (John 8:44)
Modern Sodom Census
Moving ever deeper into the end of the age, it shouldn’t surprise that signs that we’re “nearing midnight” are manifesting in increasingly profound ways. Seeing those signals proliferating at an alarming rate is nonetheless troubling.
We who watch prophetic progression from the pre-Trib viewpoint are troubled more than most. We’re perturbed by what Bill Koening of “Koenig’s Eye View from the White House” calls “the clueless church.”
Koenig says:
I continue to hear from many Christians that a majority of the church, even evangelicals, have no awareness of the biblical and prophetic significance of these days. The replacement theology part of the church was in the 100 million range according to my 2004 study.
For those of us who are sensitive to these times, this is hard to comprehend. Moreover, many pastors have no understanding of Bible prophecy. In some cases, those who have some understanding don’t want to scare their flock. Others have no interest.

Once again, I sense I almost should apologize for presenting this commentary from the America-centric position. But as the nation that has been for most of its brief life considered Christian, at least in its founding, the fall from that admittedly overstated position demonstrates profound prophetic implication.
Our culture, steeped in its perceived youthfulness, has until its fairly recent past matured in a common-sense way toward full recognition of its Christian heritage. The young adults gravitated toward responsibility in planning their own lives and families. That trajectory changed without a doubt beginning in the 1960s.
National leaders seem to have lost their collective minds during that era—a wickedness that still is herding the nation toward the “reprobate mind” of Romans 1:28. They removed Bible reading and prayer from the public classrooms and have tried since to remove any mention of Jesus Christ from all facets of American life.
How could we expect our youth to continue in the American tradition that started with the country’s founding? How could we expect that, since those responsible for governing in a way that keeps us on the constitutional track the founders gave us have abdicated that responsibility?
Not only have a large number of leaders legislated and enacted anti-God governance, many of these have led by example, in many cases blatantly presenting some of the most hedonistic lifestyles imaginable.
Satan’s blueprint for destroying the nation began to reconstruct America’s national architecture in a big way with the above-mentioned removal of Bible reading and prayer. The result in the 1960s was the loss of the nation’s youthfulness. “Free love” came with the hippies, a young American president was assassinated—as were his brother and a top black minister and civil rights leader. Fifty-something thousand of America’s youth were lost in the bloody Vietnam war.
Although most of today’s Millennial generation know little of that history of fifty years ago, they are its victims. This doesn’t excuse their movement into behavior that rivals the behavior of those who lived during the days of Lot in that wicked city, Sodom. Each individual is responsible for his or her own acceptance or rejection of God’s way—through belief in Jesus Christ, who is the Way (John 14:6).
The point is, a large portion of this Millennial demographic is now well down the pathway that brought God’s judgment in Lot’s day in Sodom.
The following news item is quite disturbing:
While most millennials view Jesus and the Bible as at least “a little positive,” nearly one-third of America’s largest, most educated and misunderstood generation also identify as LGBT, and 75% of them admit to “searching for a sense of purpose in life,” a new report from Arizona Christian University shows.
The report, New Insights into the Generation of Growing Influence: Millennials In America by George Barna, who leads research at Arizona Christian University’s Cultural Research Center, explains in an analysis of the findings that a number of the daunting challenges faced by the generation of 78 million—defined in this report as those born from 1984 through 2002—are deeply connected to their spiritual perspectives.
“For understandable reasons, millions of millennials reject organized religion, or have qualms about religious leaders, and especially about religious people who may prove to be hypocritical. Their experiences, observations and assumptions regarding religion, spiritual beliefs, and faith practices have produced a turbulent spiritual experience,” wrote Barna, who’s also an ACU professor focusing on worldview assessment, development and cultural transformation…
Barna suggested that a solution to the challenges being faced by millennials including their lack of purpose in life can be addressed by shifting worldview.
“Your worldview is the foundation of your decision-making. Every choice you make emerges from your worldview, which serves as the filter through which you experience, observe, imagine, interpret, and respond to reality. And every one of the thousands of choices you make every day have consequences. That means worldview is at the heart of everything we are considering in relation to the well-being and development of the young adult generation,” he wrote.
“Given the centrality of worldview to the human experience, there can be no improvements to the life millennials lead without addressing the fundamental role of worldview,” he explained. “And because worldview is developed and carried out in the competitive marketplace of beliefs and behaviors, think about the pervasive consequences for millennials of rejecting the biblical worldview in favor of other, more popular alternatives.” (“Most millennials like Jesus and the Bible, but 30% identify as LGBT: study,” Leonardo Blair, Christian Post Reporter, 11/4/21)
The nation has taken a nosedive into the cesspool of swamplike societal godlessness. Can we expect the young, with their hormones raging and their zest for constant exhilaration, no matter how it is attained, to be the guardians of the American future?
The church—all born-again believers—has failed in many ways, thus allowing the developments we’re experiencing. There is a way back to godly sensibility. He is the Way, Truth, and Life. His name is Jesus. He is coming soon to call believers to Himself. Meanwhile, let’s do our best to put that name back into our classrooms—and our public as well as private life.
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. The CCP Techno-Demons
If you have been keeping up with what’s going on in the so-called science of AI (Artificial Intelligence,) you are aware that the bite into the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is again taking place. The present-day satanic tempters are again not whispering into the ears of mankind, but blatantly and proudly pronouncing that we can and will become like God with our partaking of the technological breakthroughs.
The term is itself, obviously one formed in the dark, rebellious brilliance of Lucifer’s own mind. I’m referring to the term “transhumanism”.
We are being promised we can one day be like gods. We will not surely die. We will be like the “most High” and live eternally through the transformation.
It seems that with each and every news cycle, new frontiers have been pierced while those devoted to AI and Transhumanism rage to bring about Heaven on earth, totally apart from the God of Heaven. And it is in this rage that the devil and his demonic agents, I believe, might be laying plans to bring about the demise of much of mankind.
Almost certainly, these new technologies have been inspired by such minions. Perhaps it is all setting up to fulfill Bible prophecy, particularly in one area I would like us to consider briefly.
There is no geopolitical force on earth at present more determined to involve all of humanity in a tyrannical way than the beastly wickedness I wish to consider. And I’m not talking about the globalist, one-world order builders who are forming, wittingly or unwittingly the platform for launching the one who will be Antichrist.
For certain, the master architect is the same for both the globalist’s and for this entity, but they are assaults on mankind from two directions. Basically, from the occidental world of purveyors of evil and from the oriental purveyors of evil.
It is from the oriental side of this on-going assault that is schedule to bring about destructiveness and devastation that I wish to dissect a bit.
The AI and transhuman technologies, are from the mind of Satan, the master architect with the blueprint to bring about absolute misery on the human race. He and his minions, both human and supernatural, will, I am convicted, use these anti-God technologies in ways yet to be imagined.
But it is with some imagination that I cogitate a bit on how this most wicked geopolitical agency of the oriental world will be inspired to use the technologies, which I believed are spawned from the mind of the fallen one.
I’m talking about the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party. News over the past few years give credence to my thinking in this regard. The following will, I hope, further my meaning.
The U.S. military’s top intelligence officer is increasingly worried about China’s research into “human performance enhancement,” including efforts to merge human and machine intelligence.
It’s a “key area” of disruptive technology that will affect national security, Lt. Gen. Robert Ashley, the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, or DIA, told an audience at the Association of the U.S. Army’s annual conference this week.
Chinese efforts to teach machines to think — through emerging technologies like neural nets, a form of artificial intelligence — represent phases of a process that concludes with “the next step, the integration of human and machines,” Ashley said. This, he said, could result in “cognitive advances not just in how we think, but [also] think about the stamina of the individual soldier; think about the ethical impacts of those kind of technologies and how they would be applied? And how does a democracy view those type of technologies? How will Russia and China leverage those?”…
[Elsa Kania, a fellow with the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security,] wrote in an email. “The PLA’s Academy of Military Science has focused on advancing military-civil fusion (or civil-military integration, 军民融合) in brain science research, including to explore options to enhance human capabilities for battlefield perception and decision-making.”
That includes everything from implants that enable human “wetware” (brains) to interact with and share digital information with hardware (computers), to gene-editing through tools like CRISPR. Such work may one day allow China to grow superior troops, or turn regular soldiers into super ones. The specific prophecy that foretells the immense destructive power of the kings of he east is as follows.
“Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them… By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.” (Rev 9: 14-16, 18)
The forewarning of this great force from the oriental world is further expounded upon in the following passage.
“And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 16:14For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” (Rev 16: 12-14)
While it is speculation that the AI and transhumanistic “science” of today might bid entrance of demons from beneath the dried-up Euphrates, it is speculation based upon Scriptural Integrity. Throughout the Bible there are accounts of demons inhabiting human beings. It is forbidden, as given in Deuteronomy, for instance, to summon spirits, etc. Clearly these developing, so called technologies might give opening to those powerful demonic entities described as having been incarcerated beneath the Euphrates region.
With all areas of earth’s tumult shaping for soon fulfillment of end times prophecy, the growing power of the CCP and their devotion to AI and Transhumanism in order to enhance their military capability makes them look more and more like the kings of the east. This horrendous offspring of the world’s most prolific mass murderer, Mao Zedong, is scheduled to be demon possessed as a 200 million strong juggernaut. They will murder billions with their power. But their time for such domination and destructiveness is not yet.
No matter how the frightening prospects might be for those who look in growing fear of the CCP and its threat, we who know the Lord can take comfort. He is still in absolute control. He will take His own to safety before that great and terrible day of the Lord.
“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.” (Psalms 24: 1-5)
Pope Pokes Armageddon Button
Nothing currently in view in geopolitics or even in socioeconomics or religious developments more clearly points to the lateness of the prophetic hour than the pope’s recent treacherous dealings with God’s chosen nation.
This pontiff has consistently and persistently poked his papal finger into the center of Israeli affairs as pertains to that nation’s dealings with its blood-vowed enemies.
This isn’t particularly surprising, due to the fact that the Vatican, whomever the pope, looks at Israel as having lost any and all rights to claims of God’s prophetic promises. This so-called Vicar of Christ continues to expand the boundaries of the Catholic Church’s replacement theology. That is, he continues to perpetuate the false declaration that the Catholic Church has replaced the Jews and the nation of Israel in God’s view, because the Jews rejected and murdered Christ.
In the Vatican’s view—and that regime is a government as much as any other—Israel today is no more than another government. And in many ways, the Catholic Church—like Israel’s surrounding enemy nations and, in fact, much of the world—looks at the Jewish state as an illegitimate “occupier” of land belonging to the so-called Palestinians. This is the prevailing, hostile attitude of almost all of the national entities making up the United Nations. Votes in that body consistently go against Israel when given the opportunities.
There have been times that, if not for the United States having a total veto on votes taken in the UN, Israel, if Heaven were not involved, would have long ago likely not survived as a national entity. Of course, we know that is an impossibility. God has said the following.
And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you. And I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojourning, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. (Genesis 17:7–8)
But, not unlike our own state department as of late, this pope has no qualms about treating Israel like the proverbial red-headed stepchild. Without invitation by anyone in charge of Israeli affairs—as far as has been divulged—Pope Francis is perpetrating perhaps the one evil against God’s chosen nation that could prompt the Almighty to bring about His wrath on a cataclysmic scale.
The story of that unwelcomed papal intrusion is seen through the following news item.
Pope Francis met with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday. At the meeting, the Pope emphasized the importance of the “Two-State Solution” which would create an unprecedented Arab state inside of Israel’s borders, ethnically cleansed of Jews, with its capital in the section of Jerusalem containing Judaism’s holiest site.…
The talk “stressed that it is absolutely necessary to reactivate direct dialogue in order to achieve a two-state solution, also with the help of more vigorous effort on the part of the international community.”…
The term “Abrahamic religions” took on a specific meaning when the Pope led a “Prayer of the sons and daughters of Abraham” at the Great Ziggurat of Ur in Iraq which is purported by some to be the birthplace of Biblical Abraham. Despite the title of the event implying that all of Abraham’s offspring would be represented, the event brought together Muslims, Catholics, and Christians but no Jews were present.
The Pope presented Abbas with a copy of the Document on Human Fraternity, which he signed with the Grand Imam of Al Azhar in Abu Dhabi in 2019. The document has been widely criticized as advocating for a one-world-religion, combining Catholicism and Islam. The pope’s actions, again, point to the lateness of the prophetic hour. We consistently examine all the issues and events and developments in every aspect of things going on today as the Tribulation era looms heavily on history’s horizon. No sign is more indicative of just how close that time of God’s holy judgment and wrath is than this attempt to divide god’s beloved land of promise.
For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. (Joel 3:1–2)
For the Christian, this is not a reason to fear punishment that will lead to Armageddon. That time of wrath is reserved for those who want to divide Israel. This action by the pope and other globalist elites, in fact, means that Christ’s call to the true Church—all born-again believers in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ for salvation—must be right at the door.
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (Revelation 22:20)
Eerie past and future evil
Words coming from the heart of what many of us believe to be the reviving Roman Empire sounded to be both prologue and prescience. They were spoken by a German representative to the European Union’s parliament.
Christine Andersen, speaking while being interviewed by Steve Bannon of The War Room podcast, gave an eerie analysis of the mask mandates being issued by leaders around the world. She compared what is going on in today’s world to things going on during the time leading to the rise of the Third Reich.
She indicated much of the program involving attempts to gain complete control of the masses today is frighteningly similar to the program employed by the scientists, doctors, epidemiologists and others of the era just before Hitler and his henchmen took over Germany. She explained that their efforts during pre-Nazi Germany were geared toward separating people. They had at the center of their evil postulation that the totally unproven, so-called science showed that inferior races were disease carriers and needed to be separated from the “pure race.”
In the days leading to the holocaust, the Jews and Gypsies were the main targets; then, as the regime garnered power, all others who weren’t considered of the pure, Aryan bloodline were targeted for separation, sequestration in the ghettos and death in the extermination camps.
She said that is what the masking and the vaccines are all about now. They are touting a pseudo-scientific edict that all be mandated, using the masks and the vaccine threats of job loss and worse to separate people. Divide and conquer is the ages-old methodology tyrants always utilize to bring about their regimes of totalitarianism.
Andersen said that the (for the most part) ineffective masking and the untested, not officially approved vaccines in most cases had at the heart of their purpose the divide and conquer modus operandi of all tyrants. The globalist would-be masters had chosen those who refused to adhere to the demands of the elite –the mask and vaccine mandates— to turn the compliant against the resisters. Those who refuse to be vaccinated are declared to be spreaders of COVID. These must be punished by whatsoever methods that will make them comply with the tyrant’s dictates –All for the good of humanity, of course.
We have certainly been witness to the tyrannical methods used to try to turn the masses against those who don’t want to take “the jab,” as it is called. Rather than letting up on their demands, despite the growing number of people refusing the jab, those forces at the top that are almost without exception of the globalist mindset double down.
Much like the Nazis, the one-worlders try to initiate the destruction of prevailing culture from within the family unit. They know they can control more viciously, more completely, if they can take control of children away from parents. This is what the present cancel culture fascists are trying to accomplish through corruption within America’s and the world’s educational systems. It appears at present that those so determined to take the children totally from parental control have overstepped boundaries. The recent elections in Virginia validate this to some extent.
But the battle continues to rage. The evil one who incessantly makes war on humanity and humanity’s Creator continues to stalk about seeking ways to wreak destruction.
The following news item illustrates how Satan’s past wickedness during the rise of the Third Reich is making yet another assault at present. His minions are again using the children to do their destructive work. Again, it is the masks and the vaccines that are at the black heart of this Twenty-first Century attempt to help bring in the Antichrist system of control.
OAKLAND — San Francisco will soon require children as young as 5 to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination to enter certain indoor public spaces like restaurants, entertainment venues and sporting events, public health officials said this week.
The local mandate already requires children and adults over the age of 12 to show proof that they are vaccinated before entering those places. Now, city health officials are planning to extend the health order to children ages 5 to 11, the group newly eligible for the shot…
Vaccinations of the younger age group began Wednesday in California, the same day West Coast scientific experts announced they greenlighted the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for children ages 5-11 — and a day after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommended the kid-sized dose. The pediatric vaccine is a third of the adult dose and, like the adult formulation, is given in two doses, 21 days apart.
Officials from the San Francisco Department of Public Health on Wednesday confirmed the plan, saying the city’s current vaccination and masking requirements will be reexamined once the younger children have adequate time to be vaccinated. I like the way Geoffrey Grider of Nowtheendbegins.com summarizes and frames this past and future evil.
People get mad when you compare the Yellow Star placed on Jews in Nazi Germany in the 1930s with the COVID vaccine mandates being forced on people here in 2021, but in point of fact, the two are surprisingly and alarmingly similar. The Yellow Star created two classes of people, and the vaccine mandate does exactly the same thing. The only question is, have we learned anything from history, or is it getting to repeat itself again? Don’t answer; it’s rhetorical.
“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us” (Ecclesiastes 1:9:10).
Is “the Jab” prophetic?
Thanks to an emailer friend recently, this postulation, in the form of a question, emerged to the forefront of my cerebral ruminations. Is the vaccine mandate madness, and particularly the COVID-19 virus which it involves, a part of Bible prophecy?
The many signals of end times prophecy we have witnessed and continue to witness, proliferating in frequency and with intensity, make the postulation/question highly pertinent, I think. Is the Jab, an all-pervasive matter so at the center of all the signs, a prophetic indicator of Christ’s Second Coming?
The emailer said she recently heard preachers/teachers mention Rev 18: 23 … “for by your sorceries were all the nations deceived.” This “vaccination,” she said, “sure has been, and still is, a huge deception.”
It sure has been exactly that…! So we need to examine this prophetic passage.
“And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived” (Rev 18:23).
This prophecy/condemnation given John by the Lord Jesus, Who is the Word, is part of the judgment of the city called “Babylon,” which will take place near the end of the Tribulation. That judgment from Heaven is God’s Holy Wrath poured on this system of evil that has deceived and corrupted all of mankind. This Babylon is the apex –the ultimate manifestation—of the globalists’ attempt to throw off all Governance of the Creator of all that is. It is God bringing to Fulfillment His prophetic utterance found in the Old Testament.
“The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision” (Psalms 2:2-4).
Thus will the final assault on humanity and upon God, like in the days of Nimrod’s Tower of Babel wickedness, be thrown down. At the heart of that wickedness is the evil that God’s Word terms “sorceries.”
This designation, “sorceries,” has very interesting connotations in regard to developments since the so-called pandemic plaguing the world since 2020. We consider the Greek dissection of the term, given in the New Testament. Here is what I found when researching the term briefly.
Sorceries is from the Greek φαρμακεια, or pharmakeia, Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance number 5331, is said to mean “medication, “pharmacy,” magic, literally or figuratively – sorcery, witchcraft.”
So sorceries in Revelation 18:23 can mean both that the merchants as world traders of Babylon drug the nations with their medications, but also in a broader sense, Babylon and her merchants, the giant international corporations, deceive the world by their more figurative “magic” or witchcraft, the allure and bait of these merchants to appeal to the flesh of men. It seems that at the center of the globalist elite blueprint for the enslavement of mankind to corruptive, destructive activity is this thing called” pharmakeia.” It is the root of the word sorceries in this prophecy.
All we have to do to understand what is at the center of the COVID controversy today – whether to Jab or not to Jab— is to remember the chaos surrounding what the press terms “big Pharma.” These pharmaceutical behemoths have produced the serums called vaccines, almost all of which have been untested to the extent that has been required of every other such injectable material throughout modern scientific history.
The “Jab” has set on fire anger and disruptive actions throughout the nation and world. Dictates by politicians who relish the absolute power mentioned by Lord Edward Acton prove his renowned apothegm: “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
The vaccine power grab as it might be legitimately called, seems beyond any doubt – to me, at least, to foreshadow the one who will demand absolute control. He will be of his father, the devil, who is, as scripture tells us, the father of lies. That is, the progenitor of great deception at every level of human interaction.
So I believe we can conclude that – yes – the Jab” is indeed prophetic. It looks to be a major stage-setting utility for producing the platform from which to launch Satan’s son of perdition.
But that earlier Psalms prophecy gives us the final disposition of Antichrist’s short-lived reign.
“Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession” (Psalms 2:5-8).
Departure, Disappearance, Devastation
The grocery store shelves across America, like Old Mother Hubbard’s shelves, are growing increasingly bare. The ships are being kept from entering the harbors to be unloaded on the docks.
The semi tractor-trailer trucks are idle because truck drivers, refusing the jabs, are walking off the job, so what few containers that do get unloaded from the ships aren’t moving to the rest of the nation.
Workers throughout the country, in most every business, are refusing to work, either because of vaccination demands or because they are given paydays through stimulus madness. All this is creating production and distribution problems that threaten to totally disrupt society. Prices are rising dramatically while economic pressures are in process of producing…well, the experts aren’t sure what. Perhaps inflation, stagflation, recession, depression, or even something worse that the world hasn’t experienced previously.
Gasoline prices are headed toward all-time highs at the pumps in some parts of the country because those ideologues that see fossil fuels as killing Mother Earth have shut down the previous presidential administration’s successful efforts to make the U.S. once again energy independent. Soon, home energy costs will be so high as to possibly endanger some who live within the coldest climates of America. The rest of us will—if the environmental wackos have their way—just have to swelter during the heat of summers.
Rolling blackouts because of shutting down coal-fired power plants and even nuclear power plants have already begun taking place. Soon, the entire nation will experience what California and others are going through, making daily life ever more unpleasant. This is the forecast of the dystopian bloggers and podcasters who constantly and consistently prophesy the coming time of unprecedented plunges in living conditions on a planet headed for disaster.
These predict that the globalists elite are even now in process of destroying this, the most advanced and powerful nation ever to exist. They have used COVID-19 and the vaccine mandate tyranny to bring chaos. They have used political shenanigans and stolen elections at every level to bring about cultural and societal change that is hastening the fall of the nation.
That fall must take place, according to those who observe matters involved, in order to bring about the one-world, utopian existence the global architects envision. America is the holdup to progress in the ages-long lust to put all the populations of the world under the despotic thumb of a central, authoritarian, select few.
America’s greatest enemies, like China and Russia, many fear, are planning invasions of various kinds—and are even already implementing some of the cyberspace and other less kinetic forms of warfare. It is just a matter of time until all these outer assaults, along with the internal evil that is undermining America’s foundations at every juncture, bring about the collapse of this great republic.
Those of us who study Bible prophecy from the pre-Trib view see almost exactly the same developments as do those who have no particular religious viewpoint. The intent can’t be missed as the globalist architects employ their unceasing assaults, particularly on the US, but also against all nation-states that insist on maintaining sovereign territory within defined borders.
We see beyond the fears held by those who have no biblical view—or at least no Bible view that is based on sound interpretation. We know that God’s judgment is coming. As a matter of fact, Jesus, Himself, spoke of previous times much like those we are experiencing. He talked about the days of Noah and the days of Lot, as we have mentioned here numerous times.
We have seen that, just as the Lord said, times now are much like they were in Noah’s day. Violence fills the whole earth. Every thought of mankind seems to be only on evil continually.
Today is like the time of Lot in Sodom. We don’t have to have an extraordinary amount of insight to understand the strange, unnaturalness involved with the LBTQ or whatsoever sexual deviancy pervading present-day culture and society. We are apparently at the very brink of judgment described by Jesus while on the Mount of Olives those 2000 something years ago.
To those who view all of this from the pre-Trib view of Bible prophecy—that Christ will call the Church to Himself before that judgment falls—the time could well be at hand for fulfillment.
The departure (the disappearing of all believers from planet earth) as given in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, when the Lord spoke of the Day of the Lord and of the man of sin stepping onto the pages of end times history:
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.
The “falling away” in this text, it has now been assessed by most all biblical scholars of the pre-Trib ilk, speaks of a spatial or physical departure from one place to another. Others still view this falling away as falling away from the faith—belief in Christ as prerequisite for salvation. Thorough study shows that the translators of Bible texts going back to the 1500s and beyond interpret this as spatial departure rather than as spiritual defection.
I, personally, believe it could mean both a spatial and a spiritual departure. What follows that departure is the coming on the scene of Antichrist. We see his foreshadow in every direction on the geopolitical, societal/cultural, and religious landscape of our time.
Jesus said that, like in Lot’s removal from Sodom, the very day all Christians are removed from earth to the heavenly clouds of Glory to be with their Savior and Lord, judgment and seven years of devastation will fall.
Jesus said that when we see all of this begin to come to pass, we are to look up and lift our heads. Our redemption will be drawing near.
We who know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord can only echo God’s own glorious declaration.
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (Revelation 22:20)
Pope at Apex of Antichrist’s Arrival
Like it or not, the pope of the Roman Catholic Church, in the world’s view, represents the vast body that view calls Christendom. Increasingly, the current pope is in the news and leading the way in globalization.
I receive an email newsletter at least three times a week from a source called These Last Days Ministries. It is immersed in Catholicism in every aspect, including Mariology and all that idolatrous system entails. Yet those who put out the newsletter seem to hold to the pre-Trib view of Bible prophecy. They believe in the Rapture, I presume. However, it is the Rapture of all within Catholicism they embrace—again, I presume.
There is one thing sure about this group we can agree. Well, maybe several things…
They see this present world system as being on the trajectory toward globalism, and as being a precursor to the Antichrist regime. They believe the COVID-19 matter is a tool contrived to help achieve that world order. One other thing, and this is something they consistently bring to the forefront in their newsletters. They don’t like this pope and believe him to be, if not the false prophet of Revelation 13, certainly an anti-Christian, from the Roman Catholic viewpoint. I can agree to these things without reservation.
In that regard, I maintain the title of this commentary is most appropriate: “Pope at Apex of Antichrist’s Arrival.”
These Last Days Ministries sends out many “prophecies” given by those who they say receive such messages directly from God or from some saint—again, I presume. These, of course, are of no interest to yours truly. But the news articles they send are often more on the mark than many articles I receive from other sources. With regard to this present pope being at the forefront of the globalist assault on America and the world, one item I recently found in my in-box spotlights, in my opinion, the Vatican’s current diabolical collusion with the powers and principalities of Ephesians 6:12.
Three Swiss Guards have resigned and three others have been suspended after refusing to comply with a Vatican mandate that they get the COVID-19 vaccination.
The Swiss Guards, colloquially known as the Pope’s bodyguards, had previously been ordered “to protect their health and that of the others they come into contact with as part of their service” by getting the jab.
The mandate was part of a broader instruction to all Vatican employees to get the COVID shot or face losing their jobs.
“Besides the three guardsmen sent back to Switzerland, at least three others were suspended from active duty after they agreed to vaccinate but have yet to receive their jabs,” reports RT.
The fact that there is no religious exemption against taking the vaccine within the Vatican tells you everything you need to know about the Vatican and the Pope.
Pope Francis has repeatedly amplified pro-vaccination narratives and refused to extend any understanding to Catholics who are hesitant to take the jab.
The Pontifical Academy for Life, the official bioethics academy of the Catholic Church, has also insisted that it is a “moral responsibility” for Catholics to take the vaccine.
“The Vatican has said that it considers it acceptable for Catholics to use vaccines, even those that use stem cell lines from aborted fetuses in their research,” reported the Mail…
As we highlight in the video below, by enforcing vaccine mandates, the Pope is also enforcing vaccine passports, which some Catholics would argue represent something not too dissimilar from the Mark of the Beast from the book of Revelations [The article writer’s misspelling].

Many among the Bible prophecy community—both of the pre-Trib belief and of other views—have long thought this pope to possibly be the False Prophet of Revelation 13—despite his advancing age. We can all agree that this pope certainly proclaims teachings contrary to the teachings of God’s Holy Word.
He has said on more than several occasions that there other ways to God, Heaven, and salvation of the soul than through belief in Jesus Christ alone. He has backed up those political minions in high places within the Catholic Church, giving them a pass on the murder of millions of babies through the abortion process. He has embraced at every opportunity the climate-change madness and the worship of Mother Earth and the Gaia mantra that we must all come together to save the planet.
He joins the totally reprobate purveyors of insanity who demand that all must either submit to an experimental, highly questionable injection or be excluded from the formerly normal activities of the compliant human community.
This, of course, comes very close indeed to what God has said Antichrist and his False Prophet will demand. Again, our article’s heading is not far from the truth!

Blessed hope or bunch of dopes?
Usually when coming against the pre-Trib view of Rapture, detractors say something like: “The word ‘rapture’ isn’t mentioned anywhere in the Bible.”
We usually retort with something like: “Neither are words such as ‘trinity’ or even ‘Bible.’ But they are clearly there when considering contexts and study of the body of scriptural evidence.”
“Besides,” we say, “the Greek word harpazo is found as the word rapturo in the Latin Vulgate.”
Anyone paying much attention to prophetic trends concerning eschatological viewpoints (whether premillennial, postmillennial, amillenial, or whatever) will have noticed by now a turning away from the pre-Trib position.
Even more strongly stated, we see an adamant, even scathingly antagonistic, movement away from this view.
My own thinking about the reason for this is that it is short-sightedness and experiential paralysis. Those who have abdicated–call it “defected from”—the pre-Trib Rapture position can’t conflate an imminent Rapture with the prophetic stage-setting we’re experiencing.
Our headlines create in the minds of these defectors an inability to any longer believe that Titus 2:13 really means what it says.
Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. (Titus 2: 13)
These defectors and/or detractors are experiencing the crush of the stage being set for the Tribulation (Daniel 9 and the book of Revelation) every hour of every day. Those who have always come against any idea of a pre-Trib Rapture are appearing to be increasingly validated through the things taking place in America and across the world.
They see the ethnic upheavals prophesied by Jesus (Luke 21 and Mark 13). They see the principalities and powers of wickedness in high places literally taking over this nation and the world. They see apostasy abounding everywhere they look—with the Roman Catholic pope leading the way in championing the murders of millions upon millions of babies in their mothers’ wombs, all the while denying that Jesus Christ is the only Way to reconciliation with God the Father and salvation.
Those angry against the view of the pre-Trib Rapture give Paul the apostle, who was given the mystery of that great Rapture event by the Lord Himself, little to no credence. Yet they point to how the “perilous times” (2 Timothy 3) prove their point that the Tribulation might already be in its beginning stage of fulfillment. “We are,” I heard one of these Rapture detractors say, “right in the middle of perilous times, and this proves there will be no Rapture before the Tribulation era becomes full blown.”
I listened to one pastor, who was said to have dropped out of the “Church of God,” say that he used to be a believer in the pre-Trib view, but he now sees it as a false and dangerous teaching. He, in effect, went on to lay out his case that all who believe in a pre-Trib Rapture, seeing all the things unfolding in the world today, are dopes. We are fools for such foolishness after living through such, at the very least, a time of just entering Tribulation.
The pastor went on to say that no place in the Bible states there will be a seven-year Tribulation period. He said it only speaks of the “Great Tribulation” mentioned by Jesus in the Olivet Discourse, and that what Jesus said proves that era will be only three and a half years.
Again, he and his anti-PreTrib Rapture sort point to the lack of a single verse in order to prove the pre-Trib view is false. (Our view—which is the Bible’s presentation—holds to a seven-year Tribulation). They can’t, or won’t, see that the wide body of text, in context, proves that the horrendous time leading up to the Second Advent of the Lord Jesus encompasses seven years. All we have to do is to look at Daniel’s prophecy of seven weeks of years (Daniel chapter 9) to understand the time span that will wrap up God’s plan that leads to the millennial reign of Christ.
The pastor then said we who are of the pre-Trib belief refuse to debate him and others on the matter. He is right about that. I and others have long ago refused to debate whether there is a pre-Trib Rapture. It serves no purpose, as all the issues have been long-ago debated and with only harsh rhetoric emerging when the final analyses concluded.
We point people who want truth to the “mystery” given Paul as he expounded upon in 1 Corinthians 15:51–55 and 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18. No need to debate the pre-Trib Rapture. It is there for anyone to clearly understand with the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
I’m convinced that anyone and everyone who genuinely seeks truth by studying these Scriptures will find that the pre-Trib view and the “blessed hope” of Titus 2:13 isn’t held by a bunch of “dopes,” as charged by the detractors/defectors.
