Any observer of these strange times from the preTrib view of Bible prophecy can do no other than conclude that the wicked powers and principalities in high places of Ephesians 6: 12 are at work.
Concerning one major section of this work being done by the minions in that stratosphere of evil, I find the following conclusion by a writer quite on the mark.

It is their weapon of choice for initiating, in their own words, a “Great Reset” that allows them to conquer free nations and remake them into slave states mastered by a small coterie of the fantastically wealthy and politically powerful. The minions in high places determined to bring about the new global order have, of course, been setting the stage –or attempting to do so— for decades. They concentrated on first global warming, then climate change, when Manhattan and other places failed to succumb to the ocean waters rising from melting Artic ice as predicted. It seems that they concocted the idea of adding global pandemic to their one-world design and implemented the blueprint in 2020 to begin the process of controlling us and channeling us into planetary lockdown.
Their main thrust in implementing their plan to reset Planet Earth in their own image remains forcing everyone into a Mother Earth worship. This is an unending movement despite the fact that most of earth’s population isn’t concerned to any great extent. The masking and vaccines are much greater fear producers than the climate horrors predicted, it seems. So, the minions are full bore in demanding that the vaccinated turn against those who don’t want to take the jab.
People across the world, for the most part, ignore the dire warnings, despite the likes of the Swedish teenager Greta Thunberg being used as the megaphone alarmist proclaiming earth is doomed. The distance between the rational mind and the fear-mongering mind of the globalist provocateurs is stark. The American Thinker presents an excellent contrast in this regard.
Most journalists, the U.N., Kerry, Greta, Biden, educators, entertainers, environmentalists, and other Democrats say the science is settled. They say it is proven that humans, CO2, fossil fuels, and automobiles cause warming. They say the warming is causing the ice to melt, and coastal cities will soon be gone. They say we need to stop using fossil fuels because there are only a few years left to stop the warming. Somehow, they also pretend more people die from a little warmth than the cold. Evidence hasn’t mattered for a long time when they are pushing their agenda to destroy the economy.
On the other hand, people with the ability to use logic and reason will say that there is no correlation between populations, fossil fuel use, CO2 content, and temperature. They will say truthfully that the climate has always changed cyclically and naturally. Sometimes it is cold; sometimes it is warm. Sometimes we have droughts, and sometimes we have rain and floods. Sometimes we have less snow, and sometimes we have more snow. Some years are stormier than others. They understand that fossil fuels have greatly improved the quality and length of life for those who use them.
In other words, people who can use logic and reason follow the facts. People who are pushing the leftist agenda to remake and destroy America don’t care about the facts.
Regardless of ideological differences in the matter of earth’s ecology, weather, etc., God’s Word indicates man can neither save nor destroy the planet.
“The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.” (Psalm 24: 1-2)

It seems to me that dynamics taking place in Europe, with regard to the dictatorial demands of the likes of French President Emmanuel Macron of France in effect controlling all activity with mandates, shows how near the world might be to the man of sin being revealed. Before the Antichrist steps into the spotlight, we can be assured believers in Jesus Christ will be with their Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. After two years of medical and governmental mandates and restrictions, has Covid gone away?
NOPE!
That people still are taking these people seriously is amazing to me.
It’s like someone taking his or her car to the garage, telling the mechanic that the battery keeps dying and he says, “Okay-doke, I’ll put air in the tires.” Two years later he’s still putting air in the tires and the battery is still dying. What is even more ridiculous is that the person would keep going back to that garage.
On the other hand, as far as climate change goes, considering the veritable oceans of oil and mountains of coal that we’ve consumed since the Industrial Revolution, what would surprise me would to see that it had no effect at all. Yes, I am probably in the minority here in this opinion, but unlike the Covid doomsayers and “mandators,” I’m actually going with the science on this. Taking carbon from a place where it was locked up and inert in oil and coal deposits, oxidizing (burning) it with the oxygen which comprises about 20% of our atmosphere creates atmospheric carbon dioxide – a PROVEN greenhouse gas. My evidence: Take a gander at Venus.
No, there probably weren’t Venusians there who wrecked their world with fossil fuel use. In the case of Venus, it was most likely a matter of being just a tad too close to the sun, which, over the course of the it’s life, has increased its output where the planet’s temperature rose to the point that its ancient oceans were lost. Long story short, CO2 was baked out of the rocks and turned the place into an inferno. If the Lord tarries for a billion years or so, the same fate awaits Earth as the sun continues to heat up. Please keep in mind, this is a very slow process, not perceptible over mere centuries.
Now it is true that Earth’s climate has naturally swung back and forth from hot to cold. The big difference at present is the rate at which we are seeing those changes and that tells me something new is afoot. I leave everyone reading this to make up his or her own mind as to what it might be.
The thing is, it really doesn’t matter if climate change is real or not. What does matter is that it, like Covid, is being used as an excuse for a power-grab by those who think living on the top of the heap while making slaves out of the rest of us is a good thing. It’s all just a visible sign of the spiritual battle being raged out of our sight.
In the case of science, I follow the evidence. That’s the same approach I take when it comes to the truths in the Bible. To do otherwise would be logically inconsistent.
Based on this, I can also say with an extremely high degree of certainty that everything Jesus said about himself was the absolute truth, including his promise to return, first to gather up those who believe in him in the air, and second, to return to judge the world and initiate the Millennium.
The evidence also suggests strongly that first step is very near indeed.
Attributing climate change to just one thing is highly simplistic. The earth is a complex system (thousands of interacting variables to produce measurable effects). And the earth is in constant interaction with the solar system and even the universe which makes it even more complex. The dominant effect on climate, as one might expect, is the sun which goes through cycles of solar maximum to solar minimums that interact with a number of factors to include magnetic fields, solar particles, and cosmic rays. Research on solar cycles has been correlated to ice core samples to show how earth climate changes with these solar cycles about every 200 to 300 years that drive the sun activity as measured by sun spots to a quisient state that may last 30 to 50 years. This is called a Grand Solar Minimum or GSM. The last one was during the time of the black death (bubonic plague) in the 17 th century. It was a time called the mini ice age and killed possibly a third of the world population. We are now entering another GSM and the planet is cooling, not warming despite what we are hearing from the machine. Further, CO2 has been shown through data analysis as a lagging indicator in warming periods. Also, we are only given half truths about CO2. The other side of the equation, always present in nature, is never presented. CO2 is converted to O2 by plants. The models also do not account for volcanic activity stimulated by increased influx of cosmic rays during GSM, to include the ignored effects of many under sea volcanos heating the oceans. Why are we not preparing for shorter growing seasons to avoid famine? This is happening right now. During the black death, people died because they were cold and starving. The bubonic plague just finished them off because they were weak. Cold, weakness, compromised immune systems, famine. What does that sound like?
You brought up really good and valid points. I was unaware about the bubonic plague coming at a solar minimum. Of course, that plague was real and I doubt that Covid is – or if it is, it was deliberately created to not only control us but possibly lead to population reduction either directly or through “vaccines” which may actually damage us genetically.
The sun is, as you say, the biggest influencer of our climate but one must also consider how a planet’s atmosphere deals with the radiant energy coming from it. As in the case of Venus, its thick greenhouse CO2 atmosphere makes its surface hotter than it should be, even hotter than Mercury which is closer to the sun. With Mars, it is much cooler than it would be if its CO2 atmosphere was thicker.
As you also correctly indicated, there are many factors in the making of a climate. I happen to think that human activity is one of them for the reasons I gave before. I do not suggest it is the primary one, but I think it may be an important one.
As far as the plants go, yes, they do convert CO2 to oxygen, but only as long as they are alive. Once they die, their mass will release that carbon back into the atmosphere unless they are cut off from it, buried, like the ancient ones which eventually turned into coal and oil.
The oceans also play a role in converting CO2 into carbonates, which, also in some cases, release this carbon back into the atmosphere via plate tectonics.
Ideally, processes like these keep atmospheric CO2 in a state of equilibrium. Right now, though, according to the information being taken at observation stations like those in Hawaii, it is going up. Of course, maybe we are being lied to, but unless we had our own means of detecting it ourselves, we’d be hard pressed to prove that.
At this point I think we need to see some long term data to determine if Earth is really cooling off or not, so I’ll just keep an open mind, provided we’re still around long enough to collect it!

We, thanks for the reply. We do actually have solar cycles data that goes back hundreds of years. The ice core data gives us insight into atmospheric composition going back millenia.
There is an agenda behind obfuscation this information. Scientists who have data to present that contradicts the narrative are suppressed. I would recommend you research the work of Valentina zharkova a solar physicist who has primary research on the topic. Her work does not fit the globalist sanctioned message so she she finds it difficult to publish important data.
We are being deceived with regard to AGW and the role of CO2, a vital gas in our atmosphere. It’s a pretext to remove key sources of energy from the population. Energy for which there is no alternative. And what happens when you remove energy from a biological system?
Valentina Zharkova’s study could be right and upcoming diminished would certainly lower global temperatures. It would not surprise me that it could tend to offset our CO2 rise. Maybe we’ll be around long enough to see it happen. Of course, there is the possibility it already is. That her findings have not been included prominently is a problem for me in this “disinformation age.” I am absolutely keeping an open mind because she doesn’t stand to gain as would those pushing alternative energy sources. I appreciate this information.
Something that might interest you is that I’ve found that there is evidence that Mars has been warming up from changes seen on its surface by orbiting probes. That could certainly indicate the sun has been warming us up, too. So, if Valentina is right, we should keep an eye on Mars to see if it starts to cool off, as well (provided this info doesn’t get swept under the rug, too!)
Pretty rough when so much of what we are being told on so many levels is untrustworthy.
Now as to the question you posed: I believe that what happens when you remove energy from a biological system is that organisms die. That might be the general idea for the elites for the masses, too, as I am increasingly thinking the “vaccines” might very well be.

I wish people would not use the term fossil fuels, leading people to think oil, gas, and coal come from dinosaurs. Concluding that those fuels were an accident caused by the extinction of dinosaurs. Those fuels were part of God’s design, to be used to supply energy. Because it’s a fallen world, many technologies have both beneficial effects and deleterious effects. When Jesus returns, things will be different. And we are not going to destroy the earth before He comes. His judgments during the Tribulation will be very destructive, but nothing that He can’t restore.

As far as we know, fossil fuels did indeed come from plants (not primarily from big animals) which fell into watery environments and were buried by sediments. Over time the carbon left in them became into coal, oil, and a component of natural gas (methane, CH4). The latter one actually forms in swamps and landfills today and is often called, appropriately enough, swamp gas. So, it isn’t inaccurate to call them fossil fuels on that basis.
This is a shortcut version of “how” they came to exist, not the “why.”
I liked your answer to that. Never heard it before and I think you might be onto something. Here’s a Bible passage which I think you might find intriguing: (Moses is the speaker). I don’t think anything in all creation is an “accident” or the product of random events.
Deuteronomy {33:18} And of Zebulun he said, Rejoice, Zebulun, in thy
going out; and, Issachar, in thy tents. {33:19} They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer sacrifices of righteousness: for they shall suck [of] the abundance of the seas, and [of] treasures hid in the sand.
Just off the coast of Israel a tremendous reserve of natural gas has been found and it would not surprise me if oil ends up being found under the ground of the original territories of Zebulun and Issachar.
It does seem to me that God intended these resources to be made available for Israel’s use.
I also agree that humans are not going to destroy the Earth. Even though we have done some damage already and probably will continue in the days ahead, but the Revelation judgments will do a lot more.
You are also right that God can – and will – fix it all up for the Millennium, after which he will recreate the entire universe, Earth included, into ones totally undamaged and unstained by sin.

I know what you’re getting at. I find too often that people have a misconception about dinosaurs and large fossils being the source, and that misconception was even promulgated by oil companies (the Sinclar Dino in the past).

Yes, the old dinosaur-to-oil thing is a common myth and I’m sure a lot of people still believe that.
I think it is possible that even during the Millennium, petroleum may play a role. We may also have sustainable fusion going during that time. Or, who knows, a power system unlike anything we know. I
To be sure, the Millennial Earth will be very different than what we have now, much more like it was before the Fall and I think each of us will have a part in running things here for that 1000 years. It won’t be perfect, though. That time will follow with the re-creation of Earth and the rest of the cosmos.
We might have a far-reaching space program because I imagine God had a very good reason for creating the whole universe and we might have a part in that, too. Pure speculation on my part, but it is fun to consider such a possibility.
