With the 2024 presidential election at the door as of this writing, it’s fascinating to consider the strangeness of developments leading to this election day.
I’ve written many times over the past months considering the obvious imposition of Heaven’s influence, if that’s the right term, on the political process going on in America. Most of the restraint we’ve witnessed has been quite serious, of course. Consider that moment in Pennsylvania when a bullet struck former President Donald Trump’s ear.
Less than an inch existed between the bullet whizzing by and Mr. Trump’s skull. That inch made all the difference between life and death for the former president, and for the entire course of America—and, for that matter, for the world. All would have changed dramatically and traumatically, with untold consequences, had the assassination been successful.
But the assassination wasn’t allowed to happen.
I couldn’t see it because of being blind now for more than thirty years, but by all descriptions I’ve been given, the turn of his head at the precise moment made the difference in life and instant death. Mr. Trump said very recently that he now knows it was the hand of God that spared him. He said he felt as if an unseen hand slapped him to the floor at that next moment. He believes it is for the purpose of “Making America Great Again.”
I can’t agree that was necessarily why he was saved from the assassin’s bullet. But I agree wholeheartedly that it was God’s own hand, and it was done for such a great purpose that it isn’t possible to fathom at this point in the unfolding events.
The supernatural was again manifested when a second assassination attempt was stopped. The sniper was found in time, despite being in place for hours almost in plain sight. All authorities missed the would-be killer in his place behind a fence just yards from where the former president would soon be stroking a putt on the golf course green. But God didn’t miss spotting the man with the rifle, and He prompted, I have no doubt, an agent to look at that barrel sticking through the fence in the direction of the approaching presidential party.
The supernatural has been a part of this entire process of cultural and societal development for many years, particularly recently.
For example, the economy has been predicted by some of the top experts in fiscal matters to totally collapse due to untenable printing and spending of money in this nation and across the world. The American economy, according to the experts, should have long ago collapsed, bringing down the entire world in its crushing fall.
I’ve been hearing about this impending calamity for literally ten years at least. Todd Strandberg and I have discussed it at least for that long, sitting just feet apart in my small office here in the humble hovel. But the collapse hasn’t happened, even though the signs of imminent collapse are in every direction.
This is a supernatural manifestation of Heaven’s governance over an out-of-control world of inept and even evil people in charge in the “high places of powers and principalities”—the Ephesians 6:12 bunch, consisting of both demonic and human minions.
It isn’t yet the moment for that collapse on God’s prophetic timeline. It will not happen until He says so. He is supernaturally holding things up, I’m convinced, until the Church is called into Heaven by the Lord Jesus Christ. It will be business as usual, according to Jesus’ own words (Luke 17:28–30) until that time. And, let’s not forget, the primary “business” is that of the Great Commission Jesus left for believers to accomplish.
And then there is the sense of supernatural influence and even direct imposition of the Almighty’s authority in dealing with His chosen people and nation. We’ve looked at how Israel has been able to defeat its enemies through technological genius without bringing on all-out Mideast and even global war. And it is the God-given genius of the Jewish scientists and others who introduced the computer corruption (Stuxnet worm) into Israel’s nuclear weapons facilities to stop Iran’s progress in producing an atomic device.
Then, very recently, the Heaven-given genius was again on display for all to see when Israel’s scientists and others produced technology that caused hundreds of pagers and other devices to explode at once, disrupting the Israel-haters’ plans to inflict great harm. While the technology wasn’t supernatural, the genius given by Heaven to pull off such a feat no doubt was.
And, without meaning to insinuate a macabre sense of humor, we can view this with a bit of levity, despite the death and injury caused. We remember reporting just recently how an Islamic cleric who champions the Muslim terrorist factions declared that Israel had always used being in league with ancient “genie” supernaturalism to always thwart efforts to destroy the Jewish people and nation. He said this use of “genie magic” had been the case since the times of King David’s reign.
And now there is the following bit of news that, in my opinion, adds great and warranted humor to the matter of “sensing the supernatural.”
It’s not working!
Self-proclaimed ‘Reddit Witches’ are complaining that they are finding it difficult to cast negative spells on Donald Trump because he has “some kind of protection around him.”
Yes, really.
A post on the far-left website appeared in a subreddit called ‘WitchesVsPatriarchy’ and features one of the witches bemoaning the fact that their spells aren’t working on the Donald.
“Some other witches have mentioned that doing spells directly against Trump are not as effective as we might hope as he seems to have some kind of protection around him,” laments the witch.
She suggests casting a spell against Project 2025 instead, a Heritage Foundation policy document that wasn’t even created by the Trump campaign and which they have disavowed repeatedly…
The witch then encourages the rest of her coven to perform “uplifting kinds of spells to help Kamala & the Democrats,” which is presumably needed given their increasingly dire poll numbers. (“Witches Complain They Can’t Cast Spells on Trump Because He Has ‘Some Kind of Protection around Him,’” Paul Joseph Watson, Modernity, 10/23/24)
Certainly there was “some kind of protection around him” on July 13, 2024, at Butler, Pennsylvania when that bullet missed entering his skull. That same not “something,” but “Someone,” continues to restrain and have in derision the evil of this world. And that “Someone”—the God of Heaven—will continue to do so until His people, all believers in His Son for salvation, are taken (paralambano) into the clouds of Glory in the Rapture.
You want to be a part of that moving from judgment-bound earth into the presence of the Lord Jesus in a “twinkling-of-an-eye” moment. Here’s what you need to do if you haven’t yet:
That if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

I’ve been teary-eyed this past week or so, knowing we will see Jesus soon. I am excited, nervous, hopeful, a little terrified (the holy fear at work in me) and praying continually that today is that day! Come Lord Jesus!

Ever notice that at pivotal points God directly and supernaturally steps into history?
We have the accounts of Noah and Lot. Joseph in Egypt who saved his kin and much of the Middle East from starvation? Esther saving her people from extermination? Daniel, who was given wisdom and protection by God and very likely caused Nebuchadnezzar to finally admit that it was God who has the final word over who rules what and when?
Then we had Jesus, God in the flesh, who came to provide the one and only way to heaven that none of us could ever attain on our own.
Now, here we are at what I believe is that last pivotal point in history when the players and technology is in place to make possible the literal fulfillment the final prophecies of the Last Days.
In my nearly 72 years on Earth, I have never seen a time like this. When I was born, the atomic age was not even ten years old. Interestingly, neither was Israel! There was no such thing as artificial satellites, instantaneous world-wide communications or personal computers, all these things which will allow a select elite to impose a dictatorial world government on all of humanity.
With the U.N.’s “Plan for the Future,” and such entities as the WEF and WHO, these people are not even hiding their motives anymore nor is what passes for the modern nominally Christian church standing against these schemes authored by Satan himself.
In America, I have never seen a political party not only embracing an anti-God agenda like the Democrats have but actually praising it. It is absolutely NOT the party of JFK and RFK which believed in God, his moral standards, and America’s founding and sustaining documents based these very things.
Despite any political differences which the Republicans or Democrats of that time might have had, they agreed on these fundamental truths. This is clearly no longer the case today
Seems to me that we are again at the point where God is stepping in dramatically and supernaturally. However, I feel this is just the beginning. In the days ahead, I expect that he will soon call every believer upward to meet Jesus in the clouds.

While the world celebrates the Trump victory today, we know the times are even more perilous now, and must not let down our guards, but instead, prepare. This Spiritual Battle of good against evil is far from over.
Yes, if it wasn’t for the overarching and outright evil of O’Biden/Harris (Satan and his forces) the eyes of millions of people would still be closed. It is obvious, to us at least, that God has been very active and doing mighty works on this earth.
Our battles are not over, by any stretch. The demons have made astounding progress and will not go quietly. God has no Plan B, nothing is outside of His control. However, Satan must be having a fit today…and he has many plans and schemes.
When we see the outright fear and desperation of the Obamas, Clintons, Bushes, Harrises, the WEF, UN, WHO, et al, it is because they know they’ll now have to resort to extreme measures to maintain control. And they are willing to do anything, as evidenced by BLM riots, C19, Jan 6, 2020 election and so on. History proves those who do these things, eventually, end up losing their lives (and souls) in the process. It is VERY serious.
Like good soldiers, we must put on the armor of God (Ephesians 6) because the next few months may become quite rough. We might even witness the beginnings of a false peace, and hear the phrase “Peace and Safety” echoing globally.

The once in human history event, the Rapture of the Church, is very near at hand.

Thanks for your always kind words, Robin. I, too, believe that the immediate danger may be even greater now than it was before the election. As you rightly said, the devil and his human agents have to be both desperate and enraged right now. I would put NOTHING past any of them.
We may see a period of temporary peace and safety for Israel in the Middle East, which may cause them to let down their guard very much becoming a place of unwalled villages in both the literal and symbolic sense – exactly the conditions which will exist when the Ezekiel 38 players decide to make an overwhelming attack.
I agree that the next few months will be critical both domestically and internationally. This is a time when we have to stay on alert and expect the unexpected – which might even culminate in our departure!

According to the latest JNS article dated October 9th, the Kibbutzim or “unwalled villages” in the north have new residents. These Kibbutzim like their counterparts in the south have become havens for packs of jackals, owls, porcupine, and wild boars. It seems nature has reclaimed these abandoned villages.
There can be no return to normalcy for these once vibrant villages with manicured lawns, Hezbollah remains a threat even with 6 IDF divisions trying to make progress in southern Lebanon. Iran is also expected to launch their attack very soon. With all the talk of peace and ceasefire, it is clear this is deception.
The B2 bombers recently deployed to the Middle East suggests war is the only thing that is assured. Donald Trump promises to be a man of peace to put an end to these wars yet this too is deception. There will be no peace nor will there be a ceasefire.
The days when America could threaten the world is over, our enemies see our weakness and will seek the prey! Regardless of who is President, the Middle East has become an uncontrollable fire that will not be suppressed by threats or diplomacy.
The Bible tells us that the Middle East indeed will become the focus of End Time events and I think the fuse has already been lit. The explosion to come is unavoidable, however, I do see the potential for a “breather” following the the election of Donald Trump. This is what happened in response to Jonah’s preaching, though that city eventually did fall.
Though the U.S. is much weaker than it used to be, we still have a formidable military capability that President Trump would not refrain from using, push come to shove, and our enemies know this.
We’ll just have to keep watching to see how this all falls out in the days to come.
So let’s try and put it all together! You now have a man promising world peace allied with a man (Elon Musk) that has control of a majority of communication satellites in orbit and wants to put a chip in our brains (nuerochip). If that did not raise any red flags, maybe the fact that Musk wore a Baphomet suit of armor with an upside down cross in the center at a Red Carpet event should have.
Interestingly enough you need control of communication satellites to control global commerce (Mark of the Beast). It is the False Prophet that implements the Beast system not the AntiChrist. Whomever this False Prophet is, he would have to have control of global commerce by way of communication satellites.
Not saying this is it, just saying it is rather interesting. Donald Trump and Elon Musk together is quite a match to fulfill a prophetic role. Clearly there will be more to discover once Trump’s cabinet is solidified. Seems Donald Trump and Elon Musk just recently held a 3-way conversation with Ukranian President Zelensky. Elon Musk appears to be the new Jared Kushner.
I have always believed that with so many American evangelicals enamored with certain political figures that one day they would cast their vote for the AntiChrist. We will see how it all pans out.
Very interesting observations, Rodney. I didn’t know about Elon Musk wearing a satanic costume. I have no doubt the systems that he’s invented will contribute to the Antichrist’s ability to control just about everything, including communications, the media, digital currency and transactions. Starlink alone is a big step toward that capability.
It also would not surprise me to see Musk’s neural implant research have something to do with the “mark of the beast.” I’ve always figured that the mark would have bi-directional capabilities – not only to track people, allow them access to digital banking and commerce, but to make them subject to external control. I figure it will therefore blow away their free will. This is why that once “chipped” such people are doomed and damned forever.
I expect the coming weeks will tell us a lot of what is about to come and how soon it will come to pass.
At “The Believers Summit”, an event hosted by Turning Point Action in West Palm Beach, Florida, Donald Trump declared to Christian voters that after voting for him in November, they would never have to vote again. Somehow, I believe him!

He openly claims 95% of the people on earth are ‘useless eaters’, and he has a massive following among the globalists, intelligentsia, leading business people and the like. Perhaps, you are correct, we will just have to keep an eye on things. It is interesting too that the AntiChrist confirms a covenant with many, who better to confirm a covenant then the one who drafted it. The normalization process or Abraham Accords includes Sudan, Morocco, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) consisting of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Shariah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, which makes 10 Kings. Crazy how that works out.
