Many of you know I view Jesus’ words as recorded in Luke to be perhaps the most important of all prophetic teachings regarding the coming world collapse into what will quickly become the Tribulation—Daniel’s seventieth week.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. (Luke 17:28–30)
As stated in these articles many times, I believe the Lord was speaking to our time. Even more specifically, I believe He might have had our very nation in mind when issuing this foretelling. Further, I believe Jesus was indicating that it will be God Himself, not man, that will bring the more or less normal way of doing business crashing down into chaos.
His “revealing” will trigger this collapse, I’m convinced.
Again, the Lord could not be talking here about the end of the Tribulation, as He is preparing to come back to put an end to the wickedness of mankind and their governments of destructiveness. There will be a scant few people on earth at that time due to the Judgment, wrath of God, and of Antichrist’s reign that will destroy many. The people who are alive will be hiding in caves begging the rocks to fall on them and hide them from the face of the returning Christ. It will not be business as usual, as indicated in the Luke 17:28–30 account.
Jesus is speaking here to the Rapture of the Church, in my view. Like in Lot’s being taken from the doomed city of Sodom, Christians being swept into the clouds from the doomed planet will be kept from that coming hour of horror (as promised in Revelation 3:10).
It will be this event—the Rapture of the Church—that will trigger the collapse of everything on earth. It will be a trigger pulled by the God of Heaven, who will finally have had enough of man’s wickedness.

As of 2022, it wouldn’t take much for us to collapse nationally; a simple nudge would move us into any number of existential crises.

Try as they have been striving to do, the diabolist New World Order minions haven’t been able to bring down the United States of America. And they must have America’s great assets and Americans’ compliance in order to achieve their one-world regime. We believe it is the restraining hand of God that has to this point prevented America’s utter collapse. If America falls, the rest of the world will follow into complete collapse, and there will be a worldwide call for a leader to bring things back to a degree of normalcy. Antichrist will be ready with answers to restore order. But it will be a hellish order full of enslavement, death, and destruction.
The Rapture is the trigger that will initiate the move toward man’s final war at Armageddon.
You don’t want to be on planet earth when God has pulled that trigger and removed His people to safety.

What caused the evil dictatorship of Nazi Germany to collapse was that there existed other governments powerful enough uniting to stop it. There won’t be any to stop the Antichrist because his government will be the only one.
Even in Lot’s case, which involved only a couple of cities, it took God’s direct intervention to stop their evil. The situation with Noah probably parallels the “one-world wicked government” scenario that is just up ahead because this one required the entirety of Earth’s land surface being wiped out, and Jesus includes this example along with Lot’s situation in comparison to the last of the Last Days
Only Jesus coming back himself will be able to stop the reign of the “man of sin” who is undoubtedly walking the Earth already while Satan’s minions get everything ready for him to take his seat of power.
Meanwhile, keep an eye on what happens with the World Health Organization as it moves to override national sovereignties – with Joe Biden already on board to let it do just that regarding America.
I feel this is just a first step, so expect to see more power-grabs such as this by other multinational entities in the coming days.

I agree His Appearing is the Rapture Moment, and not His 2nd coming at the end of the Tribulation. I also agree after this event, the things spoken of happening accelerate at lightning speed. Question though(I’m not expecting an answer) will those left behind No1., Hear the Trump of God, No2., will those left behind witness the Resurrection of the in Dead In Christ 1st as were told in scripture, proceeding “those who remain and are alive”(i.e. us)or will this go unnoticed by the public? Good question, because it begs to be answered in as much as something as monumental(or cataclysmic the term I’ve used before) as the Rapture can’t go unnoticed–it simply has to be the catalyst for the things that follow, but prior to the signing by Israel of the Covenant of Death with the antichrist. Also, I’m more convinced than ever before that what was once perceived by many bible prophecy scholars concerning the Final World Empire(economic)will not be the European Union as many have suggested, but this 10-member consortium which consists of regional geographic areas around the world which Klaus Schwab and others have spoken of at the WEF conference(s) in Davos Switzerland.
Well, Dave here are some thoughts from a definite non-expert!
1) The Trump. Left-behind people probably won’t hear it, though it is possible there may be a worldwide thunderclap as the air rushes in to the space once occupied by the bodies of those raptured.
2) I think they will witness the bodies of the dead disappear from hospitals, funeral homes, ambulances, etc., but that’s it. I don’t think they will see them rise in resurrected bodies because I believe that phase will occur outside what we consider normal time and space. It’d be like a two-dimensional being trying to see something occurring in the third dimension.
Of course, they will see the aftermath and all the resulting consequences and chaos. It’ll be the prime moment for the Antichrist “Answer Man” to ascend to power.
I totally agree with your view on the ten-region Final World Empire.. I think the E.U., and the lesser-known Mediterranean Union are only the nucleus from which the Empire arises as a center of power. Guys like Klaus Schwab already have much bigger ambitions than just taking over Europe.Its
The H.Q. for this last empire might actually end up at a rebuilt Babylon, Iraq. This would make logistic sense, too, considering it is in a prime spot to control most of the Earth’s energy reserves. We’d have a Babylonian economic, political, and economic system located in Babylon itself – a literal and symbolic fulfillment of what the Bible has told us in Revelation.

Your background speaks well to your knowledge in science better than mine.My 1st thoughts years back about the Resurrection of the dead involved get this now, a swirling upward motion of atoms-molecules-sub-atomic particles in an instant re-materializing matter into those dead in Christ. Including those lost at sea, people who died horribly in a tragic accident whereby their bodies were essentially eviscerated into nothing! I knew then, and know now nothing is too complex for the Lord! He created all we see, and the Bible tells us He knows all the matter He created by name(Psalms ??). Now science is discovering even more amazing stuff with the James Webb telescope, and they’re having to re-think the time it took to form galaxies! They thought it took billions of eons for these to form, but this telescope is showing something quite different with the data they’re getting, and these super faraway galaxies may have formed much quicker. Amazing!!
Thanks for your always kind words, Dave. I always look forward toward your “take” on things. You are obviously well-read and you have a very analytical way of sizing them up. I did take up Earth Science in college way back in the early 1970’s – not really a marketable pursuit, so most of the time I did factory work which included working with machine tools and, later on, electronics as an old back injury put an end to my heavy liftiing days. But I’ve kept my hand in the science and the electrical background is always handy even now in my retirement.

I think your idea about how the resurrection will work had a lot going for it. As I read your comments I thought back to Einstein’s E=mc2 formula which says that matter and energy are interchangeable. At our present level of technology, we are half-way in doing it here. Nuclear reactions convert a small amount of mass to energy. The mass actually “disappears,” being changed into energy. For the fusion process that power stars like our sun, 0.7% of the mass of four hydrogen atoms disappears in their transformation into a helium atom. Fission reactors convert 0.1% and these are the kinds that run power plants, submarines, aircraft carriers and the like. Fusion reactors are still in the experimental stages. Now those fractional percents don’t sound like much, but if you convert only 1 microgram of mass into electricity, you’d get the equivalent of 26 kilowatt-hours of power.
(Guess that’s why the starship Enterprise needed a matter-antimatter power system, right? Still just science fiction for us and I figure that’s a good thing. We can do enough damage with what we already have.)
Certainly God can do this process in both directions and if we consider that time is not a limitation for him, it seems reasonable to assume he has access to the entirety of someone’s prior physical existance before their decompostion as well as their soul. So, I think you are right. We wll not only be “reassembled” from pure energy based partly on what we were on Earth, but “upgraded” into sinless, immortable bodies.
Interestingly, the “c” in the formula is the speed of light, the key to the conversion. How often is God referred to as light in the Bible! I do not think this is an accident.
If we are rightly amazed by this universe, how much more amazing must its Creator must be!

When Biden won (stole?) the election I announced to my class, “This is the beginning of the end!” For the one world government takeover to go into effect a weak United States needs to exist. And what better way is there to weaken ourselves than to have BOGUSPOTUS in charge. But as I think about it, I agree that the rapture, with or without Biden, will be the triggering mechanism that will cripple the United States and make it a part of the global political system. So on that day in 2020, I changed my life verse to Revelation 22:20.

Do you think we will see judgment fall on America before the rapture? Earthquake or Russia and China attacking ? I believe the Lord said His judgment was not wrath. Do you think the judgment would be a catalyst for people to have a last chance to get saved?
I think that judgment may already be falling on America, but more in a passive sense that by pushing God out, his protecting hand is also being pushed back allowing chaos to intrude on every level, including the natural world. In my view, the origin of that chaos is Satan whose main goal is to destroy everything God had made and to take his place. Ultimately he will fail, but for the present and near future, the devil will gain the upper hand. Post-rapture, God will certainly actively step into the picture and deliver all those judgments we read about in Revelation.
I think the signs of these times are clear to believers and some may become believers as these signs become more pronounced. Unfortunately, those who have ‘hardened hearts” just won’t get the message and get left behind – and most of them will end up accepting the Antichrist with open arms, just as most of the mainstream churches have accepted the “doctrines of devils” already.
For what it’s worth that’s my take on it and, truth be told, I am far from an expert.
