Geopolitical dynamics are at a fever pitch. That is, there is chaos in every direction we look. There is a sense of a mighty shaking within the stratospheric global powers that be.
Rather than making the great progress toward instituting their much-ballyhooed Great Reset, those powers are, while God restrains, bumping in a lurching fashion against one barrier after another to their blueprint to Build Back Better.
It is as if they sense viscerally that they must have everything in place no later than the year 2030 for whatever is coming next in the evolution of humankind. And this is something they themselves must control, or else the planet is doomed.
We who observe the world as it has morally degraded to this point sense just as strongly as the globalist elites that there is indeed a reset that needs to take place. We, through frustration and Lot-strength vexation sometimes feel as if we, too, are bumping up against barriers to the great change we desire more than anything. Why does the Rapture not happen? is the lament from many of us in this camp. And there is no doubt from this pre-Trib viewpoint: Planet earth is indeed facing doom.
We have looked at before in this column the human-centered drive toward having everything in place for the Great Reset. Now, with the turmoil boiling more intensely by the day, with America’s unique position of nation-state dominance, but in chaotic upheaval politically, the holdup to implementation of their “Build Back Better” effort is exacerbated.
Here, again, is the story of the dilemma the New World Order-builders face.
The United Nations will meet in September for the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, as well as the highly-anticipated “Summit of the Future” where nations will sign the so-called “Pact for the Future.” The Pact is expected to call for declaring a “planetary emergency.” What does this agreement and its policies mean for the future of individual and national sovereignty?
By the end of September, the United Nations member states may vote to radically alter the UN itself, what some are calling UN 2.0, and the very nature of how nation-states make decisions regarding the future of the planet. The UN will convene for the 79th session of the General Assembly in New York City starting on September 10th in New York City. The high-level general debate will begin on the 24th of September.
Although the UNGA is an annual meeting, this year’s gathering will be unique because of the addition of the Summit of the Future, a UN sponsored event taking place in NYC on the 22nd and 23rd of September. The summit has been in the making since at least 2022. It is the latest attempt by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to “rally the troops,” and garner more support for a rapid completion of the Agenda 2030 goals set by the UN in 2015.
In May 2023, Guterres revealed that efforts to complete Agenda 2030, and the corresponding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), were failing. Guterres warned that only 12 percent of the SDGs were on track to be completed. He said progress on 50 percent of the goals is “weak and insufficient,” while 30 percent of the SDGs have “stalled or gone into reverse.” He predicted that if the current trend holds only 30 percent of nations will accomplish SDG1, focused on poverty, by 2030…
For those reading between the lines and seeing through the buzzwords, the language of these documents rings of globalist-speak intended to override or outlaw national and individual sovereignty in favor of world government. A new monetary system, a renewal of the multilateral system – all of this is designed to sell the public on the idea that the UN (or some new international body) is needed to take humanity safely into the future. In truth, we are likely to see major steps towards the creation of a one-world government at the Summit for the Future. A great rush to bring into being the Great Reset is moving toward the fall of 2024. Some prophecy watchers from the pre-Trib camp have offered that the fall of this year might be a time particularly likely for God’s Great Reset to take place.
Certainly, with all things shaping for the Tribulation seeming to be front and center, both resets might coincide at any moment.
You want to be caught up into God’s Great Reset when Christ calls all believers to Himself–not caught in the satanically spawned reset on planet earth that will bring on the worst time of human history.
Here is how to go to Jesus when He calls in the Rapture.
That if you will confess with your mouth the lord Jesus, and will believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)

We are very near to the fullness of time for God to send forth His Son, Jesus, to call us to Himself. Fullness in the Greek is plērōma. This means completeness or abundance. Strong’s Concordance uses the analogy of a ship which is filled with freight and merchandise, sailors, oarsmen, and soldiers to demonstrate what that word truly indicates. When the time is full, God will send His Son once again. Only He knows the timing.
We can expect that God will throw a major wrench in the wheels of the globalists plans. Not that it will change one word of prophecy, it won’t. But I stand on the belief that their schemes are not going to unfold as they intend, and sooner or later, all of these evildoers will fall into the very pits they are digging. They pridefully believe they are in control and will bring about their dystopian utopia, but soon after the Rapture takes place, Antichrist will be revealed. They can make all the deals with the Devil they want; he is using them to do his work because he is the father of lies. Eventually they will become victims of their own schemes. And ultimately all of the wicked will come under the terrible judgement from our Lord.
The story has been written. It is as solid as the Rock of Our Salvation. We don’t know all of the fine details, but obviously we aren’t supposed to…Deuteronomy 29:29.
Some of us may not live to be taken up alive in the Rapture, but then again we may. Nevertheless, if we die, we only die once, just as every human has died since the beginning (with the exception of Elijah and Enoch.) It seems some Believers are so fixated on the Rapture they forget that if we die before the Rapture, we don’t miss out on it. In fact the dead are called up first. This is promised to all Church Saints, so we have nothing to fear.
Sadly, we know the vast majority of humanity will die twice and eternally. But we have been given the promise of eternal life, in peace, glorified and sinless and forever, face to face with Jesus. That is the reliable, blessed hope the Born Again can stand on.
Today, as the nations rage, I choose faith over fear, I choose joy over weeping, I choose to obey the Lord my God, the Author of Creation and our Faith. I choose to focus on His gifts, His promises and His soon coming in the clouds for us. Surely He is at the door, and I praise and worship Him, today, on this Lord’s Day.

Here is my uneducated view. If God chooses to Reset things……..to MY way of thinking, then He’ll also need to revamp His “ We are the Last Generation “ view, as well.

It seems the most opportune time, since the birth of our nation, for our enemies to attack us.
The next Gates/Global Pandemic meeting is set for sometime in early October. We know how that worked out for the planet when they held one in NYC in October 2019.
If Trump is re-elected (and I have no doubt he will be if we have a remotely fair election and we are all still here) our enemy nations will look back and see they missed out on attacking us during our greatest weakness; it is a “once in 250 years” moment.
Putin is a full-blown globalist/WEF supporter, whether people know it or not. He is underway in converting rubles to digital currency, and requiring digital ID’s and jabs for everyone in Russia. He has frequent interaction with K. Schwab and was a very close, longtime friend of Kissinger. Not hard to connect the dots. Plus, Russia could have destroyed Ukraine within a few short weeks had they wanted to. While I think Putin is pure evil, he is no fool and will see this period over the next few months as a very rare moment in time to do something pretty monumental, whether it means attacking us, or Israel, or both.
It is hard to know what is going on in China, since the rumor is that Xi had a stroke and no one has seen or heard from him in weeks now.
Regardless, we can be certain God is greatly moving, all for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purposes.
Praying for the rapture, because “normal” is nearly gone.
The globalist cabal believe their Luciferian agenda will succeed yet clearly for them and their adherents the Word of God depicts their folly.

if we are as advanced on the prophetic timeline as I believe we are, we should not expect a political bailout of any kind. The world appears to be in chaos and therefore does not fit the description of the Days of Noah or normalcy. It also does not fit the “Peace and Safety” designation prophetically. The world appears to be in a panic, all the news cycles reflect this great anxiety.
It would appear that the Birth Pangs are entering a new stage of intensity and frequency. Many believe that a Daniel 9:27 or “covenant with many” centered on Israel will be coming and will solve the current issues. How would an assumed peace or security agreement between Israel and her enemies stabilize the world as it would be limited in scope? The instability we now have in the world is not just centered on Israel, it is global.
Personally, I do not see any rescue coming from the current global instability other than that recorded in Ezekiel 38/39 when the Lord God directly intervenes in the affairs of men. It will be at that pivotal moment when all the nations will recognize the Lord God’s sovereignty over His Land and His people Israel. Under those circumstances I do not see any room for the AntiChrist in that equation. This is precisely why I do not believe Daniel 9:27 is associated with Israel.
Israel appears to be the last stop in the AntiChrist’s bid for global domination with his military seige against Jerusalem just prior to the Abomination of Desolation as Luke 21:20 details.
“And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh”.
I believe the “covenant with many” is with the 10 Kings and of global significance not limited to one particular region. This is my take on it specifically in the absence of the “many” nor the contents of the covenant of Daniel 9:27 being defined clearly.
There really are some great observations and comments from everyone here on this topic. I’ve enjoyed reading them a lot. I am certain that when the time is right, God will take us out of here.
This is why:
Let’s take the example of the timing of Jesus’ birth. Many would think it looked like the worst possible time. Israel was virtually powerless. It’s religious and local political leaders were corrupt. Why wasn’t Jesus born, say in David or Solomon’s time when it had reached the zenith of its power and influence instead of when it was a weak, vassal nation subject to Rome?
Let’s consider this: Because of Rome’s vast extent, engineering and nautical progress, travel to its far regions was probably easier than at any time previously. Just take a look at how Paul and his associates took advantage of this to spread the message of Jesus. Even when Rome sacked Jerusalem in A.D. 70 and future emperors continued to disperse any Jews who remained in the area of what became “Palestina”, this very thing continued to help the knowledge of the One True God and his Son to reach places which would have been inaccessible in earlier times. The nations that evolved from the collapse of the Roman Empire ended up directly influencing the entire planet, something which couldn’t have happened in David and Solomon’s time because the “tech infrastructure” just didn’t exist at that time to make it possible.
I think it is safe to say that just as God made the timing of the First Advent perfect, we can rely on him doing exactly the same thing when it comes to the Rapture and the Second Coming of Jesus.
