Les Feldick—A Most Faithful Servant
Les Feldick, TV host and in-depth Bible teacher almost without peer is now in the arms of the Lord he served devotedly for many decades.
Les, I easily acknowledge, invested heavily in my own desire to serve in our Lord’s great cause. For many years, his program, Thru the Bible with Les Feldick, was and continues to be on my TV screen while I begin my mornings, usually around 4 am. His program was—and still is—on four times on various channels, and I sometimes will listen twice to hear the points he made in those hundreds of programs over the years.
Like Paul the great apostle wrote, our minds can’t truly know all the things the Lord has prepared for us when our course on earth is finished. Certainly those heavenly marvels must be spectacular beyond all human imagination for this man of God.
Thankfully, Les will, through his TV programs, continue to teach us until the Lord calls in the way the Lord has called Les, or until the Rapture—that blessed event Les Feldick so enthusiastically taught at every opportunity.
Below is the obituary his family presents to honor beloved father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.
We will soon see him again, alive and well for eternity. The great reunion with Les is just a heartbeat—or twinkling of an eye moment—away.

Dear friends,
On Wednesday, April 5th at approximately 8:30 p.m., surrounded by his loving wife Iris and family, Les Feldick passed from this world into eternal Glory. Les was a true workman that needed not be ashamed because he devoted his life to serving the Lord Jesus through teaching God’s Word rightly divided as stated in II Timothy 2:15. He was able to remain at the place he loved most on Earth, his cattle ranch in Lona Valley, until the very end. Although Les has left us bodily, his legacy will live on through the ministry he and Iris began in 1990. “Through the Bible” has and will continue to bless many with a deeper understanding of Biblical truths.
Prayers for the family are greatly appreciated but we would ask that you not send flowers, gifts, etc. Many of you have asked about the future and we want to ease your minds—”Through the Bible” will continue! Les expressed to us many times his wishes for us to carry on with the ministry, and that is what we intend to do as long as the Lord allows. Les always stressed that it took the efforts of many people to bring this teaching to the masses, and there are many who are working to insure it continues for years to come.

Les Eugene Feldick was born June 6, 1927, to Ted and Lu Feldick at home on the farm near Buffalo Center, Iowa. He passed peacefully into Glory on April 5, 2023, at the age of 95. Les was raised on a family farm. He graduated from Buffalo Center High School as class president in 1944.
As a young man, Les enjoyed farming, sports, history, and listening to good gospel preaching on the radio while he milked the cows.
Les enrolled at the University of Montana in Missoula. Out of love and commitment to his family and the land, he returned to the family farm before graduating.
Les joined the Army in 1950 and served at the Army/Navy Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas, attaining the rank of Sergeant.
Les met Iris Gray on Valentine’s Day in 1953. They were married on June 21, 1953. Les and his new bride moved from Hot Springs, AR, back to the family farm near Buffalo Center, Iowa. They raised three children in the love and admonition of Jesus Christ.
Early in his farming career, Les began teaching from the Bible to a small home Bible study group under the leading and encouragement of a close friend and missionary.
Other weekly home Bible studies were soon requested of Les, who was blessed greatly by God with the gift of Bible teaching. God’s Word did not return void. Many hearts, minds, and souls were transformed to the glory of God through those small, home Bible study groups.
Les moved his family to an Oklahoma cattle ranch near Kinta, OK, in 1975, not far from where Iris was born and raised. Iris continued as a registered nurse and Les developed a cow/calf operation.
Not long after moving to Oklahoma, Les was asked to lead a morning Bible study with the Stigler police force. Upon invitation, other weekly Bible studies began in Tahlequah, Wilburton, Muskogee, and McAlester, Oklahoma. A request to televise a Bible study led by Les in Tulsa, OK, was made in 1990. This locally televised and “temporary” program began what would become a ministry of world-wide impact. The sound biblical teachings of a Holy Spirit led, self-taught farmer/rancher continues to inspire and instruct millions worldwide.
Les is survived by his sweetheart of 70 years, Iris. Greg (wife-Janette,) their first-born,) and Todd (wife-Kim,) their third child, remember their dad with love, admiration, respect, and gratitude. His sister, Jan, 3 nephews, 3 nieces, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren also remain. Laura, their daughter, preceded her father in death in 2017. Les’ brother, Harley, also preceded him in death.

Devil in the Digital Dollar Details
To observers of these times, while this generation nears midnight of this fleeting age, every second-hand tick of God’s prophetic watch gives warning. Recent ticks should alert every believer that time is running out—and catastrophic, heavenly intervention against the wickedness saturating the planet is imminent.
Tick… Deceivers seek to pull all of humanity from truth regarding the God of creation.
The drive is incessant to convince us that human beings aren’t the creation of a deity, but of a primordial accident. The specious science called evolution long ago imprinted in the minds of humankind that people have struggled up the chain of transition to become Homo sapiens. And the most recent outcome of that struggle is that the transition now means that women can choose to be men, and men can become women, merely by saying so.
As part of the ongoing transition that denies any involvement with deity, adults now can interact sexually with the youngest children. Parents, it is said, should stay out of the process of the transition taking place.
Homosexuality, like in the days of Lot in Sodom, is the overriding societal and cultural new normal that government should protect above all other considerations.
Tick… There is a stream of monetary greed and vicious militancy flowing just beneath the surface of the pseudo-peace politicians who govern around the world pretend to want to maintain.
Rumors of nuclear war inundate our eyes and ears from newsfeeds hourly. In the most dangerous areas, actual war is ratcheting up for breaking into nuclear conflict. Ukraine and all territories surrounding Israel could become kinetic fields of battle at any moment.
Tick… Religiously, the world is shaping up just as Jesus prophesied.
False prophets are arising, even among the supposedly most evangelical, fundamentalist ministries. Some teach that the Bible is no longer relevant—that times have changed its former relevance. The pope declares there is no literal Hell—that there is only Heaven, and it will be inhabited even by atheists. Even the dictator of Russia points out the apostasy and evil of religious leaders of the West. And his words are true.
Tick… Now the technology has made possible, according to anti-God scientists supposedly in the know, the total transition of humankind.
The melding of artificial intelligence (AI) with humans will increase humankind’s achievement capacity to godlike status. Further breakthroughs in the fields of computer and biological interactions promise that it is possible to eventually bring about something approaching eternal life.
Humans—at least those who fall victim to this line of belief—thus succumb to the serpent’s lie to Eve: “You will be as God.”
Tick… At this point, it looks as if Satan has brought to the cusp of implementation the system of control that God’s Word foretells in Revelation.
And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (Revelation 13:16–18)
This particular Tick of the prophetic clock’s hand will, even secular observers point out, give evil would-be rulers the control they’ve long dreamed of. The following observation is one such instance:
Economist & Author William Michael Cunningham, Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, points out what money is:

A unit of account is a common measure for the value for goods and services, the store of value is the way in which we store wealth in order to transfer purchasing power.
The “Transfer of Purchasing Power” is exchanging the Dollar from my hand to yours—one private transaction with another.
That is basic economics for us non-economists.
Why does America need “Social Control?”
Pay close attention.
Last year Joe Biden signed an executive order for digital money or the death knell for cash. It’s not surprising.
We know that Biden wants total control over Americans and their money.
For instance, back in October 2021, Biden asked Congress to authorize new bank surveillance measures of Americans to the IRS. He now has what he wanted all along. His $600 reporting to the IRS on digital transactions. (Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.)
This executive order piggybacks off of Senator Sherrod Brown’s [D-OH] new pro-digital dollar draft. Senate Bill 3571 – Banking for All Act.
This is a blatant attempt to control every issue of your life, including your money.
But hey, who cares…
The World Economic Forum says, “You’ll Own Nothing, And You’ll Be Happy.” (“The Crackdown To End the Dollar Has Begun. Feds Launch Digital Money,” July 2023, One America News)
Digital monetary manipulation will give the devil’s man, Antichrist, control over earth’s population, or at least a large portion thereof. The alarm is set for midnight. The prophetic end-times clock now seems to be ticking toward that midnight hour in every sense.
That alarm, when it sounds, will be the voice of the Lord shouting: “Come up here!” (Revelation 4:2)
Raging toward Reset
Evangelist Billy Graham once wrote a book with the title World Aflame. The world then, as now, seemed poised to burst into actual flames. The nuclear war threat was ever-present, and the spiritual evil seemed, as now, to be erupting from the very portal of Hell.
However, that earlier time, because of extremely troubling things transpiring hour by hour today, seems almost a pleasant reminiscence. But at the same time, although things on the horizon are far more volatile now than when Dr. Graham released that book, the earth’s inhabitants and people of America seem to scarcely notice the true nature of the dangers faced.
Those who do understand the true nature of the matters involved in those dangers are in the almost-infinitesimal minority. While I’m aware that this observation no doubt might appear arrogant, it is nonetheless a fact, if we view the Bible as God’s Word to humankind.
Only believers in Jesus Christ for salvation can truly grasp the dangers faced. And only a tiny minority within those actually understand what is happening and what is about to happen while the world and the nation rage toward reset.
This end-times generation sits upon an incendiary surface, beneath which is building the tectonic Tribulation pressures that are about to explode in the most catastrophic eruption of all human history.
Jesus, Himself, put it this way:
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:21)
The Tribulation—Daniel’s Seventieth Week—is on the brink of erupting, and only that minority of God’s eternal family alive at this moment knows and understands the extent of the dangers that are poised to make the planet Hell on Earth.
As a matter of fact, the minions—the powers and principalities—against whom we as believers struggle, both human and demonic, are deep into preparing to bring that condition about. The evil, supernatural minions among that cabal are implementing the chief perpetrator’s blueprint to make the earth an inferno of death and destruction. At the same time, the human minions—at least many of them—believe they are creating a utopian world in which they can become as gods. This will require certain things to take place. These things are within the luciferian blueprint, but the human minions believe that blueprint is their own creation. At least some of this human element within the Ephesians 6:12 cabal believe they are doing God’s work—assuming at least a few actually believe there is a God.
These, in their state of satanic delusion, believe the blueprint is of their own creation. They title their plan “The Great Reset.”
Their slogan for this scheme to construct their version of Babel’s tower is “Build back better!”.
The chief human architect for the Great Reset project apparently is Klaus Schwab. This globalist adherent to the “Build back better” mantra framed the neo-Babel building project a few years ago.
In June, 2020, Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), presented the plan. He wrote that the COVID-19 lockdowns “may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying.” He warned that a “sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s.”
“To achieve a better outcome,” Schwab said, “the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions.”
“Every country, from the United States to China,” he said, “must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a ‘Great Reset’ of capitalism.”
The following describes the unsavory project from the non-delusional perspective.
This will be your future if some powerful people at the World Economic Forum get their way: you’ll own nothing and “be happy about it.”
Energy will be green, rationed, and expensive, and travel will be restricted.
Your diet will be controlled, and currency will be digital.
This left-wing dystopian dream is called the Great Reset, and you’re supposed to be excited about it.
The Great Reset Is Well-Documented
The Great Reset has been labeled a conspiracy theory and parts of it sound like a conspiracy theory, but everything we know about it comes from the global elites themselves, who have been quite open about it.
“This is not a conspiracy theory. This is a well-documented movement among many of the world’s most powerful people,” says Justin Haskins, the Editorial Director at The Heartland Institute and a leading authority on the Great Reset, “Fundamentally, this is a radical and complete transformation of everything that we do in our society,” Haskins adds, ‘It will change the way businesses are evaluated, it will coerce businesses to pursue left-wing causes.”
The Great Reset was unveiled at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, where many of the world’s most powerful people go to offer solutions to the world’s problems. They have said that the coronavirus pandemic as a historic opportunity to change the way the world operates.
COVID-19 Pandemic as an ‘Opportunity’ to Change Everything
A World Economic Forum video warns, “Right now we’re facing a crisis of international proportions. It’s going to have a long-term impact on us.”
And their solution is essentially global socialism. Think of the Green New Deal combined with the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and throw in something called the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in which technology is supposed to radically change the way we live and work.
Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum says the Fourth Industrial Revolution will lead to “…a fusion of our physical, our digital and our biological identities.” (“The Global Elite’s Plan for Your Future: The Great Reset,” CBN, originally published December 8, 2020.)
The Great Reset planned by those who would rule the earth is understood by those who believe what God’s prophetic Word says about things to come as being Satan’s blueprint for bringing the Antichrist regime to power. And those who view these things to come know that the rage toward reset will be preempted by Christ’s call to all who believe in Him for salvation. It is the pre-Trib view of Bible prophecy that provides full enlightenment—that gives more complete understanding of what happens next.
We are nearing midnight in ways that are we clearly see in every direction we can look on today’s end-times horizon. The true “Great Reset” is about to be implemented. That “Reset” will be God’s fulfillment of the ultimate Promise to all believers who have lived during the Church Age.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 4:17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 4:18Wherefore comfort one another with these words. (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18)
Providential Power, Not Politics
Radio talk show host Dan Bongino was telling his audience last Tuesday that the evil taking place has changed America—greatly diminished the nation’s greatness. He concluded that those of patriotic determination must resolve to fight with all political might to counter the wickedness.
Bongino said in effect that it isn’t any longer just disagreement within various governing issues, or even constitutional issues, that’s the problem—although those things concerning how to properly govern in a constitutional republic are critical. Those are important and must be vigorously defended against the progressive attempts to bring down our orderly and lawfully governed way of life.
He then played a clip of two women conversing on, I presume, a progressive podcast or broadcast program. Bongino said this is the kind of evil we as a nation are up against.
The women, obviously ultra-progressive, were talking about how the transsexual agenda is all-important and must win out over influences such as Christians and their challenges to true progress in the area of transsexuality and children.
The argument one of the women made was that those who oppose the sexual/gender changes taking place in regard to the trans movement say boys have penises and girls have vulvas, and that’s the way it is. They can’t change that as part of being born humans. The woman then said, “Why not? Why can’t people who sense or know they are other than what they were born with change if they want to change?”
In effect, she said it is each person’s right to choose which sex they want to be, and no one should be allowed to restrict that right.
This was serious-sounding discussion—grown women, very well spoken—declaring that individual human beings should choose the gender as their realization of which sex they are comes forth. They were talking about children as young as kindergartners.
Bongino then said, after playing the clip, that this sort of thing is what will destroy this nation; it is pure wickedness—evil—that is setting up to totally turn America into something other than what the country has been.
He said next that we have to fight this evil now. It has gone far beyond what formerly were merely issues of political importance. It is up to us—true patriots—to concentrate on dealing with—fighting with all we have—this demonic insanity.
Of course he is absolutely correct. It is insanity. It is the reprobate mindset of Romans 1:28. Things are not “normal.” Things we see now—every hour of every day—are more and more evil being unleashed through end-times portals into society and culture.
However, Bongino is dead wrong about how to fight it. The only armor with which to oppose this wickedness spawned by the devil and his minions (including his human minions) is to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ for heavenly assistance.
Again, Paul has told us the problem humanity faces. We see this in Scripture surrounding Ephesians 6:12.
Paul said evil men and seducers will grow worse and worse the closer the end of the age comes. Only the weapons God gives to believers can prevail against such wickedness. Things will eventuate, Jesus foretold, in conditions being just like they were in the days of Lot when He will next catastrophically intervene in the evil affairs of humankind. God’s judgment and wrath will then rain down on incorrigibly rebellious earth-dwellers.
This is why I no longer look to the political process to correct the nation’s course—to make America great. Do I mean I don’t vote any longer or do what I can to work within society to fight evil legislation and even illegal, anti-American activity? No. Of course not. But now I view all political action as all but totally useless in changing things for the better. The best such action can yield is that of helping delay the inevitable. The world and our beloved nation are headed for God’s judgment and His holy wrath.
This course of devolving into prophetic oblivion is inalterable from the standpoint of our politicians and their schemes being ineffective at best and destructive at worse. Now, with the very end of the Age of Grace (Church Age) directly in front of us on the prophetic horizon, it is time—individually, as God’s royal ambassadors—to put on that machinery of waging holy war.
And, lest we be accused of calling for physical, kinetic, violent warfare, I’m referring again to the weaponry issued by the armory of Heaven to each and every believer. Weaponry to fight a spiritual battle against the evil assaulting humanity each and every hour of each and every day…wickedness like we find within the conversation of the “progressive” women mentioned above.
But what can mere spiritual armor do to prevail against the mounting evil? God sometimes seems so far distant as we face these literal circumstances that assault.
It is a certainty that, the more the wicked one and his force ramps up the assaults, the Lord will provide his Church with the arsenal to oppose Satan and his minions.
Jesus said that the gates of Hell, the forces of evil, will not prevail against the Church. We are God’s force, indwelt by God the Holy Spirit. We will be used by the Lord of hosts to restrain this onset of evil until we are suddenly removed from the battlefield.
Here again is the arsenal each of us who name the name of Christ have been issued for battle until that marvelous moment of Rapture:
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. (Ephesians 6:13–18)
Today’s Daniel Dilemma
Increasingly during these strange times, we watch foreshadows of past prophecy spread across our nation. I say “strange times,” because things are taking place that are antithetical to all we have embraced as a constitutionally secured republic founded on Judeo-Christian principles.
By “shadows of past prophecy,” I’m referring to there being nothing new under the sun, as written by the writer of Ecclesiastes.
The clouds of wickedness that plagued generations of antiquity as reported by God’s prophets now are a metastasizing sin-stain shadow of evil spreading across America.
Particularly, I believe we can look at Daniel’s time in Babylon and make application to some extent to what’s happening in a specific area of this nation. Daniel‘s case regarding his being thrown into the lion’s den is a point of connection I hope to make to today’s situation in regard to those who hold to Christ-centered truth.
The old prophet–by this time, Daniel was well along in age—was under the rulership of the Medes and Persians. Babylon had been defeated. Daniel was still held in high regard as a great prophet by Darius and his court–for the most part. He was, however, jealously hated by a certain cabal within the king’s advisory council.
We remember that they tricked the king into making a decree that, within a designated time frame, anyone found worshipping any God other than the deity who was personified in the king would be put to death. The king signed the decree, and under Persian law his decree couldn’t be changed, even by the king himself.
We know how it ended. Daniel was thrown into the den with ravenous lions. Not only did the Lord protect him by shutting the mouths of the hungry beasts, but the king, who obviously had great affection for Daniel, had the conspirators against God’s prophet and all their families thrown to the lions–whose appetites were apparently then satisfied.
Point is, Daniel was in the middle of a dilemma—an environment—that was more or less legislated by the powers of evil of that day. The prophet stood strong–rather, knelt faithfully—and continued to worship like he had every day of his time since he had been brought to Babylon as a captive at around age fourteen.
What is the connection, Daniel’s dilemma, to today in America? The comparison congealed in my thinking upon reading what is happening in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The city, once humorously spotlighted in the Mary Tyler Moore show, has observably descended from being that more or less happy site of Americana. We have seen the twin cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul–particularly Minneapolis—come increasingly under that dark shadow of spreading wickedness. Here are a couple of excerpts of news that report just how the metastasizing evil has invaded and wrapped the prophetic tentacles of the soon-to-come Antichrist regime around this American region.
The Minnesota chapter of Hamas-linked CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) is demanding that mosques in Minneapolis can broadcast the Islamic call to prayer five times a day versus the already allotted three times a day.
Referred to as the Adhan, the Islamic call to prayer is intended to show “power and control over a country.” The Adhan declares the supremacy of Allah of Islam and is considered a “warlike declaration.”…
The terror-tired group wants residents to not only hear the eardrum-shattering disturbance in the late mornings and afternoon but also in the early morning and evenings. For this to happen, the Islamic supremacists are demanding that the city’s noise ordinance rules be changed just for them…
Like many other Islamic groups and leaders, CAIR hopes that Minneapolis, which boasts a large Somalian migrant community, can set an example for Muslims across the country, locally and nationwide, on how to Islamize their communities, cities, and states.
CAIR has always been clear about its intentions to make the United States Islamic. Minneapolis Public Schools are hosting a “gender resource fair” featuring a drag queen story hour event and a doctor who will speak on the importance of “supporting young transgender children.”
Loring Elementary, which teaches kids from preschool to the 5th grade, will be hosting the event on April 13. They are urging parents to bring their “gender creative young ones” to the event where they can be indoctrinated into a satanic lifestyle that includes chemical castration and the mutilation of their sexual organs…
Minnesota is on its way to becoming a sanctuary state for “gender-affirming care,” meaning children can be taken to the state to be drugged and mutilated without regulations, with a transgender state representative pushing these policies:
“Transgender Minnesota state representative Leigh Finke struggled to define the term “gender-affirming health care” while defending legislation that would allow kids to receive “gender-affirming health care” without any restrictions in their state…
Finke has introduced legislation that would make Minnesota a sanctuary state for “gender-affirming health care” for children across the country, meaning that kids could be brought across state lines to be chemically castrated with puberty blockers and then have their genitals mutilated… (“Minneapolis Public Schools Will Host ‘Gender Resource Fair’ to Promote Drugging and Mutilating Children,” Big League Politics, Rapture Ready News, April 3, 2023)
This American city is becoming increasingly hostile to Christians and Bible truth. Yet at the black heart of the satanic assault centered in and around Minneapolis, there remains Rock-solid (the Rock being Jesus Christ) ministries that are examples of Daniel look-alikes. As a matter-of-fact, the world’s leading Christian radio ministry holds forth Gospel truth with nine hundred affiliate stations at its core from the Minneapolis area.
Jan Markell and Olive Tree Ministries serve as proof that God’s hand, like in Daniel’s day, is as powerful and in complete control as in the day the great prophet served unyieldingly as God’s man in wicked Babylon.
Daniel, by serving God no matter the conditions surrounding him, turned his satanically-engendered dilemma into a prophetic ministry of destiny. Like that prophet of yesteryear, there are ministries today in the midst of growing, end-times evil that are turning such dilemmas as that suffered by Daniel into dynamos of service to our Lord.
As believers we can each do the same in our own individual areas of service. As a matter of fact, we are commissioned by Heaven’s authority to do so.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Prophetic Roaring in Israel
Words of prophecy spoken by Jesus have special significance. He is God, the Second Person of the Godhead who spoke all that is into existence. He is the power that holds together all that was created. For Him and by Him all things were made.
How can any mortal even begin to comprehend the infinite power that flung the stars against that black, velvet curtain that separates our earthly abode from the eternal realm of Christ’s majesty?
So when we consider the words spoken by Jesus, we must understand they’re not mere utterances. His words are so profound, so powerful, that they have meaning above and beyond all others.
This isn’t to say other prophets and their prophecies throughout the Bible are less than 100 percent the Word of God. I only mean that words spoken by Jesus Christ should be considered of elevated importance. For example, we should pay extra attention to His words of prophecy while we consider them in light of issues and events we see unfolding in these days.
I preface with these words because I believe we might be witnessing the particular manifestation of Christ’s foretelling in a very specific way.
The Lord’s words I’m writing about involve an area of prophecy we’ve looked at many times:
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring. (Luke 21:25)
Although we could point to tremendous signals involving the first two prophetic indicators Jesus gives here, the third sign is relevant for this exploration: “the seas and waves” will be “roaring.”
We begin by emphasizing that the number-one signal in all of Bible prophecy is front and center; Israel is the first and foremost matter to consider. God’s chosen nation is, as we say, God’s prophetic clock. That timepiece has never been more central to determining where this generation stands on God’s prophetic timeline than at this moment.
Thus, it is prudent to look at what’s happening at present in Israel. That is, it’s wise to think on the Jewish state in terms of “the seas and waves roaring” Jesus said will mark the end of the age.
Again, keep in mind our preface–that Jesus’ words are worthy of above-and-beyond consideration, because He is God. Therefore, I suggest we must think on Israel and its present turmoil in light of our Lord’s exhortation to “watch.” We should watch carefully the chaos being fomented by satanic forces through the powerful indicator given us by the greatest of all prophets. We should ask the question while watching developments whether “the seas and waves roaring” today in Israel have profound meaning for just how near we are to the Rapture of the Church and the unfolding of the Tribulation.
And in view of the most recent charges perpetrated against America’s former president, it becomes especially wise to consider whether this seas and waves roaring prophecy by the Lord speaks to obvious efforts by forces in this nation to foment civil war in their drive to bring the U.S. power and influence down. –Thus, so the new world order builders can move forward more swiftly in implementing their Luciferian blueprint.
Indeed, such dramatic civil unrest has been and continues to be reported around the globe –particularly withing western nations.
Many consider the “seas and waves roaring” to indicate the literal seas and waves—the physical creation—roaring, as in destructive weather events. However, those who look more deeply conclude that the phrase alludes to people being in uproar. In other words, the prophecy is saying “seas” of people will be in chaos.
Jesus’ words, therefore, speak of a specific time of powerful turmoil that is beyond the ordinary turbulence experienced throughout history. It is therefore not out of the realm of likelihood, in my view, that Jesus was here telling about a time of uproar not only involving people of the world in general, but more specifically of an uproar within God’s prophetic timepiece, Israel.
Israel is experiencing tremendous upheaval at the moment, as we learn from hourly reports coming across the spectrum of media. Here’s one example:
Hundreds of thousands of protestors took part in the 12th series of protest rallies on Saturday night, with around 200,000 protestors gathered in Tel Aviv closing roads, waving flags and carrying signs.
Protest leaders estimated that more than 630,000 people attended rallies across the country this Saturday.
During the main protest event, an announcement was made about Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, calling for a pause to the judicial reforms to allow for negotiations. As a member of the Likud party, Gallant’s call received mixed reactions, including support from four other Likud members and the opposition, while being criticized by key government figures.
While many protestors cheered the announcement, protest leader Shikma Bressler reacted by saying, “We demand that the entire legislative package be scrapped.”
After thousands streamed onto the Ayalon Highway, blocking it for hours, police used water cannons to disperse protestors from the highway, detaining about 30 individuals.
Several dozen counter protestors also turned out in Tel Aviv on Saturday night, many holding signs which read: “We are the majority, you are the minority.”
Hundreds of protestors blocked a main highway, Route 65, in northern Israel, with police detaining some individuals for disorderly conduct after they threw flares and blocked a busy junction. (“Hundreds of thousands of Israelis protest against governments judicial reforms in 12th week of rallies—Protests followed Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to London,” All Israel News Staff, March 26, 2023)
A report from one Christian Jew, a top reporter with a Christian ministry and who lives in Israel, said he, for the first time ever, thought of leaving the nation because of the powerful forces at work. He instead is depending on the Lord’s direction and is staying.
Those powerful forces are the same that are fomenting chaos across the world. It shouldn’t surprise us that Satan is especially in the attack mode as his time is getting short to do his devilish work.
We can, I’m convicted, look for greatly ramped-up assaults by the Ephesians 6:12 minions against Israel. Look for the “seas and waves,” instigated by the likes of the globalists and other Luciferian forces, to grow into an ever-increasing “roar.”
This all means that Jesus, the greatest of all prophets and our Blessed Hope, is soon going to step onto the clouds of glory and shout: “Come up here!” (Revelation 4: 2).
Even so, come Lord Jesus.
Scanning a Fearful Future XI
“Scanning a Fearful Future Part X” (the conclusion of the series) was completed early in 2011. We’ve revisited that series of articles on two additional occasions, I believe.
Likewise, we posted this article—a follow up to that series—in September of 2022. I am convicted so strongly of the relevance of thoughts it contains that I must again put it before our readers. Again, I’m convinced that now, in April 2023, it’s time again to look ahead—“scan”— the ever-deepening march of humanity toward the consummation of this Genesis 6-like age.
Many prophecy watchers won’t agree with my take on the matters I present here because it’s not scripturally provable. But I don’t claim it is; admittedly, the thoughts I put forward are conjecture rather than necessarily Holy Spirit-prompted.
I do believe, however, that my thinking is legitimately evidence-based, considering my long-time Bible-centered observation and dissection of these wicked times.
My only reluctance in dealing with these matters stems from the frequently expressed realization that my thinking—like that of many of my colleagues—is too often—Amero-centric. That is, we too often consider our nation to be at the center of everything when we look at prophetic progression.
With all that as a preface, I nonetheless must once again say I see America as perhaps key to the wrap-up of the Church Age (Age of Grace).
Is America in Bible prophecy? That, of course, is among the questions often asked. Always, my answer is: No—not by name.
Is America the Babylon prophesied in Revelation chapter 18? My answer to that has evolved over much study to be “perhaps.” But, again, it can’t be proved to be that condemned city/system of evil that has afflicted all the world with sin. However, America is, almost undoubtedly, a part of that commercial and cultural system.
My belief that America fits within the final system of wickedness is confirmed with each news report. As stated on several occasions, considering the use and abuse of the most vulnerable among humanity is evidence of how far from the heart of God humankind has “progressed.”
The fact that such upside-down thinking and conduct are said to be “progressive” proves how culture in America has the “reprobate mind” of Romans 1:28. Those who claim to be “progressive” are in fact moving in the direction opposite of Heaven’s command to the human race. This mindset is inflicting on the very young the evil that can be churned only through minds attuned to the god of this world.
As stated before, history attests that every major civilization on record has come to its inglorious end while engaging in child sacrifice and unspeakable abuses by the adult generations during those times of collapse and demise.
Time and time again we’ve looked at abortion in America today and have concluded that murder in the mothers’ wombs is, in the majority of cases, used as contraception to cover for sexual misconduct and/or irresponsibility. The practice can be likened to sacrifice upon the altar of convenience—like the pagans, and even Israel, once sacrificed infants upon the white-hot, stone hands of Moloch.
And now parents are dressing children as young as age four as transvestites and parading them in honor of LBTQ… etc., etc., rainbow, Genesis 6-like activities.
We have reports of all that went on with the Jeffrey Epstein island evil involving under-aged girls, and even of pedophilia among younger children who were abused in horrendous ways by well-known people. Yet the national media has swept all such reports under the proverbial rug of forgetfulness. And America has been at the direct center of all this anti-God activity. The most blessed nation in history—in terms of material blessings and perhaps second (only to Israel) in spiritual blessings—has become perhaps the most debauched, lascivious, licentious nation ever.
This brings me to the crux of this subject.
As some know, I believe Jesus prophesied the time of Rapture. I don’t mean, of course, that He told us the day or hour, as He Himself said only the Father knows that. But I’m more convinced than ever that He gave conditions precisely as they’ll be when He calls believers into His presence.
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
And here is where I know I’ll receive some degree of resistance regarding my Amero-centric perspective on Jesus’ words of Luke 17:29–30.
“Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.” (Luke 17: 28-30)
Here Jesus likened the time He will next intervene into the affairs of humankind to the days when Lot lived and worked in Sodom. The very day Lot went out of that wicked city (out of which the angels led Lot and his family), judgment from God fell and totally destroyed both Sodom and its sister city, Gomorrah.
In this Luke passage, Jesus was referring to that moment–the Rapture. As we’ve looked at many times, He couldn’t be referring to the very end of the Tribulation, when as many as three-fourths of the earth’s population will have died during the seven years of God’s judgment and wrath. At that time—the time of His Second Coming (Revelation 19: 11)—it won’t be business as usual, as given in this prophecy. The few rebels left on the planet will be hiding in caves from God’s King who is coming through the scrolled-back blackness on the bright clouds of glory.
Now, to bring it down to our present closing hours of this age, I propose that the Lord might have had in mind a particular people and nation as He described how things will be at the moment of the Rapture.
Here goes my Amero-centricism again.
America today is the greatest nation in all of recorded world history in terms of spectacular advancements and achievements. It is the apex nation in this regard. No other has come close—that we know of…
We hear constantly that all the world is about to collapse in financial catastrophe, and even perhaps explode in nuclear war. These predictions have been around for years. Yet the world is buying, selling, marrying, planting, building—all the things Jesus prophesied for the time when, like in Lot’s time, God’s people will be removed from the earth.
While Europe is quickly dissolving in energy-crisis mode and the financial systems of the world seem about to collapse, Americans are still, like the folks of Sodom, living in ways Jesus described: we’re buying, selling, building, etc.
I maintain the Lord might well have had in mind this very nation we call America as the model for the future time of the removal of God’s people.
Our nation fits as the super-achieving, productive society and culture of Christ’s analogy. And, certainly, at the same time, our society and culture align with the wickedness of Lot’s day.
Scanning a fearful future, to the Christian, is really to be scanning a fantastic future! All of this points to the blessed hope of Titus 2:13: Believers are on the very cusp of coming into the joint heirship with the Son of God we are promised.
“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2: 9)
Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
Delaying Digital Demonomics
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis seems to be the lone politician/leader of significance who sees clearly through the smog and fog of deception in the issue of digital demonomics. He has called on the Florida legislature to prohibit federal digital impositions upon the citizens of his state.
“The Biden administration’s efforts to inject a Centralized Bank Digital Currency is about surveillance and control,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. He continued:
Today’s announcement will protect Florida consumers and businesses from the reckless adoption of a “centralized digital dollar” which will stifle innovation and promote government-sanctioned surveillance. Florida will not side with economic central planners; we will not adopt policies that threaten personal economic freedom and security.
The state’s chief financial officer, Jimmy Patronis, expanded on his governor’s assessment of the proposed digital dollar matters:
Governor DeSantis is ahead of the curve when it comes to protecting individual rights. A Central Bank Digital Currency is the cornerstone of a federal government that could track each and every transaction that happens in the world. There would be no privacy, and if there is no privacy, there are no rights. In the same way Florida is fighting back against the IRS, we need to fight back against this program. It’s how we protect freedom, liberty, and prosperity.
Some years ago, some top people of economic/financial acumen—such as G. Edward Griffin—were concerned, kind, and generous enough to condescend to my request (I am woefully inadequate to dealing with such stratospherics of thought) to contribute chapters to our book, Demonomics: Satan’s Economy and Your Future. I remain thankful to the Lord and grateful to each of those contributors.
These financial experts laid out the way things were trending that would lead to tyrannical control by the globalists elite. At the time of book’s release, things were well on the way to prove their predictions accurate, right down to the details of the coming transformation of America, the singular nation with the most profound influence on global monetary matters.
The one thing I might have somewhat contributed to the book (and I must give Todd Strandberg credit for the idea) was the title. The word “demonomics” accurately frames this world system of evil. The love of money is indeed the root of all kinds of demonically inspired evil.
In that book, I wrote:
Like it or not, believe it or not, you and I are being swept along by the tide of human history toward something profoundly ominous. Hourly news accounts, no matter how much they’ve been doctored to try to present a recovering national and global economic picture, engender fearful concerns about things to come…
History is replete with attempts to reshape national and even global economic realities. Money equals power and power exerts control upon this fallen planet. Power is the ultimate endgame of all who seek it for themselves.
Henry Kissinger put it this way: “Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac.”
The declaration can be understood in recalling the most ancient of accounts of an infamous personality seeking the greatest of all power:
“For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” (Isaiah 14:13–14)
Man’s determination to do the same—acquire the power to which the angel named Lucifer aspired—hasn’t changed since the serpent first told Eve that she and Adam would be like God if they ate from the fruit of the forbidden tree (see Genesis 3:5). Following the serpent’s trail of power madness to a later time recorded in the Bible, Nimrod was the would-be one-world-order builder of his day, following the Great Flood of Noah’s time. He, like every megolomaniac since, lusted for God-like power.
Since the publishing of that book, we have watched the voracious appetites of those determined to be the neo-Tower of Babel builders.
Their blueprint to follow Satan’s prideful plunge into perdition says it all: Build back better!
The following is also from a chapter in Demonomics. I hope it describes why things have developed to this point in 2023 and how God will deal in restraint until His judgment and wrath must fall, as described in the “days of Lot” prophecy by the Lord Jesus recorded in Luke 17:28–30:
Such is the way of man, fallen since the moment of rebellion in the Garden of Eden. Humankind has been determined to do things that seem right in their own eyes. The sin-cursed mindset will continue until the catastrophic second when God must end the rebellion as He first had to do when He destroyed all but Noah and his family in the world-wide Flood.
We are told this in the following prophecy given by the psalmist.
“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
“The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
“Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
“Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.” (Psalms 2:1–11)
History Repeating
The Psalms 2 prophecy is in full sail toward the point at which God will put an end to the power madness of His sin-sick creation called man. The God of Heaven will send the Son of Man—Jesus Christ—to intervene catastrophically in the insanity we are witnessing through today’s headlines.
Man’s lust for power continues to grow; he has not learned the lessons of the past because, as a whole, he regards the Word of God as irrelevant to the governance of the earth. One philosopher of renown [George Santayana] put it this way: “He who does not remember history is condemned to repeat it.”
The corruption that God saw and condemned in antediluvian times, which caused Him to destroy all upon the earth except eight people, has again reached a dangerous level. Dictators prove the truth of another bit of philosophical wisdom [by Lord Edward Acton]: “All power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
We have only to consider the dictators of most recent times to know that lust for power and love of money are locked together in the tyrannical determination to enslave people around the world…
Satan’s economy is being shaped before the eyes and ears of all who will pay attention. But, most of the world—even here in America where the free flow of information is unprecedented in history—is paying scant attention to the true nature of unfolding issues and events.
All is moving toward a predestined finale, according to God’s Word. The grand maestro orchestrating the end-of-days global economic order is none other than the serpent that started it all with his seduction of Eve as recorded in Genesis chapter 3…
Satan is working behind the scenes with supernatural cunning to create chaos within the economies of the world. His intention is to bring about panic at a level that will incite universal demand for new world financial order. That new economic global order can’t be achieved as long as sovereign national monetary systems exist.
Here is Satan’s endgame in a scriptural nutshell:
“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” (Revelation 13:16–18)
Somehow, all nations—all peoples—must come under the 666 system of numbers and marks. This will happen because God’s Word says so. He cannot lie. It will be a totally different economic regime from any on earth today. But, one can sense that the instrumentalities already exist to implement and administrate such a regime. Satellites, computers, and electronic/biological chip devices come to mind, for starters.
The fiat money of the Antichrist will almost certainly be electronic in nature—an electronic funds transfer (EFT) system along the lines of the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) utilized in financial institution money exchanges today.
I personally believe it will be a hybrid Internet system in conjunction with EFT that will give Antichrist the tyrannical control after which Satan lusts. He wants to be worshiped; that is his endgame. He will force all within his reach to do so, and he will use control of economy to accomplish that.
Those who wield the power at the top of the present world economic system will never agree easily to give up their authority. Nations won’t voluntarily surrender governmental or monetary sovereignty. It will require a crisis of unprecedented magnitude to cause fear sufficient to convince the powers that be to bow the knee to the prophesied Beast described in Revelation 13. My own belief is that it will be the Rapture of the church that will provide that crisis.
Despite the obvious efforts to bring in Satan’s demonic plan through central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), God continues to restrain, as promised in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2. But the devil hasn’t relented in his determination to lift himself through his son of perdition, Antichrist, and cause all to worship through the 666 marks-and-numbers system of Revelation 13:16–18.
You don’t want to be here when the Church is called into Heaven and the worst times in human history begin to unfold on earth for those left behind.
Here is how to make sure you will be instantaneously safely in the loving presence of Jesus when He says “Come up here!”:
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9–10)
God’s Prophetic Microscope
Convergence of all indicators signal that this generation almost certainly is the one that will experience Daniel’s seventieth week—the seven-year Tribulation. We look at the signals every week in these commentaries, usually in considerable depth.
Despite the importance of each of these indicators, a couple of specific ones have emerged that we should focus on intensively. That’s why I liken “focus” in these particular prophesies to being under “God’s microscope.”
These two indicators are becoming more sharply defined by the day while we watch things unfold in hourly news feeds. Hopefully, shining biblical light directly on these matters will present an unmistakable image that leaps into our spiritual sensors.
Wars and Rumors of Wars
The first prophetic indicator most terrifying. That is, it used to be the most terrifying, as we’ve looked at before in these articles.
And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. (Matthew 24:6)
This prophecy of Jesus, I thought, seemingly was being fulfilled when I was a teenager many years ago.
This, as I say, used to be the most terrifying matter. I remember in 1958, as a high school student, being quite troubled while reading a headline during study hall in the school library. The headline at the time of the Cold War warned of nuclear weaponry that had, in testing, dissolved entire islands in the Pacific. If America went to war with the Soviet Union, there would be little to no chance of survival—that was the dire prognosis.
Back then, there were fears and rumors going around amongst us teenagers that America and the USSR were going to war and the world would come to an end.
This seems so strange now, in light of that all has transpired over the decades. Teens today (and a few adults), as far as I can discern, harbor little such fear. I can’t see a teenager today looking at newspaper articles to find out if nuclear war is about to break out. Of course, that whole concept of newspapers among kids today is perhaps a non sequitur; the logic doesn’t follow. Newspapers aren’t really part of communications these days. Neither, however, are students looking on their devices for news of impending nuclear war between Russia and America.
Some might be concerned with climate change, but most are just concerned about conducting their lives through social media, without anxiety over wars and rumors of war.
Yet the Lord Jesus Christ gave this prophecy as a primary signal to look for when the age is on the cusp of His return. Thus, believers should be looking for a profound increase in war and rumors of war.
In my thinking, there is now the greatest likelihood of nuclear war occurring to this point in modernity. That is, if we consider that the Western alliance, led by the present US presidential administration, NATO, and the globalists elite within the World Economic Forum and other nongovernmental organizations seem to be poking that bear. There is an obvious effort to try to get Vladimir Putin to go nuclear, at least in the tactical sense.
But God’s restraining hand is preventing such a catastrophic conflict that would almost certainly take place should the New World Order builders be able to provoke the Russians into using nuclear weapons in the Ukrainian war.
The fact is, we are precisely where Jesus prophesied the end-times generation would be in terms of wars and rumors of wars. This is, therefore, one of today’s two most significant matters to observe intensively under God’s prophetic microscope.
The second to look at—and even more significant, in my opinion—is the matter of the paradox we observe in America in particular. I go back again, maybe for some to the point of ad nauseam, to the prophecy of the Lord Jesus as recorded in Luke 17:28–30.
The Economy and Business and Usual
The love of money, the Bible tells us, is the root of all kinds of evil. We’ve been shown throughout the years of suffering modern wars and rumors of wars that the military-industrial complex President Dwight Eisenhower warned us about has fed the flesh and blood of the young into the war-machine grinder. Great wealth continues to be derived from the production and sales of this machine of horror. For the Russian and the Ukrainian people, this is fully in effect at the moment. And it’s not difficult to discern that the entire globalist New World Order cabal is pushing to bring America and Europe’s youth into that war-machine grinder.
The economy, then, is predicted by Jesus Himself to be prevalent and even in more pronounced ways at the very moment leading to His next catastrophic intervention into the evil affairs of humankind.
The paradox is found in that, at the same time, business is going on as usual—quite vigorously. Wickedness is flowing like a raging river just beneath the seeming normalcy of the time. Money is being made hand over fist at the same time the most wicked, debauched things imaginable are going on in the dark, sinful places of society and culture…all just like in the days of Lot.
Here again is Jesus’ prophecy that places our time, societies, and cultures—particularly here in the apex nation, America—as they were in the days when Lot was removed and God’s judgment began to fall on Sodom and Gomorrah.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. (Luke 17:28–30)
This is, in my opinion, the most critical prophecy to view through the prism of God’s microscope at this moment. This condition in America and the world today puts this generation right at the very end of the Age of Grace (Church Age) and at the point of entering the Tribulation.
The rumors of nuclear war will, shortly after the Rapture, quickly begin to roar within the judgments of Revelation. It’s time to realize the signals God is allowing those who are His own as a heavenly heads-up.
“And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” (Luke 21:28)
